Everything below is checked against Bingxue Malaysia's own Instagram posts of 7 September to 9 October 2026.
How the Scratch & Win works
Bingxue's campaign poster sets out four steps:
- Visit any Bingxue Malaysia outlet.
- Spend at least RM10 on a single receipt and collect one free scratch card.
- Scratch the card to reveal your prize.
- Show the winning card to the outlet staff to claim it.
The campaign runs from 7 September to 31 October 2026, and the poster states that redemption must be completed by 31 October 2026, so a card you get on the last day has to be claimed that same day. Bingxue has printed 200,000 cards for the whole country, and the caption adds "while scratch card stocks last", which means a busy outlet can run out before the end date.
What you can win, and what a card is really worth
Bingxue names these grand prizes: PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, e-bikes, e-bicycles, DJI Osmo Pocket, watches, wireless earbuds and Bluetooth speakers. The rest of the pool is Bingxue products and cash vouchers, and the poster shows RM1 Bingxue vouchers among them.
The useful number is the average. Bingxue puts the total at RM500,000 across 200,000 cards, which works out to RM2.50 per card. A few cards carry consoles and e-bikes worth hundreds or thousands of ringgit, so the other cards must average less than RM2.50. In practice the typical card is a small Bingxue item or a voucher, worth about the price of one RM2 ice cream. Treat a console as a lucky bonus, not the reason to visit.
How to reach RM10 without overspending
The threshold is per receipt, and Bingxue's menu is cheap enough that RM10 usually means two or more items. The ice cream price is from Bingxue's own post of 10 September 2026; the rest are from the JAKIM-linked price list compiled by Halalketak, checked 24 August 2026:
- Soft-serve ice cream: RM2
- Lemon Black Tea: RM4.00
- Brown Sugar Bubble Tea: RM5.50–RM7.00, depending on size
- Coffee series: RM6.00–RM10.00
- Fruit teas and milk teas: mostly RM5.00–RM10.00
Three worked examples:
- A Brown Sugar Bubble Tea at the smaller RM5.50 size plus a Lemon Black Tea at RM4.00 comes to RM9.50, 50 sen short. One RM2 ice cream takes it to RM11.50 and earns the card.
- Five RM2 ice creams for a group of children comes to exactly RM10, which meets the "minimum of RM10".
- A coffee at the top of its band clears RM10 on its own.
If your order is already RM8 or more, a RM2 ice cream is the cheapest way over the line: you pay RM2, get the ice cream, and get a card worth RM2.50 on average. Adding a RM7 drink you didn't want, just for the card, is a poor trade.
The caption promises one card per receipt of RM10 or more and says nothing about extra cards for bigger spends. If a group is ordering RM20 of drinks, ask at the counter whether two separate RM10 receipts earn two cards.
New in October: the Green Grape series (from 12 October)
Bingxue's post of 9 October 2026 announces a limited-edition Green Grape series from Monday 12 October 2026 at all Bingxue Malaysia outlets. The poster prices three drinks:
- Green Grape Lemon Jasmine Tea (large): RM7.00
- Lychee Green Grape (large): RM7.00
- Green Grape Smoothies (medium, topped with soft-serve): RM7.00
The poster calls it a "limited series, while stocks last" and gives no end date. It is a new menu item, not a discount, but it matters for the scratch card because one RM7 drink leaves you RM3 short:
- One Green Grape drink plus a RM4.00 Lemon Black Tea comes to RM11.00: one card.
- One Green Grape drink plus two RM2 ice creams comes to RM11.00: one card.
- Two Green Grape drinks for two people comes to RM14.00: still one card, since the caption promises one card per qualifying receipt.
A single Green Grape drink with one RM2 ice cream is RM9.00, RM1 short, so don't stop there.
Delivery orders
Every step on Bingxue's poster happens in the shop: you visit, spend, scratch, then show the card to staff. Neither the caption nor the poster mentions GrabFood or foodpanda, so don't count on a scratch card with a delivery order.
Where it runs
Bingxue's caption says the campaign is available at "ALL" Bingxue Malaysia outlets across East and West Malaysia. The outlet map is less even than that sounds.
- JAKIM's e-Halal data, as compiled by Halalketak and checked on 24 August 2026, lists 42 halal-certified Bingxue premises, all under master franchisee Five Tastes F&B Group Sdn Bhd (SSM 202301019102), across 8 states and federal territories. Johor alone has 17 of them, or 40%, as the table above shows.
- In Penang, Google Maps lists BINGXUE Tea & Ice Cream at 277 Lebuh Chulia, George Town, rated 4.7 from 45 reviews and opening at 11:30am when we checked on 12 September 2026. Bingxue's "all outlets" wording covers it, but it is not among the 42 JAKIM-certified premises in that data, so look for the JAKIM logo at the counter if halal certification matters to you. An earlier version of this page said Bingxue had no Penang outlet; that was true of the certified list only.
- In Sabah and Sarawak, the JAKIM data has no certified Bingxue premises. On 12 September 2026 Google Maps showed no Bingxue in Kuching, and in Kota Kinabalu only an unclaimed "BING XUE" bubble tea listing at Kompleks Sinsuran with no hours, phone number or photos, which we couldn't confirm as a Bingxue Malaysia outlet. If you're in East Malaysia, message @bingxue_malaysia on Instagram for your nearest participating outlet before you make a trip.
- Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan and Perlis have no certified premises in the JAKIM data either.
What has ended
- Buy 1 Free 1 Coffee Series: 1–31 July 2026, on all hot and cold coffee at every Bingxue Malaysia outlet. Ended.
- FoodPanda "KOMBOFREE" Buy 1 Free 1 Coffee Series: 21–27 July 2026, delivery only. Ended.
- 69 Tahun Merdeka Colouring Competition: 13–31 August 2026, for children aged 12 and under, with up to RM10,000 shared by 100 winners. Entries closed on 31 August, and Bingxue scheduled the winners' announcement for 7 September 2026 at 6pm.
Is a coffee deal coming back?
Bingxue ran a coffee-led offer in most months of the first half of 2026: 50% off a second coffee in April, the same again on 6–31 May, an all-day RM3.90 Hot Americano at selected outlets in June, then the full Buy 1 Free 1 in July. Since then the brand has moved to campaigns that give entries and prizes instead of price cuts, first the Merdeka contest and now the scratch card. Bingxue's posts of 7 September to 9 October 2026 carry no coffee offer either; its International Coffee Day post on 30 September was a mood post with no price cut, and October's launch is the Green Grape series instead. What Bingxue hasn't published
- Full terms and conditions. The caption and poster say only "T&Cs apply".
- Prize quantities. How many of the 200,000 cards carry each prize is not stated.
- Grand-prize claims. Whether a PS5 or an e-bike is handed over at the counter or claimed separately, and what ID you need.
- Multiple cards. Whether a larger receipt earns more than one card.
