> Quick view: DS Home, a Klang Valley electrical appliance chain, is clearing stock at its Subang Perdana store in Shah Alam from Thursday 24 to Sunday 27 September 2026, 10am to 9pm. The headline prices (a 55-inch TV for RM999, a 330L fridge for RM899, a 9kg washer for RM499, a ceiling fan for RM99) are Early Bird deals that only exist between 10am and 11am and are capped at three units a day. The all-day prices are smaller but still real, and there are gifts once your receipt reaches RM1,000.

DS Home announced the sale on its Instagram and Facebook page, with a set of price posters for the event. Everything below comes from those posters. The store is at 30A Jalan Dinar F U3/F, Taman Subang Perdana, 40150 Shah Alam. Search "DS HOME (Subang Perdana)" on Waze, and questions go to WhatsApp 016-921 8368. The sale covers this one outlet only. DS Home's other branches aren't part of it, and the online store at dshome2u.com.my doesn't carry the warehouse prices.

How it works, step by step

  1. Pick your day. The sale runs Thursday to Sunday, 24 to 27 September 2026, 10am to 9pm. Weekday mornings are the realistic shot at Early Bird stock, since the weekend draws the crowd.
  2. Be there before 10am if you want an Early Bird item. Ten items carry Early Bird prices, valid 10am to 11am only on each of the four days. Every Early Bird poster says "Limited 3 Units/Day. While stocks last." We read that as three units of each item per day for the whole store, not three per shopper. DS Home hasn't spelled it out, so WhatsApp the store if you're planning around one specific model.
  3. Browse the all-day markdowns after 11am. Fifteen other models are priced for the whole event, while stocks last. They include a Samsung 65-inch 4K Business TV for RM2,099 (RCP RM3,899), a TCL 85-inch Premium QLED TV for RM4,899 (RCP RM7,199), an LG 55-inch 4K UHD AI TV for RM1,599 (RCP RM2,599) and a Midea 660L side-by-side fridge for RM1,999 (RCP RM2,779). There's also a TCL 515L four-door fridge for RM2,199 (RCP RM3,599), a Toshiba 7kg front-load washer for RM999 (RCP RM1,999) and a Toshiba 7kg venting dryer for RM799 (RCP RM1,647).
  4. Check your total against the Spend & Get tiers. One receipt of RM1,000 and above gets an AVF wired mouse. RM3,000 gets a Phison toaster, Phison kettle, Khind hair dryer or Hamilton Beach fry pan. At RM7,000 you choose a La Gourmet blender, a La Gourmet rice cooker or an RM150 DS Home cash voucher. RM11,000 brings a Midea induction cooker, a Tefal rice cooker or an RM250 voucher. At RM15,000 it's a Breville pressure cooker, Sharp microwave, Kenwood hand blender or an RM350 voucher.
  5. Decide how to pay. DS Home advertises 0% interest instalments for up to 24 months through AEON Credit, Visa, Mastercard, Grab, Atome "and most of banks". The 0% carries an asterisk, so the terms depend on your card or plan.

DS Home also promotes free gifts, PWP (purchase with purchase) offers, a Top Spender reward and 5,000 free membership points, but hasn't published the PWP items or the Top Spender prize on its own channels. Ask at the counter rather than relying on third-party lists.

Worked examples

  • Kitting out a first home, Early Bird run: Toshiba 330L fridge RM899, Sharp 9kg washer RM499, Alpha water heater RM199 and Deka ceiling fan RM99 come to RM1,696. At RCP that's RM3,527, so about RM1,831 saved, and the receipt clears the RM1,000 tier for a free mouse. You need to be at the counter between 10am and 11am, and all four items must still be in stock that morning.
  • Family upgrade and the RM7,000 gap: Samsung 75-inch TV RM2,499, Hisense 520L fridge RM1,399, Midea washer dryer RM1,299 and an LG 55-inch TV for the bedroom RM1,599 come to RM6,796. That's RM204 short of the RM7,000 tier. Adding the Panasonic 3.6kW water heater at RM229 takes you to RM7,025 and unlocks the RM150 voucher, so the heater costs you RM79 net once the voucher is used. Spread over 24 months at 0%, RM7,025 is about RM293 a month, if your card qualifies.
  • Two bedrooms of aircond: two Haier 1.0HP units come to RM1,198 only if the RM200 NUR rebate applies to each unit. If you don't qualify, work on RM799 each (RM1,598). Without the rebate, the all-day Midea 1.0HP at RM949 or Panasonic 1.0HP at RM1,149 may suit you better. Those two prices don't depend on a rebate, and neither has the 10am cut-off.

Who it's good for, and who should skip it

It suits Klang Valley households replacing several big appliances at once, people moving into a new place in Shah Alam, Subang or Petaling Jaya, and anyone who can get to Subang Perdana on a weekday morning. The instalment plan helps if you'd otherwise split purchases across several months.

Skip the Early Bird chase if you can't arrive before 10am. With three units a day across four days, only 12 of each Early Bird item are on offer in total. Also skip it if you're set on a model not on the posters: the "up to 90% off" headline isn't backed by any item DS Home has priced, and the steepest published discount is 63%, on the Hisense fridge. Everyone else should still compare: RCP is the brand's recommended price, not what other stores actually charge, so check the same model on Senheng, Harvey Norman or Shopee before paying.

Fine print that trips people up

  • Early Bird is one hour a day. 10am to 11am only, three units a day, while stocks last. Arrive at 11.05am and the Early Bird price is gone.
  • Aircond prices include a rebate. The Haier RM599 and Daikin RM999 prices are "after promo + NUR rebate". The NUR (Nikmat Untuk Rakyat) rebate is RM200, and the poster itself says to check with the store on eligibility.
  • Installation and delivery aren't priced. The posters promise "fast delivery" but don't publish delivery or installation charges. Aircond and water heater installation is usually extra, so get the total in writing.
  • "Photos are for illustration purposes only." The exact model number isn't printed, so check the box and model before paying, especially on the TVs.
  • Spend & Get counts one receipt. The tiers are "& above" per the poster, and terms and conditions apply. Keep the whole purchase on one bill if you're aiming for a tier.
  • Other DS Home outlets don't have these prices. It's the Subang Perdana store only.
