> Status (checked 6 October 2026): MIXUE's latest delivery-app Buy 1 Free 1 ran on GrabFood on 28–29 September 2026 and has ended. No October Buy 1 Free 1 has been announced yet. What is live this month: the foodpanda TOTE-ALLY YOURS stamp card (1–22 October), the RM29 Value Pass (to 31 October) and the permanent matcha menu. September's app voucher codes (MIXUESPL04, MIXUESPPSPL02) ended on 30 September and the Win A Car scratch cards on 16 September.

The short version

MIXUE's Buy 1 Free 1 is not one campaign that "comes back" a few times a year. It has turned up on a delivery app in almost every month of 2026, and the dates follow the delivery platform's own promo calendar (foodpanda's delivery festivals, GrabFood's Kombo Jimat and bundle days), not a MIXUE announcement. Every window so far has been two to seven days long, and all seven landed between the 21st and the 29th of the month. Our September prediction ("the last ten days of September") held: GrabFood ran it on the 28th and 29th.

So the useful questions are: which app, which days, and is it actually cheaper than walking in?

Every MIXUE delivery-app deal in 2026 so far

The comparison table on this page lists every window we could date. Item lists and app prices are as logged by the Malaysian deal trackers Syioknya and EverydayOnSales; the deals themselves appear only inside the apps, not on MIXUE's own channels.

The pattern: foodpanda carried MIXUE's Buy 1 Free 1 in March, May and July; GrabFood took June, late July, August and September. GrabFood's windows are the shortest, at two days each, and the last three months have all been GrabFood.

The 28–29 September GrabFood deal

The September window was a GrabFood "bundle discount": add two eligible items and the Buy 1 Free 1 applies automatically. Five items were on the list, at GrabFood's own prices:

  • Super Boba Sundae: RM6.00
  • Matcha O-Crispy Sundae: RM6.00
  • Brown Sugar Bubble Tea: RM6.50
  • Matcha Boba Creamy Drink: RM6.50
  • Strawberry Bobo: RM7.50

It was GrabFood delivery only, at participating outlets, while stocks lasted. This was the first time MIXUE's matcha items, which became permanent on 31 August, appeared in a Buy 1 Free 1.

How "Buy 1 Free 1" is priced on GrabFood

Grab publishes the rule on its own Kombo Jimat terms page, and it is not "the cheaper item is free". Grab calculates Buy 1 Free 1 as 50% off the total price of the two items, and only once the second item is in the basket. It works with every payment method but not with Pickup or Dine Out, and the item list can change from one promo day to the next.

That matters when your two items cost different amounts. On the 28–29 September list:

  • Strawberry Bobo (RM7.50) + Super Boba Sundae (RM6.00): RM13.50, halved = RM6.75. Under a "cheaper one free" rule you would have paid RM7.50, so Grab's version is RM0.75 better on a mixed pair.
  • Two Strawberry Bobos: RM15.00, halved = RM7.50.

Is it cheaper than walking in?

Sometimes, but not by as much as "free" suggests, because the delivery menu is priced about RM1 higher than the counter. MIXUE's own 31 August post prices the matcha items in store at RM5.50 for a Matcha Boba Creamy Drink and RM5.00 for a Matcha O-Crispy Sundae; GrabFood listed the same two at RM6.50 and RM6.00. The in-store menu (updated from 20 July) has a Strawberry Bobo at RM6.50, against RM7.50 on the app.

Worked examples, before delivery and platform fees (these vary with distance, so add your own):

  • Matcha Boba Creamy Drink + Matcha O-Crispy Sundae: RM12.50 on GrabFood, halved to RM6.25. At the counter the pair is RM10.50. The app saves RM4.25, so it wins only if your fees come in under that.
  • Two Strawberry Bobos: RM15.00 on GrabFood, halved to RM7.50. At the counter, RM13.00. That leaves RM5.50 for fees, which covers delivery in most cases.

Rule of thumb: the delivery Buy 1 Free 1 pays off on the pricier drinks (Bobo and fruit teas at RM6 and up), or when you would not go out anyway. For one cheap item, walk in.

What to use in October 2026 instead

1. foodpanda TOTE-ALLY YOURS stamp card (1–22 October 2026). MIXUE announced this on its own Instagram on 1 October. On foodpanda, open any MIXUE store page, find the Stamp Card and tap Join before you order: orders placed before joining do not count.

  • Each single order of RM25 or more earns one stamp.
  • Three stamps qualify you for one limited-edition MIXUE x foodpanda tote bag.
  • The tote goes to the top 50 spenders only, while stocks last.

The catch is the minimum: three RM25 orders is RM75 of MIXUE on foodpanda, and even that is only a floor. MIXUE's wording is "top 50 spenders", so completing the card does not guarantee a tote if 50 other customers spent more. At app prices, RM25 is roughly three Strawberry Bobos plus a sundae per order. Treat the tote as a bonus on orders you were going to place anyway, for a family or an office round, not a reason to order.

2. MIXUE Value Pass (until 31 October 2026, selected stores). A physical booklet: pay RM29 for seven one-time stubs, one per item, worth RM35.50. The West Malaysia booklet covers an O-Crispy Sundae, Super Boba Sundae, Creamy Mango, Brown Sugar Bubble Tea, Classical Milk Tea, Taro Grape Tea and Fresh Lemonade. The East Malaysia booklet swaps in an O-Coco Milk Tea, Strawberry Creamy Drink and Peach Jasmine Tea. That is about RM4.14 per item and RM6.50 (18%) saved, and only worth it if you will use all seven stubs before 31 October at a store that stocks the booklet.

3. The permanent matcha menu. Since 31 August the matcha line is a regular menu item at all MIXUE stores: Matcha Ice Cream or Matcha Mix Ice Cream RM2.50, Matcha O-Crispy Sundae RM5.00, Matcha Boba Creamy Drink RM5.50, while stocks last. The RM2.50 cone is the cheapest thing on the menu that is not a promotion.

New store: MIXUE By The Beach, the brand's first beach store, opened on 2–3 October at Kampung Rhu Renggeh, Jalan Marang, Marang, Terengganu, with a 10-metre Snow King figure. Its grand-opening gifts (free gold coin on RM25, foldable bag on RM18) ran for the two opening days only.

When is the next Buy 1 Free 1 likely?

Nothing is announced. Every 2026 window has landed between the 21st and the 29th, and the last three were on GrabFood, so the likeliest window is roughly 21–31 October, on GrabFood first. That is a pattern, not a promise. These deals appear in the app's promo section on the start day with no code, so check the MIXUE store page in both GrabFood and foodpanda from about 21 October. If you are already collecting tote stamps, note that the stamp card closes on 22 October, before most of that window.
