> Quick view: Anlene's "Sambutlah Hari Malaysia bersama Anlene" campaign runs 1 August to 30 September 2026 — spend RM38 or more on Anlene in one receipt at a participating pharmacy chain, scan the campaign QR or WhatsApp the receipt to 010-238 3446, and a RM5 Touch 'n Go eWallet rebate follows once your submission is verified.

The offer

  • Anlene Malaysia is running a Malaysia Day buy-and-redeem campaign — Beli & Tebus — giving a RM5 Touch 'n Go eWallet rebate to shoppers who buy Anlene products worth RM38 or more in a single receipt
  • The redemption period on Anlene's campaign artwork reads 1 August to 30 September 2026 (01 Ogos – 30 September 2026), a window that covers both Merdeka Day (31 August) and Malaysia Day (16 September)
  • Two ways to submit: scan the campaign QR code on the in-store standee or campaign poster, or WhatsApp a photo of your receipt to 010-238 3446
  • The campaign artwork's fine print states that verification of your details and receipt takes 3–5 working days — so the RM5 does not land instantly

Where it counts: nine pharmacy chains

This is a pharmacy-chain promotion, not a blanket nationwide grocery offer — a distinction worth getting right before you buy a tin at the supermarket and expect a rebate. Anlene's campaign artwork lists nine participating chains:

  • BIG Pharmacy
  • CARiNG Pharmacy
  • R Pharmacy
  • AM PM Pharmacy
  • PMG Pharmacy
  • SIANG Pharmacy
  • Sunway Multicare Pharmacy
  • Health Lane Family Pharmacy
  • Alpro Pharmacy

Anlene has not published a branch-by-branch list, so if you shop at a smaller independent outlet under one of these banners, ask the counter whether it is running the campaign before you pay.

What RM38 actually buys

The threshold is on receipt value, not on a fixed product list, so any mix of Anlene items counts. Three of the nine participating chains publish live shelf prices online — CARiNG, BIG Pharmacy and Alpro — and every figure below was re-checked on 3 September 2026:

  • Anlene Gold 5X Plain 950gRM33.90 at both CARiNG and BIG, down from RM40.90. One tin alone falls RM4.10 short
  • Anlene CholestoPro 800gRM33.90 at CARiNG and BIG, down from RM43.50. Alpro sells a CholestoPro 800g with a free 100g attached for RM32.50, the cheapest CholestoPro of the three — and, at RM5.50 short, the one that leaves you furthest from the threshold
  • Anlene Total 10 800gRM54.90 at CARiNG and BIG, down from RM65.00. The only single tin that clears RM38 on its own
  • Anlene Actifit 3X 950gRM34.65 at BIG, RM3.35 short, and at full price with no discount showing
  • Anlene Regular 950gRM34.65 at Alpro, also RM3.35 short and also undiscounted
  • Anlene Gold 5X 550g in Dark Chocolate or Cafe Latte — RM21.90 at CARiNG and BIG, RM21.80 at Alpro, all cut from RM26.80. Two tins qualify: RM43.80, or RM43.60 at Alpro
  • Anlene Actifit 3X 550gRM21.45 at BIG. Two tins = RM42.90, the cheapest qualifying basket of any listed here

Two traps are worth knowing before you shop. The first is that every large tin except Total 10 lands just under the line — RM32.50, RM33.90, RM34.65 — so the RM38 threshold has been set precisely where one big tin is never enough and a second item is always needed. The second is that Gold 5X Plain 550g is the one tin carrying no discount at all: it holds at RM26.80 across all three chains while the identically sized Dark Chocolate and Cafe Latte tins are cut to RM21.90. Two plain tins cost RM53.60 against RM43.80 for two flavoured ones — RM9.80 more for the same weight of milk powder, to earn the same RM5.

The practical read: two flavoured 550g tins is the cleanest way to hit RM38, and BIG Pharmacy's Actifit 3X at RM21.45 each is the cheapest version of it.

How to redeem, step by step

  1. Buy RM38 or more of Anlene products in one receipt at a participating pharmacy — split receipts do not combine
  2. Keep the physical receipt and photograph it clearly, including the store name, date and total
  3. Scan the campaign QR code in-store, or WhatsApp the receipt photo to 010-238 3446
  4. Submit whatever personal details the redemption flow asks for, then wait — verification runs 3–5 working days
  5. Check your Touch 'n Go eWallet balance after that window; hold on to the receipt until the RM5 actually appears

Who it suits — and who should skip

Worth doing if you already buy Anlene monthly for an older parent or for yourself, and you shop at BIG, CARiNG, Alpro or another of the nine chains. Buying two 550g tins in one go instead of one a month turns a purchase you were making anyway into a RM5 rebate.

Skip it if your usual Anlene run is at AEON, Lotus's, Giant, 99 Speedmart or an online marketplace — those are not on the participating list, and a supermarket promo price may still beat pharmacy shelf price minus RM5. A RM5 rebate is 13.2% on a spend of exactly RM38 — but no realistic Anlene basket lands exactly on RM38, and on the cheapest qualifying one (RM42.90) the rate is 11.7%. Treat 13% as the ceiling rather than the rate: a decent but not extraordinary saving, and not one worth driving across town for.

Stacking it at Health Lane

Health Lane Family Pharmacy is on Anlene's list of nine and is separately running its own Merdeka Mega Sale until 30 September 2026, so the two windows overlap almost exactly. The overlap is narrower than it looks. Health Lane's gift-with-purchase lunch bag needs RM350 in a single receipt for the free version, or RM250 for the RM9.90 purchase-with-purchase version — of which at least RM100 must be spent on the promotional brands in its booklet, with milk explicitly excluded. Your Anlene spend therefore counts toward Health Lane's receipt total but not toward that RM100 promotional-brand portion, so do not build a RM250 shop around Anlene and expect the bag. What does stack cleanly is any straight percentage discount on the shelf: the RM38 is measured on what you actually pay.

Fine print and what is still unpublished

  • The artwork states "Penebusan tertakluk kepada terma & syarat" — redemption is subject to terms and conditions, which are not reproduced on the poster itself
  • No per-customer redemption cap has been published, and that was still true when we re-checked on 3 September 2026. Anlene's own Malaysian site publishes nothing about this campaign at all — its Events & Promotions page lists only the Mobility Check and Discover Your Move Age tools — and the newest public post on its Facebook page is dated 21 August. There is simply no official document to read, so if you plan several qualifying purchases across the two months, ask before assuming each one earns RM5
  • Participating branch lists and any stock exclusions are not published either, which matters most for the smaller banners on the list
  • This is a separate campaign from Anlene's other 2026 activity, such as the free 1kg Anlene dumbbell given with a RM40 Anlene purchase at AEON from 31 July to 9 August 2026 — the RM38-for-RM5 mechanic and the pharmacy chain list above apply to this Touch 'n Go campaign only

Tips

  • The window closes on 30 September, so the useful part of it is now under four weeks — submit soon after each qualifying purchase rather than stockpiling receipts to the end of the month
  • Stack it with whatever in-store Anlene discount is already running: the RM38 threshold is measured on what you actually pay, so a discounted basket still qualifying at RM38+ is the best-value version of this deal
  • If the RM5 has not landed a week after submitting, reply on the same WhatsApp thread with your receipt photo again rather than starting a fresh submission
