AEON's 42nd Anniversary: RM42 Buys One Draw Entry, and Only 21 Stores Get a VIP Day
AEON has stacked five separate promotions under one 42nd anniversary banner between 1 September and 31 October 2026, and they pull against each other. Spend & Win gives one Batik Air draw entry per RM42 receipt no matter how much more you spend, so splitting your basket multiplies entries. But splitting destroys the RM100 voucher threshold and the RM150 tote threshold. We read AEON's own terms PDF and all five campaign posters, found the flight prize count contradicted between two of them, and worked out which day to shop.

The Sabah leg of Tourism Malaysia and Star Media Group's Star Karnival Cuti-Cuti Malaysia closed at Imago Shopping Mall, Kota Kinabalu on 16 August 2026 after three days and 41 booths — the Batik Air 15% flight discount ended with it. Three stops remain on the six-state roadshow: Sunway Carnival Mall Penang (24-27 Sep), Sunway Pyramid Selangor (23-25 Oct) and Plaza Merdeka Kuching (30 Oct-1 Nov), all free to enter.
