> Quick view: Fujifilm Malaysia's New Gear, New Stories Cashback Promotion runs on purchases made 1 to 31 October 2026, so there are seven days left as of today (25 October). The headline is the X-T5 with RM2,000 cashback plus RM400 Touch 'n Go credit, which takes the body from its RM8,648 list price to an effective RM6,648 before the eWallet credit. The X-T50, X-S20, X-M5, the two GFX100 II bodies and seven XF lenses are also included. You claim everything yourself through Fujifilm's e-warranty site, within 7 days of buying.

What is on the list

These are the official prices (SRP before cashback) and benefits from Fujifilm Malaysia's October promotion page and its campaign posters.

X Series cameras (body or any listed kit)

  • X-T5: RM2,000 cashback + RM400 Touch 'n Go credit. Body RM8,648; XF16-80mm kit RM11,198; XF16-50mm kit RM11,488. Silver or black.
  • X-T50: RM800 cashback + RM200 TNG credit. Body RM7,998; XC15-45mm kit RM8,498; XF16-50mm kit RM9,998.
  • X-S20: RM500 cashback + RM200 TNG credit. Body RM6,888; XC15-45mm kit RM7,388; XF18-55mm kit RM8,888; XF16-50mm kit RM9,388.
  • X-M5: RM200 cashback. Body RM3,948; XC15-45mm kit RM4,398.
  • X-T30 III: no cashback on the camera itself, but buying the body (RM4,248) together with the XC35mm F2 lens (RM928) earns RM200 TNG credit.

GFX medium format

  • GFX100 II body (RM38,888) and GFX100S II body (RM26,888): RM2,000 cashback each.
  • Separately, Fujifilm's five GFX Premium Partners (YL Camera, J One Camera, Key Color, Johan Photo and Camzilla) offer a zero-interest instalment plan of up to 12 months on GFX cameras, or GFX cameras bought with GF lenses, subject to bank approval. It does not cover GF lenses bought on their own.

XF lenses

  • RM400 cashback: XF18mm F1.4 R LM WR (RM4,648), XF23mm F1.4 R LM WR (RM4,238), XF33mm F1.4 R LM WR (RM3,668), XF56mm F1.2 R WR Mark II (RM4,998) and XF90mm F2 R LM WR (RM4,422).
  • XF35mm F1.4 R (RM2,818): RM200 on Fujifilm's lens poster. One of Fujifilm's summary graphics shows RM400 for the same lens, so ask the dealer which figure applies before you pay.

How to claim, step by step

  1. Buy between 1 and 31 October 2026 from an authorised Fujifilm Malaysia retailer or Fujifilm's official e-store. Keep the original receipt or invoice. Cameras bought from unauthorised sellers do not qualify.
  2. Register the e-warranty at fujifilm-ewarranty.com.my within 7 days of the purchase date printed on the receipt. If you buy on 31 October, your deadline is 7 November. Fujifilm says late registrations "will not be considered".
  3. Wait for the email. Once Fujifilm verifies the registration, it sends a Touch 'n Go rebate PIN by email within 14 working days.
  4. If anything goes wrong, Fujifilm asks you to contact its sales representative or the retailer you bought from.

Worked examples

  • X-T5 body: RM8,648 minus RM2,000 cashback = RM6,648 effective, plus RM400 TNG credit on top. That is the biggest saving in the campaign as a share of price (about 23%).
  • X-T5 with XF16-80mm: RM11,198 minus RM2,000 = RM9,198, plus RM400 TNG.
  • X-T50 with XC15-45mm: RM8,498 minus RM800 = RM7,698, plus RM200 TNG.
  • X-S20 with XC15-45mm: RM7,388 minus RM500 = RM6,888, plus RM200 TNG.
  • X-T50 body plus XF33mm F1.4: RM7,998 + RM3,668 = RM11,666, minus RM800 and RM400 = RM10,466, plus RM200 TNG. Camera and lens cashback stack because they are separate qualifying items.
  • X-T30 III body plus XC35mm F2: RM4,248 + RM928 = RM5,176, with RM200 TNG back.
  • GFX100S II body: RM26,888 minus RM2,000 = RM24,888.

Who it suits, and who should skip

It suits anyone already set on an X-T5. RM2,400 in combined value is a large cut on a camera that lists at RM8,648. It also suits beginners choosing between the X-S20 and X-T50, since both now come with TNG credit, and portrait shooters eyeing the XF56mm F1.2 or XF33mm F1.4.

Skip it if you want the X-E5, X-H2, X-H2S, X100VI, X half or GFX100RF. They appear on Fujifilm's October price poster but carry no cashback this month. If you need cash in hand for the purchase itself, note that the benefit arrives as a Touch 'n Go PIN weeks later, not as a discount at the till.

Fine print that trips people up

  • The 7-day clock starts on the receipt date, not the day you collect the camera. Register the same day if you can.
  • Prices are SRP. Some dealers sell below SRP, so compare the counter price as well as the cashback.
  • "While stocks last" is printed on every poster. Popular colours of the X-T5 and X-T50 may be short in the last week.
  • Fujifilm also advertised separate event-only offers for its Fujifilm Connect Malaysia meet-up. Those are not part of this promotion, and the venue and dates were not on Fujifilm's site when we checked, so do not assume a dealer will honour them.
