> Quick view: Re-read on 8 October 2026, Jaya Grocer's Fitness & Wellness page has one price cut left — Sanitarium So Good Vanilla Almond Milk 1L at RM10.99, down from RM12.50, and even that is shallower than September's RM9.99. Everything else on the page is at its normal shelf price. The deal that actually moves a grocery bill now is a bank one: HSBC credit cards get RM15 back on a RM250 single receipt, in store or online, until 30 April 2027.
What changed between 4 September and 8 October 2026
We re-read every product on the Fitness & Wellness page, the homepage banners, the HSBC offer page and the official HYROX event page on 8 October 2026. Five things moved:
- Three of the four September markdowns are gone. So Good Original Almond Milk 1L is back to RM11.90, Farmhouse Fresh UHT Milk 1L to RM7.95 and Yarra Farm 1L to RM8.20 — none carries a struck-through price
- The surviving cut got smaller. So Good Vanilla went from RM9.99 to RM10.99 against the same RM12.50 list — a 20% cut reduced to 12%
- A bank deal appeared on the homepage: HSBC RM15 cashback on a RM250 single receipt, 1 September 2026 to 30 April 2027
- The shelf is thinner. Eight lines on the page were out of stock, up from six, including two of the three Nice & Natural protein bars and the Farmers Union high-protein yogurt
- The mooncake fair has closed. The Mooncake Festival collection on jayagrocer.com now holds zero products
What did not move: both coupons, the RM50 free-delivery line, 100 Plus at RM2.30, and the HYROX Kuala Lumpur dates.
What is actually discounted right now
Jaya Grocer's Fitness & Wellness page — jayagrocer.com/pages/fitness — is still live under its gym-themed banner. It is laid out as six sections (Fresh Protein, Dairy & Eggs, Plant Based / Dairy Free, Nutrition Convenience, Canned Protein and Sport Nutrition) carrying 39 product cards, three of which are still dead links to delisted products. Read on 8 October 2026 for the Kuala Lumpur delivery area, exactly one item carried a struck-through price:
- Sanitarium So Good Vanilla Flavoured Almond Milk 1L — RM10.99, down from RM12.50 (-12%)
That is the whole list. Across three checks (28 August, 4 September, 8 October) the page has gone from five cuts to four to one, and the one that remains has lost eight points of depth. Nothing about protein — bars, whey, chicken, yogurt, smoothies, isotonics — has been discounted on any of the three days.
The page did change its range slightly: a Sams Pantry Protein Bars Apple Crumble 190g (RM16.90) card has joined the Sport Nutrition section, and the Yogood Go Milk Chocolate bar has left it.
Out of stock on 8 October: Genting Garden Italian Rocket Salad Bowl 130g and Oriental Salad Bowl 140g (RM8.00 each), Oatside Original Oat Milk Barista Blend 1L (RM9.90), Farmers Union Greek Style High Protein Yogurt 500g (RM19.60), Nice & Natural Protein Bar Dark Chocolate 165g and Protein Nut Bar Salted Caramel 165g (RM17.90 each), Sams Pantry Apple Crumble 190g (RM16.90) and Ayam Brand Sardines in Tomato Sauce 425g (RM10.45).
The HSBC RM15 cashback: how it works
This is the new line on Jaya Grocer's homepage, and HSBC's SmartPrivileges page carries the full terms. Read on 8 October 2026:
- What: RM15 cashback when you spend a minimum RM250 nett in one receipt
- Card: an HSBC Bank or HSBC Amanah credit card/-i issued in Malaysia. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay count if the card behind them is HSBC
- Where: in store at all Jaya Grocer outlets nationwide, and online at JayaGrocer.com. Orders through GrabMart and TikTok Shop are excluded
- When: 1 September 2026 to 30 April 2027
- How often: up to 2 cashbacks per card per month
- The catch: it is first-come-first-served against a RM100,000 monthly budget, so late-month receipts can miss out. Split receipts do not count, and Touch 'n Go reloads at the counter are excluded. Buying Jaya Grocer gift cards does count
- Vouchers reduce the nett: if you pay part with a voucher, e-voucher, gift card or GrabCoins, only the amount actually charged to the HSBC card counts towards RM250
Two cashbacks a month is RM30 at most. On a RM250 receipt, RM15 is a 6% rebate — better than either Jaya Grocer coupon on its own at that basket size.
The two coupons and the free-delivery line
Both coupons were still on Jaya Grocer's homepage on 8 October 2026. Both are online-order offers, and neither has a published end date.
- RM10 off for new users, minimum spend RM80 (12.5% at the threshold)
- RM15 off, minimum spend RM180, 1 per user per month (8.3% at the threshold)
- Complimentary delivery from RM50 — still in the site header
Delivery is free from RM50, so between RM50 and RM80 there is nothing further to unlock. Push to RM80 only for the first-order coupon, and to RM180 only for the RM15.
Worked examples
A first order built on the one surviving cut. Six So Good Vanilla almond milks at RM10.99 is RM65.94 — past the free-delivery line. Add two Rokeby Farms smoothies at RM14.50 (RM29.00) and the basket is RM94.94, so the first-order coupon takes RM10 off and it lands at RM84.94 delivered. In September the same basket was RM88.94 before the coupon; the shrinking almond-milk cut has added RM6.00.
A monthly shop with an HSBC card. The RM15 coupon is applied before payment, and HSBC counts only the nett charged to the card. So to collect both, the basket must reach RM265: RM265 minus the RM15 coupon is RM250 nett, which triggers the RM15 cashback. That is RM30 back on RM265, about 11.3%. A RM255 basket with the coupon would fall to RM240 nett and lose the cashback — check the total after the coupon, not before.
Two big shops a month. Two separate RM250 receipts on an HSBC card earn RM30 cashback, but only one of them can also use the once-a-month RM15 coupon.

The per-gram maths on the bar shelf still matters. Yogood Go at RM16.90 is a 35g bar — RM0.48 a gram. Sams Pantry at the same RM16.90 is 190g, or RM0.09 a gram, and a Nice & Natural 165g bar is RM0.11 a gram. Same sticker, five times the protein bar.
August's Fitness & Wellness Deals (5-19 August 2026) sold 100 Plus 500ml at 2 for RM3.50. At today's RM2.30 a bottle, that saved RM1.10 a pair, or 24%. Use that as the yardstick: a future fitness promo that does not beat roughly a quarter off is not beating August.
One outlier is still on the page: Dutch Lady Low Fat UHT Milk 1L listed at RM90.00. At nine times the price of every other 1L milk there, it is almost certainly a carton SKU in a consumer collection.

The aisle outlasts the promotion: the HYROX tie-up
In early August 2026 Jaya Grocer was named HYROX Malaysia's National Supermarket Partner and opened a permanent Fitness & Wellness section at seven outlets — the named ones being Eco Ardence, 1 Utama and KLGCC — stocking over 250 sports-nutrition, hydration, functional-food and recovery products. Jaya Grocer publishes no store locator online, so that figure comes from the August announcement. Ring your branch before a special trip.
HYROX Kuala Lumpur: what is confirmed
Re-read from the official HYROX event page on 8 October 2026:
- When: 10 to 13 December 2026
- Where: MITEC, 8 Jalan Dutamas 2, Kompleks Kerajaan, 50480 Kuala Lumpur — Malaysia's first stop on the HYROX global circuit

How to time this
- If you drink the Vanilla almond milk, buy it now, but expect it to keep slipping. It has gone from RM9.99 to RM10.99 in a month, and every other cut on the page has lapsed without notice
- If you want protein, wait. Three checks over six weeks and not one protein product has been discounted
- If you hold an HSBC credit card, plan for a RM265 basket. It is the smallest one that collects both the RM15 coupon and the RM15 cashback. Shop early in the month, while the RM100,000 monthly budget lasts
- Use the new-customer coupon on a small basket. RM10 off RM80 beats RM15 off RM180 on percentage, and delivery is free from RM50
- Check your delivery area first. Prices here are the Kuala Lumpur store's
Who should skip this
If your fitness shop is whey tubs and mass-market protein bars, a supermarket aisle at full price is rarely the cheapest route — specialist sports-nutrition retailers and marketplace sales usually beat RM17.90 for a 165g bar. Jaya Grocer's section is genuinely useful for the fresh and chilled end: portioned chicken breast, salad bowls, high-protein yogurt and plant milks. If you do not hold an HSBC card and you are not a new customer, the only deal left for you is one almond milk and the RM15-off-RM180 coupon.
Fine print
- Every Jaya Grocer price here was re-read from its own online store on 8 October 2026, Kuala Lumpur delivery area. Prices move without notice — this article has now recorded three different sets in six weeks
- The So Good Vanilla cut carries no published end date
- The RM10/RM80 and RM15/RM180 coupons and the RM50 free-delivery line are online-order offers; none is confirmed for in-store purchases
- The HSBC cashback terms are HSBC's, read on its SmartPrivileges offer page on 8 October 2026. It cannot be combined with other HSBC offers unless HSBC says so, and HSBC can claw it back if a refund pushes the receipt below RM250

- Three Sport Nutrition cards still link to delisted products and return a 404
