> Quick view: UOB's Rewards You Carnival takes over Mid Valley from 14 to 18 October 2026, with the main fair in the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre from 15 to 18 October. If you hold a UOB card, the best value is the Bonanza Box: spend RM100 in a two-hour window and you could win the right to buy an iPhone 18 Pro Max for RM2,000 or a 65-inch LG TV set for RM1,500. Anyone with any bank's card can spend RM350 at Mid Valley or The Gardens for one gift draw a day.

What UOB has confirmed
Everything here comes from UOB Malaysia's carnival page, its 26-page terms and conditions and its official event guide, all read on 13 October 2026. The carnival has two venues with different dates:
- Mid Valley Centre Court (MVCC), 14-18 October. Mall Spend & Get redemption, the Play.Post.Get games and Chef Wan's meet-and-greet.
- Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC), 15-18 October. More than 150 brands, the Bonanza Box, the spend-and-get prizes, the Plates & Pedals food hall (Hall 2) and travel agents (Hall 3).
UOB hasn't published door hours. The Bonanza Box timetable starts at 10am and its last purchase cut-off is 9pm, so plan around that.
The Bonanza Box, step by step
This is the headline deal. Each day has two sessions, and in each one you can win the right to buy one of these at the "BB price":
- iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB: RM5,999 retail, RM2,000. Only one unit per session, in a set colour each day (Silver 15 Oct, Glacier 16 Oct, Black 17 Oct, Burgundy 18 Oct).
- 65" LG Nano 4K TV with sound bar: RM4,498, RM1,500 (10 units a session).
- DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Creator Combo: RM2,599, RM1,000 (10 units).
- Dyson Supersonic Nural HD16 (Ceramic Pink): RM2,199, RM500 (10 units).
- RM300 AEON voucher: RM100 (20 units).
- Collect your Stamp Book first. Grab the Carnival Coupon in the UOB TMRW app (available 1-18 October), then show it at the Engagement Pavilion in MVEC.
- Spend RM100 at MVEC inside the spend window, 10am-12pm for Session 1 or 4pm-6pm for Session 2. You can combine up to two receipts from the same card.
- Get your ticket and drop the bank copy in the box for the product you want, by 12.30pm or 6.30pm. You pick one product, and you can't switch later.
- Be at the stage for the draw (1pm-2.30pm or 7pm-8.30pm). If your number is called and you're not there, you're out.
- Pay by the cut-off (3pm or 9pm) with the same card you used to qualify.
Worked examples
The 4pm food run. Pizza Hut's booth (1019) sells two regular pan pizzas with two cans of Coke for RM35.99 to UOB customers, against a normal RM83.16. That price only runs 4pm-5pm daily. Add a 15-bottle box of Brand's Chicken Essence at the Brand's booth (RM72, normally RM88) and your two receipts total RM107.99. That's inside Session 2's spend window, so it qualifies you for a Bonanza Box ticket. You've saved RM63.17 on things you'd eat anyway and have a shot at the RM500 Dyson.
The big-ticket buyer. Spend RM1,500 to RM4,999.99 at MVEC in one day (up to five receipts, same card) and you get two Carnival Blind Boxes plus one spin for a Tier 2 gift, which UOB values at an average of RM250. Items include a Tefal rice cooker, a Condotti 24" hard case and a TOMEI 0.2g gold wafer. At RM1,499 you drop to Tier 1 (one box, average RM50 gift), so check your total before you redeem. RM5,000 and up gets four boxes, a tote and a Tier 3 spin (average RM1,000), where prizes include a three-night Disney Adventure cruise and a pair of Jay Chou concert tickets.
The non-UOB shopper. Pay RM350 with any Malaysian bank's card at Mid Valley Megamall or The Gardens Mall (two receipts allowed, same card, same day). Take the receipt, the card and your MyKad to the redemption counter for one draw: a tote bag, a food jar, an umbrella, Disney Cruise Line travel gear or a RM50 De Wan voucher. UOB cardholders need only RM200.
Paying with points. UOB Points Card principal holders can pay for MVEC purchases at 400 UNIRinggit to RM1 in the TMRW app. The RM35.99 pizza deal works out to 14,396 UNIRinggit. Spending between 12pm-1pm, 3pm-4pm or 6pm-7pm earns one extra UNIRinggit per RM1.
Who it's good for, and who should skip it
Worth the trip if you hold a UOB card and were already planning a large purchase such as a laptop, an air fryer or a holiday booking. Spend RM500 with Apple Vacations, Traveloka or Tripfez in Hall 3 and the Travel Spend Offer gives you one draw for either two Plaza Premium lounge passes or two Meet & Greet passes. Families also get cheap lunches: RM15 dishes from De Wan (cucur udang, nasi lemak bungkus) and PARKROYAL COLLECTION (smoked salmon quinoa salad, satay chicken panini), with a free juice you make yourself on a pedal-powered blender.
Skip it if you don't bank with UOB and won't spend RM350 at Mid Valley anyway. Also skip it if you hate queues. The Early Bird concert-ticket draw has only 50 tickets a day, the queue opens before 10am, and winners still have to spend RM300.
Fine print that trips people up
- Same-day redemption, everywhere. A receipt from Thursday can't be used on Friday. Once a receipt is stamped for one reward, it can't be used for another.
- Some shops don't count for the mall gift. Spending at AEON, AEON BiG, Jaya Grocer, Metrojaya, Isetan, money changers, ATMs, banks and bill counters is excluded.
- Getting a Bonanza ticket uses up your receipt, even if you never drop the ticket in a box.
- Refunds get clawed back. If you return an item later, UOB can charge your card the gift's value, or the price difference on a Bonanza product.
- The TV is delivered, the rest is carry-out. Delivery is free within the Klang Valley only.
- One per person per day. Each principal and supplementary card counts as a separate customer, but each person still gets only one draw or gift per reward per day.
Check UOB's carnival page for the full T&Cs and event guide before you go. Chef Wan is at Centre Court on 18 October, 12pm-1pm, with a cooking show in MVEC from 3.30pm.
