> Quick view: FamilyMart's timed All-Day Jimat Deals ended on 31 August 2026 and have not been replaced — the poster is still on familymart.com.my with its own expiry printed on it. What is still live is the bigger half: Merdeka Deals, 5 August to 22 September 2026, plus a set of offers with no published end date at all. Every price below was read off FamilyMart's own promotions page and the Merdeka Deals artwork on 3 September 2026.
If you walked into a FamilyMart this week expecting a RM1.90 ice lemon tea at four in the afternoon, you paid full price for it.
The All-Day Jimat Deals — the five timed windows that priced a breakfast muffin at RM4.90, onigiri at RM3.90 and a drink at RM1.90 depending on the hour — carried their own end date in the fine print: 8 July to 31 August 2026. That date has passed. FamilyMart has not announced a successor schedule, and as of this check the expired poster is still sitting on its promotions page with the dead dates printed underneath it, which is exactly how a shopper ends up disappointed at the counter.
The useful news is that the clock was never the good half of the sheet.
Still live: Merdeka Deals, to 22 September
FamilyMart's Merdeka Deals price list runs 5 August to 22 September 2026 — three weeks longer than the Jimat clock, and it is where the actual money is. It is published as a single image-only poster, which is why text searches of the site miss it entirely.
The sheet is organised under three awnings, and it is worth getting them the right way round because the headline percentages do not sit where you would guess.
Exclusive Merch, up to 25% off. This is the FamilyMart Chiller Miniature Model and Freezer Miniature Model — a members-only collectible that doubles as a fridge magnet. Buy any 1 at RM26.90, or any 2 at RM44.90, with the poster stamping "Save: RM3.00 – RM14.90". That saving band is the one number on the whole sheet that lets you back out a normal price: RM29.90 each. Two for RM44.90 works out at RM22.45 apiece, a genuine 25% off — matching the awning exactly. A single unit at RM26.90 is only 10% off, so the pair is the only version worth buying.
Member-Only Deals, badged up to 43% off. Two lines sit under this awning, both new: Tala's Sanrio Astronaut Fruit Gummy Candy 20g, buy 2 at RM39.90 (save RM9.90) and Tala's Sanrio Seaside Fruit Gummy Candy 30g, buy 2 at RM29.90 (save RM9.90). Back-solve those and the normal prices are RM49.80 and RM39.80, which makes the actual discounts 20% and 25%. Nothing printed under this awning reaches 43%, so treat that badge as a ceiling FamilyMart has not shown its working for.
PWP with Any Purchase, up to 38% off. These need any other item in the basket, not a minimum spend, and this is the tier that genuinely delivers what it promises:
- Colgate Optic White Purple Toothpaste 100g — RM9.99, save RM5.91 (normally RM15.90, 37% off)
- Amos Gummy 60g–72g — RM3.99, save RM1.91–RM2.41 (up to 38% off, the deepest cut on the sheet)
- Snickers 40g–51g — RM3.49, save RM2.01 (normally RM5.50, 37% off)
- Loacker 45g — RM2.99, save RM1.71 (normally RM4.70, 36% off)
- Ambi Pur Car Mini Lavender 2ml — RM11.99, save RM5.41 (normally RM17.40, 31% off)
- Ultraman Ultra Soft Vinyl Heroes — RM11.99, save RM3.91 (normally RM15.90, 25% off)
- Yeo's Jelly Buddies Chia Seed Jelly 100g — RM1.99, save RM0.51 (normally RM2.50, 20% off)
The toothpaste is still the line to plan around: RM5.91 off one tube is more than three of the old RM1.90 drinks put together, and unlike them it does not care what time you walk in.
Sapot Lokal and the wider shelf
The Malaysian-brand block anchors on an Oriental Kopi grocery panel — not to be confused with the chilled Rasa Kopitiam counter range further down:

- Oriental Pandan Kaya 270g — RM8.90; Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste 100g — RM10.90; Sambal Nasi Lemak 220g — RM12.90; Crunchy Peanut Butter 230g — RM12.90
- QL Omega 3 & DHA Enriched eggs, 10s — RM6.69

- Old Town White Coffee 240ml — RM3.50; Zus Expresso 240ml — RM3.90; Bentoree Café ready-to-drink 385ml — RM5.90

Beyond Sapot Lokal the same sheet prices a long general shelf. The ones worth knowing: Kit Kat 4F 35g buy 2 at RM7.90, Haribo 70g–80g buy 2 at RM8.90, Nestlé Cereal Bar 20g–25g buy 2 at RM5.00, Oyoshi Green Tea 380ml buy 2 at RM5.00, Dutch Lady UHT 200ml buy 2 at RM4.90, Calpis 350ml buy 2 at RM6.50, Pocari Sweat 500ml RM3.60, Lay's Stax 100g RM6.50, Pringles 102g RM8.80, Nong Shim Bowl 103g–117g RM5.50, Salonpas Patch 10s RM5.90, Tiger Balm Ointment 10g RM7.50 and the Nivea deodorant roll-ons at RM15.99.
The offers with no end date at all
These are not on the Merdeka sheet and carry no published expiry, so they outlast 22 September unless FamilyMart says otherwise. After 31 August they are the closest thing left to the Jimat clock's everyday-cheap promise:
- Oden FAMee — any Oden soup with any noodle, RM4.90. Five broths: Spicy Mala (three heat levels), Classic Fishball, Sukiyaki, Spicy Korean and the original Tom Yum. Signature dipping sauce RM2.50. Members collect one stamp per Oden purchase, and five stamps earns a RM5 off Oden voucher — buy five bowls at RM4.90 and the sixth effectively costs 90 sen with the voucher applied elsewhere on Oden.
- Rasa Kopitiam, the FamilyMart x Oriental Kopi range. Curry Laksa Noodle RM13.90, Hainanese Chicken Rice RM13.90, Pandan Kaya Mochi Bun RM4.90, Pandan Kaya Cheese Bun RM3.50, Royal Chocolate Crunchy Cream Bun RM5.30, Crunchy Peanut Chocolate Sando RM7.50. Members get double FamiPoints plus a free Oriental Kopi toothpick set while stocks last. This range is in-store only and excluded from online orders, a restriction the other offers do not carry.
- Two Sofuto flavours — Cookies & Cream, and a Merdeka White Coffee swirl — in cone, cup, milkshake and pint, both paying double FamiPoints to members.
What the Jimat clock is worth remembering for
Two things survive the campaign's death and are worth keeping.
The "selected onigiri" list is public, and most people never found it. Every FamilyMart onigiri promotion is hedged with "selected only" and the poster never lists them — but FamilyMart maintains a page, linked from its own Linktree rather than from the promotions page, naming all of them. It currently lists 17 onigiri: Teriyaki Chicken, Black Pepper Teriyaki Chicken, Honey BBQ Chicken, Mayo Chicken, Grilled Salmon, Salted Salmon, Tuna Mayo, Salmon Cream Cheese, Crabstick Mayo, Spicy Tuna, Tobiko Mayo, Salmon Tartar, Ebi Mentai, Yakiniku, Cheesy Tamagoyaki, Salmon Mentai and Wasabi Shoyu Salmon — plus two Breakfast Muffins, Chicken Slice & Egg with Cheese, and Chicken Sausage. Bookmark it before the next timed campaign, because it answers the question the artwork never does.
The exclusion list is five shops, not two towns. FamilyMart's HTML copy keeps saying "except KLIA2 and Genting", but the Merdeka artwork's footer prints the real list: FamilyMart KLIA 2 (Arrival), KLIA 2 (Departure), Gateway@KLIA2 (2), Awana Skyway and Sky Avenue. So KLIA proper, and Genting outlets that are not Awana Skyway or Sky Avenue, do take part.
The contest tiles nobody reads
The bottom strip of the Merdeka sheet carries eight supplier contest and gift-with-purchase tiles — a QL Eggs "Beli & Menang Telur Emas" draw, a Pocari Sweat Merdeka Celebration offering five Decathlon gift cards and ten Pocari bath towels, a Nongshim Shin Ramyun 40th-anniversary Buy & Win with up to RM300,000 in prizes, a free Rokeby shoe bag, a Tiger Balm keychain and more.
Two warnings. Their terms live behind QR codes, not on the poster, so the entry mechanic and the receipt requirement are not readable from the shelf. And their contest periods are their own, not FamilyMart's — at least one tile on the sheet prints a period that closes before 22 September. Read the dates on the individual tile before you buy anything specifically to enter.
A worked September basket
The Jimat arithmetic is gone, so here is what replaces it. One Oden FAMee bowl with noodles at RM4.90, plus the RM9.99 Colgate as the purchase-with-purchase, plus two Farm Fresh UHT at RM2.50 each comes to RM19.89 — and RM5.91 of that is discount FamilyMart has itself priced against a stated before-price. That is a better ten minutes than any single Jimat window ever delivered, and it works at any hour of the day.
Who it suits, and who should skip
Worth a stop if you are a FamilyMart member already passing one: the Miniature Model pair at RM44.90 is a real 25% off, the PWP shelf attaches to a purchase you were making anyway, and Oden at RM4.90 has no clock on it.
Skip it if you were coming specifically for the timed windows. They are gone, nothing has replaced them, and a supermarket run will beat convenience-store shelf prices on almost everything in the Sapot Lokal block except the two-for lines.
Fine print
- Merdeka Deals runs 5 August to 22 September 2026. Everything is while stocks last and prices are stated as correct at time of printing.
- The five excluded shops are KLIA 2 (Arrival), KLIA 2 (Departure), Gateway@KLIA2 (2), Awana Skyway and Sky Avenue.
- Member-only lines need the MY FamilyMart App, and the Rasa Kopitiam range is in-store only.
- The All-Day Jimat Deals ended 31 August 2026. Its poster remains published on familymart.com.my with the 8 July to 31 August dates printed on it; the dates, not the poster's presence, are what count.
