Three of these eight close on a fixed day each week, and Google's summary line does not show it: The Summit Cafe on Sundays, Meng Chai Seafood on Thursdays, Saberkas Night Market on Mondays and Tuesdays. We opened the day-by-day hours for eight Miri eating places on 6 September 2026, along with trading status and what diners report spending, and found that the most-repeated claim about one of them - that Mat Kolok closes at 3pm - is its Sunday time, not its weekday one.
