Is ZUS Tea Scratch & Win still running?

No. The campaign closed on 31 July 2026, 11:59pm MYT, which was the last moment any scratch card code could be redeemed in the ZUS App. Outlets stopped issuing cards at the end of the campaign period, and unredeemed codes expired with it.

As of 10 August 2026, ZUS Coffee has not published a public announcement naming the Proton e.MAS 5 or LBS home grand-prize winner. If one is issued, it would appear on ZUS Coffee's official social channels rather than on the outlet menu boards.

How it worked

ZUS Coffee's tea line — the ZUS Tea Fresh Brew Series, which includes flavours like Da Hong Pao Milk Tea and White Peach Oolong Milk Tea — came bundled with a Scratch & Win card for the length of the campaign, 6 to 31 July 2026.

  1. Buy any ONE (1) ZUS Tea Fresh Brew Series drink, at any ZUS Coffee outlet (walk-in) or through the ZUS App for pickup or delivery.
  2. You got ONE (1) free Scratch Card at the counter or with your order.
  3. Scratch the grey panel to reveal a unique voucher code.
  4. Open the ZUS App, go to the Voucher section, key in the code and tap 'Claim' — every code was a guaranteed prize.

The prize pool was described as 1,000,000+ prizes worth more than RM3,000,000, made up of everyday rewards from partner brands — Watsons, GSC, Touch 'n Go, Xiaomi, Ogawa, Simplysiti, Dododots, Inside Scoop and MR.DIY — plus, at the very top, a chance at a Proton e.MAS 5 electric car or an LBS home.

The catch: two different deadlines

This was the part worth reading carefully, because ZUS ran two clocks at once:

  • 26 July 2026, 11:59pm MYT — the cut-off for a redeemed code to count as an entry into the second-round Grand Prize Draw (the car or the house).
  • 31 July 2026, 11:59pm MYT — the final date any scratch card code could be redeemed at all. Codes claimed between 27 and 31 July still unlocked their guaranteed prize, but no longer went into the Grand Prize Draw.

Other fine print: the offer applied to walk-in purchases and ZUS App orders (pickup and delivery) — third-party delivery platforms such as Grab or foodpanda were not eligible. It ran while stocks of physical scratch cards lasted, and each code could only be redeemed once.

What ZUS Coffee is running now (August 2026)

The scratch cards are gone, but ZUS Coffee's own site still lists an app-based offer:

  • Buy 1 Free 1 for first-time ZUS App users — listed on zuscoffee.com as limited to first-time app users, T&Cs apply. No end date is published on the page.

ZUS runs most of its deals through the ZUS App rather than in-store signage, so the app's voucher tab is the place to check before ordering. We only list offers we can see on ZUS's own channels — anything else circulating on deal-aggregator sites should be confirmed in the app first.

Our take

The guaranteed-prize mechanic made this a low-risk campaign for anyone already drinking ZUS Tea — worst case was a small everyday voucher, not nothing. The lesson worth carrying to the next ZUS giveaway: when a campaign advertises one headline end date, check whether the *draw entry* deadline is earlier. Here it was five days earlier, and buying in the final week meant a guaranteed prize but no shot at the car.
