> Quick view: a one-week Harvey Norman fair in the Level 2 concourse of Pavilion Damansara Heights, 19 to 25 October 2026. The headline "save 75%" figures are measured against inflated list prices, but four of the eight featured items can be checked against Harvey Norman's own website, and all four are clearly cheaper at the fair. The biggest gaps are on the Serta Grand Sirius (RM15,500 below online, queen) and the Sealy Spectacular (RM13,430 below online, queen).
Harvey Norman lists this fair on its official promotions page as an in-store exclusive. The terms say the featured promotions are available only at Harvey Norman Pavilion Damansara Heights from 19 to 25 October 2026, that featured products can only be delivered from or picked up at that store, and that stock is limited. We read the eight product panels and the banner on Harvey Norman's site on 20 October, then searched the same models in its online store the same morning.
The eight featured prices
Furniture
- Fujitec Apex massage chair: RM3,596 (was RM9,996), or RM99.89 a month over 36 months.
- La-Z-Boy Mira half-leather rocker recliner: RM3,998 (was RM7,996), RM111.06 a month.
- H2 Seating Cologne full-leather desk chair: RM5,996 (was RM11,992), RM166.56 a month.
- Lifestyle Plus Sussie sofa set (2-seater fabric sofa plus 2-seater Maxi fabric power recliner): RM7,996 (was RM18,800), RM222.11 a month. The tile adds an extra 30% off if you upgrade to leather.
Mattresses (queen, with king where printed)
- Serta Grand Sirius (made in Japan): queen RM27,549 (was RM71,749), king RM33,719 (was RM87,799). Comes with a bamboo coverless duvet and bamboo fitted sheet worth RM1,978, matched to your size up to king.
- Serta Presidential Suite: queen RM11,559 (was RM30,099), king RM12,649 (was RM32,949).
- Sealy Posturepedic Arctic Sense: queen RM9,259 (was RM24,109), king RM11,089 (was RM28,869).
- Sealy Posturepedic Spectacular (12 inch, 30cm): queen RM9,359 (was RM37,979).
Fair price vs Harvey Norman's own website
This is the comparison that matters, because nobody pays the "was" price. On 20 October 2026, harveynorman.com.my listed:
- Serta Grand Sirius queen at RM43,049 online. Fair price RM27,549, so RM15,500 less. King: RM52,679 online vs RM33,719, RM18,960 less.
- Sealy Spectacular queen at RM22,789 online. Fair price RM9,359, RM13,430 less.
- Serta Presidential Suite queen at RM18,059 online. Fair price RM11,559, RM6,500 less. King: RM19,769 vs RM12,649, RM7,120 less.
- Sussie sofas sold separately online: 2-seater RM3,496 plus 2.5-seater power recliner RM5,896, together RM9,392. The fair bundle is RM7,996, about RM1,396 less. The fair tile calls the recliner a "2-seater Maxi", so check it is the same piece.
One item goes the other way: the fabric La-Z-Boy Mira (10T-503, Oat) is RM2,496 online. The fair's Mira is the half-leather version at RM3,998, so only buy it there if you want leather.
How it works
- Go to the concourse on Level 2, not the Harvey Norman store on Level 4. The fair runs 10am to 10pm daily.
- Furniture: the main banner gives an extra RM100 instant rebate for every RM2,000 spent, plus free gifts worth up to RM299 (diffuser, candle and cushions are pictured) when you buy a sofa or dining table.
- Bedding: the banner promises a guaranteed 40% off, and a further 20% off once you spend at least RM7,000.
- Instalments: each tile prints a 36-month monthly figure, which is simply the price divided by 36. The page does not say which cards or schemes qualify, or whether it is interest-free.
- Delivery or pickup is arranged through Harvey Norman Pavilion Damansara Heights (Lot 4.28.00, Level 4, 03-2011 0028).
Worked example
Say you buy the Fujitec Apex (RM3,596) and the La-Z-Boy Mira (RM3,998). That is RM7,594 on furniture, which crosses RM2,000 three times, so the banner rebate is RM300 and you pay RM7,294, if the rebate stacks on featured prices. Ask before paying, because the terms do not say.
For a mattress, the Sealy Spectacular queen at RM9,359 is already above the RM7,000 bedding threshold. The open question is whether the extra 20% comes off that price. If staff confirm it does, you would pay RM7,487.20. If they say the 20% is already inside the RM9,359, you still pay RM13,430 less than online.
Who it's for, and who should skip
Good for anyone already set on a premium Serta or Sealy mattress, or shopping for a massage chair or recliner, who lives within delivery range of Damansara Heights. Seven days is enough time to lie on the mattresses and come back.
Skip it if your mattress budget is under RM5,000. The cheapest featured mattress here is RM9,259. The "save 62%" and "save 75%" stickers do not mean the price is low, only that the list price is very high.
Fine print that trips people up
- Two different furniture offers are printed. The banner says RM100 off every RM2,000. The furniture tiles say "extra 10% off with every RM1,000 spent on furniture". Harvey Norman's separate online campaign advertises 10% off plus RM100 per RM2,000, so the tiles may be borrowing that wording. Get the cashier to confirm which deduction you are getting before you pay.
- Featured stock is limited and Harvey Norman can change or cancel the promotion without notice.
- Pictures are illustrations. Check the fabric, colour and firmness on the floor model.
- Getting there: the mall is a short walk from Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT station on the Kajang line, and big items will be delivered, so you do not need to drive.
