Correction (27 September 2026): our 14 September update said Wacoal had no offer and told readers to wait for October. That was true of the mall's page that day, but on 17 September the centre published a "Wacoal Factory Outlet Special Sale 1 to 30 September" card, dated back to the 1st. Aigner, Max Mara and Triumph cards appeared in the same late batch. This version replaces the earlier advice.

Is the Wacoal sale at Genting Highlands Premium Outlets on now?

Yes. On 27 September 2026 Wacoal Factory Outlet is one of 21 live Special Sale cards at Genting Highlands Premium Outlets, and its store record lists the card. The terms are:

  • Purchase selected items from RM10
  • Purchase selected items from RM30
  • Terms & conditions apply

It ends at 11:59pm on Wednesday 30 September. No October card has been published yet.

Wacoal is also listed on the centre's "Malaysia Day Specials" page for 25-27 September, but with the same two lines, so the weekend adds nothing at this store. Wacoal is still not on the mall's 44-brand VIP Shopper list.

"From RM10" is not "at RM10": how this card differs from July's

The outlet ran a price-point sale once before. The 1-31 July 2026 card said "purchase selected items at RM10" and "at RM30": fixed prices. September's card says "from". That makes RM10 and RM30 the lowest prices on two rails, not a flat price for everything on them. The mall doesn't say which products sit at which price, so ask at the counter which rail holds bras and which holds panties or basics.

How the floors compare with Wacoal's own web store, checked on 27 September:

  • The cheapest item in the web store's Markdown Sale is RM29, a matching panty listed at RM49
  • The cheapest bra in the RM80 Special Discount collection is RM80, listed at RM99

So a RM10 panty at the outlet undercuts the web store's lowest sale panty by RM19, and if the RM30 rail holds bras, each one is at least RM50 below the cheapest discounted bra online. The catch is range: "selected items" at an outlet usually means what's left, and the card promises no sizes.

Worked baskets

Taking the floor prices at face value:

  • Three basics at RM10: RM30
  • Three at RM10 plus two at RM30: RM90
  • The same five pieces at the web store's lowest sale prices (three RM29 panties, two RM80 bras): RM247, just under the RM250 free-shipping line
  • The November 2025-March 2026 tiers, for comparison: seven pieces tagged RM60 came to RM315 after the extra 25%

The RM200 perks are hard to reach here. The mall's free cable car or train ticket needs RM200 on one receipt. At Wacoal's floor prices that is twenty RM10 items or seven RM30 items. Unless you're stocking up for a household, don't plan the ticket around this store.

The mall's record of Wacoal sales at this outlet

The mall keeps expired deal cards retrievable. Read back on 27 September, they give this history for Suite 212 (see the table below):

  • "Up to 70% off selected items" is the usual headline. It appears in seven of the eleven cards we could retrieve: August 2025, November 2025 to March 2026, and June 2026
  • The multi-buy tiers were the best value. From November 2025 to March 2026 the 70% came with an extra 10% on 3 selected items, 15% on 5 and 25% on 7
  • Some months swap the percentage for a price: 2 selected items at RM160 in April 2026, items at RM10 and RM30 in July, items from RM10 and RM30 now
  • Cards go up late and are backdated. September's went online on the 17th, June's on 17 June, March's on 9 March. An empty deals page in the first half of a month is not proof there's no sale
  • Two cards overlapped this month. The anniversary gift-with-RM250 card (10-13 September) ran inside the 1-30 September window, though shoppers on those days could only see the gift card

One gap: when this article was first published on 5 August, the August 2026 sale (up to 70% off, 1-31 August) came from a Malaysian deals tracker. The mall's standard address for an August card returns the August 2025 card, and we could not retrieve a 2026 one. We have not found May 2026 or October 2025 cards either.

Wacoal at Johor Premium Outlets

Suite 822, High Street, Johor Premium Outlets (+607 663 3996, 10am-10pm) has the same card: selected items from RM10 and from RM30, 1-30 September 2026. The mall published it on 26 September, nine days after Genting's. If you're in the south, there's no reason to drive up to Genting for Wacoal.

Other lingerie at Genting this week

  • Triumph (Suite 700, Middle Street): a Special Sale card for 1-30 September, an extra 15% with 5 selected items, published 17 September. Triumph also holds a VIP Shopper deal, an extra 10% on selected items to 31 December 2026. The mall doesn't say whether the two stack. Triumph at Johor Premium Outlets (Suite 1204) has the same 15%-on-5 card
  • Victoria's Secret (Suite 706, Middle Street): VIP Shopper deal only, an extra 10% on RM299 in a single receipt, to 31 December 2026
  • La Senza (Suite 402, High Street): no offer

Going in the last four days? 27 to 30 September

  • Sunday 27 September (today): RM200 on one receipt gets a free train ride ticket, for Premium Outlets Malaysia app members only (Fridays, weekends and public holidays). It's also the last day of the "Malaysia Day Specials" cards: Kate Spade New York has 60% off selected items, Carlo Rino selected items at RM159, Rip Curl up to 70% off, and Akemi Outlet up to 80% storewide with an extra 30% on 3 items, all ending today
  • Monday 28 to Wednesday 30 September: RM200 on one receipt gets a free cable car return ticket (Monday to Thursday, not public holidays; none of these three days is one)
  • Premium Outlets x Genting Rewards (9 September to 31 December 2026): 2GP in a day gets two Eufloria Gardens & Sculpture Park tickets, 3GP a Skytropolis 1-Day Unlimited Ride Pass and 6GP a Genting SkyWorlds 1-Day Standard Ticket, redeemed in the RW Genting app. The mall doesn't list which stores take part
  • The Shop More. Win Bigger. contest ended on 20 September

Wacoal's own web store, if you just need to restock

Wacoal Malaysia's official online store had two sale collections live on 27 September 2026:

  • RM80 Special Discount: 55 listings, 36 bras at RM80 (listed at RM99-RM209) and 18 at RM160 (listed at RM229-RM279), 44 of them in stock
  • Markdown Sale: 75 listings from RM29 to RM219, 56 in stock, with bras from RM69 (listed at RM139)
  • Free shipping on orders above RM250

Online stock has the full size run for many styles, which the outlet doesn't guarantee. The boutiques (Sunway Pyramid, Mid Valley Megamall, 1 Utama and others on Wacoal's store list) have fitters.

Should you go?

  • Go if you're already heading up before Wednesday and want basics. RM10 and RM30 floors undercut anything in Wacoal's online sale, and there is no threshold or sign-up
  • Call first if you need a particular bra size. "Selected items" promises nothing about range. Ring the outlet on 03-6436 8148 and ask what's on the RM30 rail
  • Skip the drive if Wacoal is your only reason to go. The web store's RM80 bras need no petrol, and the outlet's best-ever terms (70% plus an extra 25% on seven pieces) aren't on offer

Tips

  • From the car park at B1-B8, take the lift at the far east section to High Street for Suite 212, per the mall's directions
  • Genting Highlands Premium Outlets is open-air at about 1,700m: bring a light layer and expect afternoon mist or rain
  • The mall is administratively in Bentong, Pahang, about 45 minutes from KL
