> Quick view: One Living Kuantan is holding a Jualan Clearance from Thursday 22 to Sunday 25 October 2026, 10am to 9pm, at its Sri Dagangan store. The best value is in lighting. Basic eyeball lights start at RM5.50, surface downlights at RM6.80, Osram bulbs at RM6.90, and vintage black iron pendants are a flat RM15. If you are fitting out a new house or redoing a kitchen, these prices are hard to beat. If you need one bulb, it is not worth the drive.

We read One Living Malaysia's official Facebook posts for this sale (published 16 to 19 October 2026) and the 24 price posters attached to them. Every price below is from those posters. Where One Living has not published a price, we say so.

How the sale works

  1. Go to the Kuantan store only. This is One Living Kuantan (store code 41KT) at No. B2 & B4, Jalan Tun Ismail 1, Sri Dagangan. Other One Living branches are not part of it, and nothing is listed online.
  2. Check the price type on the poster. Most posters say "from", which is the price of the smallest or simplest model in that group. A few items have a single fixed price, such as the RM15 pendants and RM17 wall lights.
  3. Go early for the capped items. The chandeliers from RM399 are limited to 5 units a day. The surface downlights from RM6.80 and the wall lights from RM19 are limited to 10 units a day. All three are marked cash & carry, so you take them home yourself.
  4. Ask about delivery and set-up for bigger buys. One Living offers free delivery and free basic set-up in selected areas, and instalments of up to 36 months, all subject to terms. The posters do not say which items qualify.

The lighting prices worth knowing

These are One Living's own poster prices for the Kuantan clearance.

  • Eyeball lights (including a Panasonic 6W Loveeye model on the poster): from RM5.50.
  • Surface-mounted round and square downlights: from RM6.80, 10 units a day.
  • Osram LED bulbs (8W to 13W), spotlights and 5 to 8 inch LED downlights: from RM6.90.
  • Panasonic LED bulbs and Loveeye downlights, with a one-year warranty: from RM9.
  • Single black cone pendant: RM19. The matching 3-light bar: RM59.
  • Vintage black iron pendants: RM15. Vintage black iron wall lights: RM17.
  • Black wall lights (2-light and 4-light): from RM19, 10 units a day.
  • Pendant lights (enamel domes, cage and industrial styles): from RM28.
  • Crystal ceiling lamps for corridors and porches: from RM29.
  • Solar wall lights: from RM29. Solar pillar lights with remote: from RM48.
  • Japanese rattan pendants: from RM49. Cartoon kids' lamps: from RM49.
  • Gold and glass globe pendants and wall lights: RM39 to RM69, mostly RM49.
  • Black 3-light and 5-light pendant clusters: RM49 and RM88.
  • Modern rope chandeliers: from RM139.
  • Chandeliers: from RM399 (5 a day). Single-layer crystal chandelier: RM499. A high-ceiling crystal chandelier is offered on instalments from RM335 a month, with no full price shown.

One Living's other posts say fridges, gas stoves, ovens, rice cookers, kettles, irons, TVs and soundbars are also at clearance prices, with "limited units" for TVs. No prices have been published for those, so treat them as a bonus.

Worked examples

A condo corridor and kitchen. Six surface downlights at RM6.80 come to RM40.80, and three Osram bulbs from RM6.90 add RM20.70. That is about RM61.50 for basic light in a corridor, kitchen and store room. For comparison, HomePro's Members' Day member price for a Philips LED 3-pack is RM25.90, or about RM8.63 a bulb.

A kitchen island. The black cone pendant is RM19 on its own, so three singles cost RM57. The ready-made 3-light bar is RM59. The bar costs RM2 more but needs only one ceiling point, which saves wiring if your island has a single point.

A porch and gate with no wiring. Two solar pillar lights from RM48 and two solar wall lights from RM29 come to about RM154. Solar units need no electrician, which helps in a rented terrace.

A statement dining light. The single-layer crystal chandelier is RM499. A chandelier from RM399 is capped at five a day and is cash & carry, so bring a car that fits the box and someone to help lift it.

Who should go, who should skip

  • Go if you have just got the keys to a new house in Kuantan, Indera Mahkota or Gambang and need a dozen lights at once. The per-unit prices add up quickly in your favour.
  • Go if you are redoing a kitchen, porch or kids' room and like the vintage, rattan or solar styles on the posters.
  • Skip if you need one replacement bulb. A hardware shop near you will do.
  • Skip if you need a specific size or colour temperature for a matching set. Clearance stock is whatever is left, and you may not find six of the same.

Fine print that trips people up

  • "From" means the smallest model. The RM29 solar wall light is the cheapest of the three sizes pictured, and the RM399 chandelier is one of two models shown. Check the tag before you queue.
  • Daily caps reset each morning. Coming on Sunday afternoon for a capped item is a gamble. Thursday or Friday morning is the safer bet.
  • Cash & carry items may not be covered by free delivery. Ask at the counter.
  • Installation is not lighting wiring. Free basic set-up is for selected areas and products. New ceiling points or rewiring still need a licensed electrician, which you pay for separately.
  • Outdoor lights near the sea. If you live near Teluk Cempedak or Balok, check the box for a water-resistance (IP) rating before buying solar or wall lights for outside.
  • Pictures are for illustration only, as One Living's posters say. Look at the actual unit in the store.
