> Quick view, 4 October 2026: Ayam Gepuk Top Global has not launched an October promotion. Its first posts of the month are a branch finder, an opening-hours card, a food truck at Sepang and a sixth-anniversary charity drive. None of them is a price offer. But the September line-up never came down. The homepage carousel still runs the Set Rasa Malaysia and Crispy Mania slides, and the brand's own menu now lists those sets as ordinary menu items. The only new product is Chicken Tenders at RM12.90. The RM19.57 Merdeka set, which stayed on the menu for weeks after it ended, has finally been removed.

What you can buy in October, and for how much

These prices come from the brand's own homepage slides and its public menu on ayamgepuktopglobal.my, both read on 4 October 2026. Prices include SST.

  • Set Rasa Malaysia: RM16.90. One set with rice and two pieces of crispy chicken, sambal, cucumber and kicap, shown with an iced sirap. Wing (*kepak*) and thigh (*paha*) only. The September poster gave the hours as 3pm to 10pm.
  • Single Crispy: RM14.50. Rice and one piece of crispy chicken, plus one of Sirap Ais, Kubis Goreng or Tauhu & Tempe.
  • Super Crispy: RM17.90. The "all in one" set: nasi, ayam, tauhu, tempe, kubis goreng and air sirap.
  • Chicken Tenders: RM12.90 (new). Three pieces with Baralicious sauce. An extra pot of Baralicious is +RM1.80.
  • "Satu tak cukup?" add-on: RM4.90 for 1 piece, RM8.90 for 2. This is still on the homepage carousel. It is purchase-with-purchase only, wing and thigh only, and it is not a row on the menu, so check at the counter before you count on it.

The September deals have quietly become menu items

In September these sets came with a poster titled "Sept Deals", marked "LIMITED TIME · LIMITED STOCK" and printed with no end date. On 4 October no October poster has replaced it, and the brand's menu has absorbed the three sets instead.

The menu catalogue stores prices before tax. Add Malaysia's 6% service tax and each one lands on the poster price to the sen:

  • Set Rasa Malaysia RM15.95 × 1.06 = RM16.90
  • Single Crispy RM13.69 × 1.06 = RM14.50
  • Super Crispy RM16.89 × 1.06 = RM17.90

This is the strongest evidence that the prices still hold in October. A menu row is something a cashier rings up. A leftover carousel slide is not. It is also why we call these "menu prices" rather than "October deals". The brand has not re-announced them, and a menu price can change without notice.

One thing the menu row does not repeat is the 3pm to 10pm window. That came from the September artwork. If you arrive at lunchtime and want Set Rasa Malaysia, ask first. Single Crispy and Super Crispy were never time-limited.

New: Chicken Tenders, RM12.90

The newest slide on the homepage was uploaded to the brand's server on 14 September 2026. It reads "ALL NEW CHICKEN TENDERS" and "3 Pieces + Baralicious Sauce RM12.90", with a +RM1.80 Baralicious add-on for anyone who wants more. The menu agrees: Chicken Tender is RM12.17 before tax (RM12.90 with SST) and Sos Baralicious is RM1.70 (RM1.80). It also lists a Buttermilk sauce for the tenders at RM1.89 before tax, which is about RM2.00. That sauce is not on the slide.

The slide shows a basket of tenders and a pot of sauce. No rice is pictured or listed, so treat it as a snack or a side. It is not a replacement for a nasi set.

Worked examples at October prices

  • One person, two pieces of chicken: Set Rasa Malaysia costs RM16.90. Single Crispy plus a one-piece add-on costs RM19.40. The set is RM2.50 cheaper.
  • One person, three pieces: Single Crispy plus the two-piece add-on comes to RM23.40, against RM30.30 at the add-on's stated normal price. This is the biggest saving on the list, but it is also the offer that has dropped off the menu, so confirm at the counter.
  • Two people: two Single Crispy cost RM29.00 and two Set Rasa Malaysia cost RM33.80. One Single Crispy plus one Chicken Tenders comes to RM27.40, the cheapest pairing on the current list, but only one of you gets rice.
  • Most food for the money: Super Crispy at RM17.90 is RM1 more than Set Rasa Malaysia. It swaps the second piece of chicken for tauhu, tempe, kubis goreng and the drink.

For comparison, the RM19.57 Merdeka set fed two people. Nothing on the October list comes close to that for a couple.

Sixth anniversary: a charity drive, not a discount (so far)

The brand's Facebook cover now reads "Meraikan 6 Tahun Bersama Toppers", celebrating six years. The first anniversary activity is a giveaway, not a price cut. Under the banner "6 Tahun 1000 Rezeki", the brand says it will hand out 300 aid packs at its Kangar, Perlis outlet on Friday 9 October 2026, 10am to noon, with registration through a QR code in the video or the link in its Instagram bio. As of 4 October, no anniversary meal deal has been announced. If one appears, it will show up on the homepage carousel and Instagram first.

Opening hours: 10pm on Instagram, 9.30pm everywhere else

The brand's Instagram bio now says daily 10am to 10pm, with a Friday break from 1pm to 2.30pm. Its website footer still says 11.30am to 9.30pm, Monday to Sunday, and 50 of the 53 rows in its branch directory give exactly those hours. If you're going after 9pm, phone the branch first. Plan for a last order around 9.15pm.

Where, and how to order

The brand's branch directory listed 49 Ayam Gepuk Top Global outlets on 4 October 2026. By state: Selangor 19, Kuala Lumpur 6, Johor 6, Kedah 4, Negeri Sembilan 3, Melaka 2, Penang 2, Putrajaya 1, Perlis 1 and Perak 1, plus four rows with no state. The directory also lists the Plaza KLTS head office and two Bebek By Top Global restaurants, which are a separate brand. The Instagram bio claims 58 branches. When the bio and the directory disagree, call before making a long trip.

There is still no online ordering. The /pickup page reads "Online Order • Coming Soon", and every branch row is flagged as unavailable for online orders. Everything on this page is bought at the counter. The brand also advertises unlimited free refills of nasi and sambal, and that applies to every set.

Who this suits, and who should skip it

Worth a visit if you eat alone and want two pieces with rice for under RM17, if you want to try the new tenders, or if you're already buying a set and the PWP add-on is still being honoured at your branch.

Skip it if you're two people hoping for something like the RM19.57 Merdeka price, if you want breast meat (the promo cuts are wing and thigh only), or if you were waiting for an anniversary sale, because none has been announced yet.

Fine print

  • "Dua ketul", not "berdua". Set Rasa Malaysia is one set with two pieces of chicken. It is not a set for two people.
  • No October end date exists, because there is no October campaign. These are menu prices, and they can change without notice.
  • The 3pm to 10pm window for Set Rasa Malaysia comes from the September poster. The menu row doesn't repeat it, so check before 3pm.
  • The PWP add-on is not on the menu. Treat RM4.90 and RM8.90 as "ask at the counter".
  • The Merdeka RM19.57 set ended on 31 August 2026. It ran from 15 August, 3pm to 6pm, and fed two. It is no longer listed anywhere on the brand's menu.
