JPJ Runners Must Register From 1 November: What Changes at the Counter in January 2027, and What You Can Do Yourself
From 1 January 2027, only intermediaries registered with and approved by JPJ may transact on a customer's behalf at any JPJ office. Registration opens online on 1 November 2026 and, according to the director-general, is free. Approved runners get a two-year digital ID.
