> Quick view: Jaya Grocer's 5-19 August 2026 Fitness & Wellness Deals are over, and the cuts that replaced them are already thinning. Re-read on 4 September 2026, only four items on the Fitness & Wellness page still carry a struck-through price — the best is still Sanitarium So Good Vanilla Almond Milk 1L at RM9.99, down from RM12.50, but the Unsweetened variant's cut has lapsed and the Original's has shrunk to RM10.99. Everything else on the page is at its normal shelf price, which is listed below so you can judge the next promo when it lands.

What changed in the week to 4 September 2026

We re-read every product on the Fitness & Wellness page, the homepage banners and the official HYROX event page on 4 September 2026. Four things moved:

  • The So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk 1L discount is gone. It was RM9.99 from RM11.90 on 28 August; it is now RM11.90 flat, with no struck-through price
  • The So Good Original Almond Milk 1L discount shrank, from RM9.99 to RM10.99 against the same RM11.90 list — a 16% cut reduced to 8%
  • Jaya Grocer added a free-delivery threshold. The site header now reads *complimentary delivery RM50 and above*. It was not there at our 28 August check
  • The mooncake fair grew and lost its campaign name. The store now labels it simply Mooncake Festival, and it lists 82 items against 79 a week ago

Two things did not move: 100 Plus 500ml is still RM2.30, and every line of the HYROX Kuala Lumpur section below re-verified unchanged.

The August promotion has ended — and here is what it was actually worth

The Fitness & Wellness Deals ran 5 to 19 August 2026 at eight selected outlets, and the single fully published price in that campaign was 100 Plus 500ml at 2 bottles for RM3.50.

Now that the window has closed, the number is easy to size. On 4 September 2026, 100 Plus 500ml — Original Reduced Sugar, Zero Sugar and Active alike — still sits at RM2.30 a bottle on Jaya Grocer's online store, unchanged from our 28 August reading. Two bottles at normal price is RM4.60. So the promotion saved RM1.10 on a pair, or 24% on that one line.

That is a genuinely useful anchor for the next time Jaya Grocer runs this campaign: if a fitness promo is not beating roughly a quarter off, it is not beating what August already offered.

What is actually discounted right now

Jaya Grocer's Fitness & Wellness page — jayagrocer.com/pages/fitness — is still live. It is laid out as six sections — Fresh Protein, Dairy & Eggs, Plant Based / Dairy Free, Nutrition Convenience, Canned Protein and Sport Nutrition — carrying 39 product cards, three of which (all in Sport Nutrition) are now dead links to delisted products. Read on 4 September 2026 for the Kuala Lumpur delivery area, only four items carried a struck-through price:

  • Sanitarium So Good Vanilla Flavoured Almond Milk 1L — RM9.99, down from RM12.50. A 20% cut, still the deepest on the page
  • Sanitarium So Good Original Almond Milk 1L — RM10.99, down from RM11.90 (-8%). This was RM9.99 a week ago
  • Farmhouse Fresh UHT Milk 1L — RM6.99, down from RM7.95 (-12%)
  • Yarra Farm Australian Pasteurised Cows Milk 1L — RM7.29, down from RM8.20 (-11%)

The fifth cut we reported on 28 August has gone: Sanitarium So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk 1L is back to RM11.90, with no struck-through price at all. If you were waiting on the unsweetened one, the window has closed.

Note what the surviving list is and is not. It is milk and plant milk, and nothing else. Not one protein bar, whey tub, chicken breast pack or isotonic drink was discounted on either checking day. If you came for protein, you are paying full price.

Six lines on the page were also out of stock on 4 September: Oatside Original Oat Milk Barista Blend 1L (RM9.90), Farmhouse Fresh Milk 1L (the chilled one, RM12.70), Genting Garden Italian Rocket Salad Bowl 130g (RM8.00), Ayam Brand Sardines 155g (RM4.85) and Sardines in Tomato Sauce 425g (RM10.45), and Yogood Go Milk Chocolate Protein Bar 35g (RM16.90).

The normal prices, so you can judge the next promo

Everything below was at its regular price on 4 September 2026 — no cut. Keep these as your baseline:

  • Ready-to-eat protein: Lacto Plus III Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast 400g RM13.30; Chicken Chop 400g RM13.50; Chicken Drummet 400g RM11.90
  • Salads: Genting Garden ready-to-eat bowls (Italian Rocket 130g, Oriental 140g, Sweet & Crunchy 140g) RM8.00 each
  • Milk: Farm Fresh Cows Milk 1L RM8.40; Farm Fresh Pure Fresh Milk 2L RM16.70; Henry Jones Organic A2 Protein Milk 1L RM10.90
  • Plant milk: Oatside Original Oat Milk Barista Blend 1L RM9.90
  • Yogurt: Farmers Union Greek Style High Protein Yogurt 500g RM19.60
  • Protein bars: Nice & Natural Protein Bar Dark Chocolate 165g, Protein Nut Bar Salted Caramel 165g and Protein Whole Seed Cranberry & Raspberry 150g RM17.90 each; Yogood Go Dark Chocolate and Milk Chocolate Protein Bars 35g RM16.90 each; Tasti Protein Fix Bars Peanut Butter 225g RM24.90
  • Protein drinks: Rokeby Farms Double Espresso Protein Smoothie 425ml and Banana, Honey & Cinnamon 425ml RM14.50 each
  • Canned protein: Ayam Brand Tuna Chunks in Water 150g RM7.70; Tuna Chunks in Olive Oil 150g RM7.70; Sardines in Tomato Sauce 425g RM10.45; Sardines 155g RM4.85; Baked Beans 230g RM3.35; Whole Kernel Corn 425g RM4.65
  • Isotonic: 100 Plus 500ml RM2.30; Pocari Sweat 500ml RM3.70

Watch the per-gram maths on the bar shelf. Yogood Go looks like the cheap option at RM16.90, but it is a 35g bar — that is RM0.48 a gram, against RM0.11 a gram for a Nice & Natural 165g bar at RM17.90. On weight, the Nice & Natural bars are more than four times better value.

One line on the page is an outlier you should not read as a shelf price: Dutch Lady Low Fat UHT Milk 1L shows RM90.00 and is out of stock. At nine times the price of comparable 1L milks on the same page, that is almost certainly a case or carton SKU sitting in a consumer collection, not what one litre costs.

One caveat worth stating plainly: Jaya Grocer operates a separate online store per delivery area — Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Cyberjaya and Penang each have their own catalogue. The figures above are the Kuala Lumpur store (the site identifies it as klec.jayagrocer.com). Switch your area on the site before you trust a price.

The two coupons — and the new free-delivery line

Both coupons were still on Jaya Grocer's homepage on 4 September 2026, and both are online-order offers rather than in-store ones. Neither carries a published end date.

  • RM10 off for new users, minimum spend RM80
  • RM15 off, minimum spend RM180, and the banner states a limit of 1 per user per month
  • New: the site header now reads complimentary delivery on orders above RM50. That was not showing at our 28 August check

Do the arithmetic before you assume the bigger coupon is the better one. RM10 on an RM80 basket is 12.5% off. RM15 on an RM180 basket is 8.3% off. The new-customer coupon is proportionally the stronger of the two — and it fires once, on your first order. If you have a first order to spend, spend it on a small, tightly built RM80 basket rather than stretching to RM180 for the weaker rate.

The free-delivery line changes where the real thresholds sit. Delivery is now free from RM50, so the only reason to push a basket to RM80 is the coupon itself, and the only reason to reach RM180 is the RM15. Between RM50 and RM80 there is nothing further to unlock.

Worked example on the cuts that survive: six Sanitarium So Good Vanilla almond milks at RM9.99 is RM59.94 — already past the free-delivery line. Add two Rokeby Farms smoothies at RM14.50 (RM29.00) and the basket is RM88.94, clear of the RM80 threshold, so a first order takes RM10 off and lands at RM78.94 delivered: an 11% saving on top of the 20% already off the almond milk. Note the Original variant no longer works in that basket at RM9.99 — it is RM10.99 now.

The aisle outlasts the promotion: the HYROX tie-up

The August discounts were the promotional edge of something structural. In early August 2026 Jaya Grocer was named HYROX Malaysia's National Supermarket Partner and opened a permanent Fitness & Wellness section at seven outlets — the named ones being Eco Ardence, 1 Utama and KLGCC — stocking over 250 products across sports nutrition, protein shakes, hydration, functional foods and recovery essentials, plus own-brand items including a lean minced beef at 10% fat.

Jaya Grocer publishes no store locator on its online store, so the seven-outlet figure comes from that August announcement rather than from a page you can check today. If your nearest branch matters, ring it before making the trip.

HYROX Kuala Lumpur: the corrected dates and what is confirmed

Re-read from the official HYROX event page on 4 September 2026. Every line below was unchanged from the 28 August check, and it still corrects a date this article originally carried:

  • When: 10 to 13 December 2026 — four days, not the three (11-13) reported earlier
  • Where: MITEC, 8 Jalan Dutamas 2, Kompleks Kerajaan, 50480 Kuala Lumpur — Malaysia's first appearance on the HYROX global circuit
  • The race: 8 × 1km of running plus 8 workout stations. Formats are HYROX Open and Pro (solo), Doubles and Doubles Pro (pairs) and a four-person Relay
  • AirAsia, the Official Regional Airline Partner, is running 10% off flights to Malaysia with promo code AAHYXKUL, entered on the flight search page in AirAsia MOVE. Booking period 21 July to 28 November 2026; travel period 28 November to 27 December 2026
  • Hyatt: booking direct unlocks an extra 10% off the member rate for World of Hyatt members, plus 15% off on-site dining and spa treatments during the stay
  • Race Crew volunteers receive an MYR 100 HYROX World Rewards voucher — redeemable only on site at HYROX Malaysia races and valid 13 months from issue — plus patches, a collectible, the official crew T-shirt, HYROX365 Foundation Course access and meals

Also live at Jaya Grocer right now

If you are heading in anyway, the brand's only headline campaign on the site is not a fitness one. Its Mid-Autumn mooncake fair is still the single promotional banner on the homepage, and it has grown: the online fair listed 82 items on 4 September, up from 79 a week earlier, from RM1.70 (HSS Golden Fish Cake 30g) up to RM246 (Hong Kong Mei Xin Starry Pearl Assorted, 9 pieces, and the Exclusive Selection 80g x 6). Not one of the 82 carried an online price cut — the campaign is running on range rather than discount.

One change worth flagging: the store now labels the collection simply Mooncake Festival, and the *Merdeka Moonlight Delight* name we reported in August no longer appears anywhere on the site. Jaya Grocer publishes no end date for it online, so treat the 24 September date from the August announcement as indicative rather than confirmed. The fair sits at jayagrocer.com/collections/mooncake-fair.

Beyond that, the online store has no September fitness campaign at all — there is no promotions page, no fitness banner, and the four surviving cuts above are ordinary shelf markdowns rather than a named promotion. Third-party deal aggregators have listed in-store September flyers for Jaya Grocer, but we could not confirm any of them on Jaya Grocer's own channels this week, so they are not reported here.

How to time this

  • If you want the Vanilla almond milk, go now. It is the one cut that has held at RM9.99 across two checks a week apart, it has no published end date, and the Unsweetened variant shows exactly how these lapse — without warning
  • Do not assume last week's price is this week's. In seven days one of five cuts vanished and another halved. On a Shopify storefront with no published campaign dates, a markdown is only true on the day you read it
  • If you want protein, wait. Bars, whey, chicken and isotonics are all at full price on both checking days. August's campaign proved the brand will discount this category; it simply is not doing so now
  • Use the new-customer coupon on a small basket. RM10 on RM80 beats RM15 on RM180 by four percentage points, and delivery is already free from RM50
  • Check your delivery area first. A price quoted here is the Kuala Lumpur store's; PJ, Subang, Shah Alam, Cyberjaya and Penang run separate catalogues

Who should skip this

If your fitness shop is whey tubs and mass-market protein bars, a supermarket aisle is rarely the cheapest route — specialist sports-nutrition retailers and marketplace flash sales usually beat RM17.90 for a 165g bar. What Jaya Grocer's section is genuinely good for is the fresh and chilled end: ready-portioned chicken breast, ready-to-eat salad bowls, high-protein yogurt and the plant milks, which are exactly the things you cannot buy from a supplement shop.

Fine print

  • Every price in this article was re-read from Jaya Grocer's own online store on 4 September 2026, Kuala Lumpur delivery area. Supermarket pricing moves without notice, and this article has now watched it move twice
  • The four discounted items carry no published end date — a struck-through price on a Shopify storefront can lapse any day, as the So Good Unsweetened cut did between 28 August and 4 September
  • The RM10/RM80 and RM15/RM180 coupons and the RM50 free-delivery line are online-order offers; none is confirmed to apply to in-store purchases, and none is confirmed to stack with the others
  • Dutch Lady Low Fat UHT Milk 1L is listed at RM90.00 and out of stock — almost certainly a case or carton SKU in a consumer collection, not a 1L price
  • Three Sport Nutrition cards on the page link to delisted products and return a 404
  • The 7-outlet permanent section and the National Supermarket Partner appointment come from Jaya Grocer's early-August 2026 announcement; the brand's online store publishes no branch list, so this still could not be re-verified against a live page
  • Jaya Grocer publishes no end date for the mooncake fair on its own store, and the *Merdeka Moonlight Delight* campaign name no longer appears on the site
