Hotel Buffet Prices in Kota Kinabalu 2026: RM98 or RM200 for the Same Saturday Night, and the Click That Saves RM22
We read the live rate cards of six Kota Kinabalu hotel buffets on 19 September 2026, straight off each hotel's own page or booking channel. A weekend dinner buffet starts at RM98 nett an adult at Promenade Cafe and tops out at RM200 nett if you walk in unbooked to Shangri-La Tanjung Aru's Thursday Malam Kampung. Four things the headline price hides: only Shangri-La prices a walk-in separately, so booking ahead is worth RM22 a head; Hilton and The Pacific Sutera both give a fifth seat free; only two of the six say whether the 6% service tax is inside the number; and the child age band moves from 6 to 12 at one hotel to 7 to 11 at another.
