BIG Pharmacy is a Malaysian pharmacy chain that also sells its full shelf online at bigpharmacy.com.my: supplements, milk and health drinks, skincare, oral care and medical supplies. The 10.10 terms come from the chain's own Facebook post and campaign poster, both dated for 1 to 12 October 2026 and marked "Online Exclusive".

How the sale works, step by step

  1. Shop the discounted shelf. Many items already carry a lower price than their usual one. The poster headline promises savings of up to 50%, and the "BIG BIG Discount" collection is the place to start.
  2. Pick one storewide code at checkout. BGYES20 needs a minimum spend of RM70 and is capped at RM14. BGYES22 needs RM180 and is capped at RM200.
  3. Look for brand vouchers. Participating brands (the poster lists names such as Centrum, Ensure, Anlene, Brand's, Sensodyne and Berocca) offer their own vouchers of up to 20% off.
  4. Pay with Grab for the last bit. PAYLATER1010 gives RM20 off when you pay with PayLater by Grab, which lets you pay next month or split it over four months at 0% interest. GP1010 gives RM5 off with GrabPay. Both need a RM200 spend.
  5. Choose home delivery. The post says delivery orders only, so a Click & Collect order is outside the promo.

Which code should you use?

The two caps change the maths more than the percentages do.

BGYES20's 20% hits its RM14 cap at exactly RM70. Spend RM70 or RM170, the saving is the same RM14. So think of it as RM14 off any cart between RM70 and RM179.99.

BGYES22 behaves very differently. Its RM200 cap only bites at around RM909, so for any normal household order it is a true 22% off. At RM180 it already takes off RM39.60.

That creates a sweet spot. A RM180 cart with BGYES22 costs RM140.40. A RM160 cart with BGYES20 costs RM146. If your cart is anywhere above about RM154.40, adding a few more things to reach RM180 makes the final bill smaller, not bigger. Stock up on something you would buy anyway, like toothpaste or vitamins.

Worked examples

Prices were read on BIG Pharmacy's online store on the morning of 6 October 2026 and may move during the sale.

  • Small top-up cart. Blackmores Vitamin C 500mg 60s (RM29.80), Berocca Effervescent 30s (RM37.90) and Sensodyne Complete Protection 100g (RM17.09) come to RM84.79. BGYES20 takes off the full RM14, so you pay RM70.79. Below RM100 you pay the RM6.20 Peninsular delivery fee, so the total is RM76.99.
  • Family restock. Brand's Essence of Chicken 70g 15s (RM77.90), Centrum Silver 100s (RM73.00) and a Sensodyne Repair & Protect twin pack (RM32.90) come to RM183.80. BGYES22 takes off RM40.44, leaving RM143.36 with free delivery. The same cart with BGYES20 would cost RM169.80.
  • Big stock-up with Grab. An Ensure Gold Vanilla 1.97kg value pack (RM235.90) and the Blackmores Vitamin C (RM29.80) come to RM265.70. BGYES22 takes off RM58.45, leaving RM207.25. PAYLATER1010 takes off another RM20, so you pay RM187.25, about 30% below the shelf total.

Who it is good for, and who should skip it

It suits households that already buy supplements, milk drinks or Brand's essence every month, and caregivers stocking up on adult nutrition. Those carts clear RM180 easily, which is where the 22% code earns its keep.

Skip it if you only need one or two small items. Under RM70 no code applies, and you pay delivery on orders below RM100. If you need medicine today, walk into a branch instead: online orders take 3 to 7 working days to process, then 2 to 5 working days to arrive in the Peninsula or 5 to 10 in Sabah and Sarawak.

Fine print that trips people up

  • The Grab RM200 threshold. The post does not say whether the RM200 is counted before or after BGYES22 comes off. To be safe, build a cart of at least RM256.42, which stays above RM200 even after the 22% comes off.
  • Stacking is not spelled out. The poster says the Grab codes stack. It does not say whether a brand voucher can be used together with BGYES20 or BGYES22. Try both at checkout and keep whichever gives the lower total.
  • Delivery. The store offers free delivery above RM100, capped at RM6.20. That covers Peninsular orders, where the fee is RM6.20 for the first 5kg. Sabah and Sarawak pay RM11.20 for the first kg plus RM10 for each extra kg, so heavy milk tins to East Malaysia will still cost something. There are no deliveries on the first Saturday of each month or on public holidays.
  • Stock. Deals and items are subject to availability, and the RM1 "Special Mega Deals" go first.
  • Exclusions. The post lists none, but pharmacies often leave prescription medicine and infant formula out of storewide codes. Check the discount line before you pay.
  • Dates. The codes are for 1 to 12 October 2026. Malaysia time is what counts, so pay before midnight on 12 October.
