Sending flowers in the Klang Valley looks simple until you try to do it at 3pm for a dinner the same evening. The bouquet price is only part of the bill. The rest is the delivery fee (free at some florists, up to RM100 at others), the same-day cut-off (anywhere from 2pm to 5pm), and whether the shop delivers on a Sunday at all.

We read each florist's own website on 18 October 2026: product prices from their online shops, and delivery fees, cut-offs and time slots from their delivery, FAQ and terms pages. Prices are what a customer in KL or Selangor sees. Promo codes are only listed where the florist publishes them with a date.

How to choose a florist in KL

Work backwards from the cut-off. If it is already past 2pm, Floristika cannot deliver today. Pudu Ria stops at 3pm, Weng Hoa, Flower Sugar and (to be safe) Pure Seed at 4pm, and BloomThis and Flower Chimp at 5pm. On Sunday Flower Chimp's cut-off moves up to 2pm, and Fleuri does not deliver at all.

Add the delivery fee before you compare bouquets. A RM89 bouquet with free delivery beats a RM69 one with a RM30 fee. BloomThis and Pure Seed deliver free across most of the Klang Valley, Flower Chimp starts at RM9.90, Pudu Ria at RM6 by postcode, while Weng Hoa starts at RM30 and Floristika ranges from RM15 to RM100 depending on distance and size.

Do not count on an exact time. Most florists deliver in windows: BloomThis has four sessions between 8am and 8pm, Pure Seed has morning, noon, standard and evening slots. Flower Chimp's terms say specific-time deliveries are not available, although it sells 90-minute express delivery in KL and PJ, and Floristika charges extra for a 90-minute window. If a surprise has to land at 7pm sharp, collect it yourself.

Studio shop or platform? The online platforms (BloomThis, Flower Chimp, Pure Seed) are best for reliable same-day delivery and simple checkout. The shops with a counter (Pudu Ria, Weng Hoa, Floristika) are cheaper for loose stems and let you see the flowers before you pay. Pudu Ria sells 12-stem bunches of pom-pom chrysanthemums for RM16, for example.

Order early around peak days. Pudu Ria warns of festive surcharges at Valentine's, Mother's Day, Hari Raya and Chinese New Year, and Floristika says flowers and slots sell out. Floristika lets you schedule an order up to 30 days ahead.

How to pick, in one minute

  • It is 4.30pm and the flowers must arrive today: BloomThis or Flower Chimp (cut-off 5pm, Monday to Saturday).
  • Cheapest bouquet that still looks like a gift: Flower Sugar's single-rose bouquet (RM35) or Pudu Ria's pom-pom chrysanthemum bouquet (RM45).
  • Free delivery to a far suburb: Pure Seed is free across most of the Klang Valley, and free everywhere on its list from RM300.
  • Big statement piece: 99 roses at Flower Chimp (RM619), or a stand for an opening from RM799 at Floristika.
  • Sunday or public holiday: Weng Hoa says it delivers on both. Check BloomThis's checkout, because its terms exclude public holidays unless stated.
  • You want to choose the stems yourself: walk into Pudu Ria in Chan Sow Lin or Floristika in Bangsar.

Prices and promo codes change often, so confirm the total at checkout before you pay.
