What One Spa is

Think of it as a Chinese bathhouse rather than a hotel spa. One ticket buys you 12 hours from check-in, and the clock only starts when you show your order at the front desk. Inside there is a 43°C herbal pool and a 13°C ice pool under a starlit ceiling, a salt-crystal steam room, dry and wet saunas, a salt-stone sweat room, a foot bath room with power recliners, and a movie lounge where every seat gets its own headset. Light meals are served around the clock, the buffet runs from 6pm to 9pm, and fruit and ice cream are out all day. Because it never closes, plenty of people arrive in the evening and sleep on the lounge recliners overnight.

The anniversary deals, in one list

All prices below are from One Spa's own packages page on 29 September 2026. "++" means 10% service charge and 8% SST on top.

  • Twin 12-Hour Pass (Buy 1 Free 1): RM169++ for two adults Sun-Thu, RM199++ Fri, Sat and public holidays. In-store for two is RM338++ and RM398++.
  • Solo 12-Hour Pass: RM169++ or RM199++ per person, and booking online adds a free 30-minute massage (foot and leg, or a Chinese partial). Walk-ins do not get it.
  • Anniversary Oxygen & Soak: RM199++ solo (listed at RM269 separately) or RM329++ for two (RM369 separately), with a 60-minute oxygen chamber session.
  • Anniversary All-In Package: RM299++ for a 12-hour pass, a 60-minute Tui Na or foot therapy, plus two 30-minute extras such as ear care, cupping or gua sha. Bought separately on a weekday, that is RM468.50.
  • Signature treatments by arrival time: 50% of the store price if you arrive 8am-10pm, 70% if you arrive 10pm-8am. A 60-minute Tang Dynasty Ear Bath drops from RM299++ to RM149.50++ in the daytime.

How to book

  1. Go to onespa.com.my, open Packages and pick a date. The calendar shows the weekday or weekend price automatically, and Sunday counts as a weekday.
  2. Pay online. The site takes FPX, Touch 'n Go, ShopeePay, GrabPay, Boost, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through senangPay or Stripe.
  3. You get a confirmation email. Show it at the front desk and your 12 hours start.
  4. Need to change the date? Rescheduling is free up to one day before, as many times as you like, through WhatsApp (+60 12-670 2560).

Worked examples

A couple on a Sunday. The twin pass is RM169++. One Spa's own birthday offer prices half a weekday pass at RM99.71 all-in, so the pair pays about RM199.42 in total, or roughly RM100 each for 12 hours and dinner. At the in-store rate of RM338++ you would pay about RM398.

Three friends on a Wednesday. Two take the twin pass and the third books a Solo Pass: RM169 + RM169 = RM338++, and the solo guest still gets the free 30-minute massage.

A couple who both want a proper massage. The twin pass plus two 60-minute Tui Na sessions at the online price (RM149.50 each) comes to RM468++. Two Massage & Soak packages at RM219 each come to RM438++, which is RM30 cheaper and includes the same pass. If massage is the point of the visit, skip the Buy 1 Free 1.

Two adults and two kids on a Saturday. Twin pass RM199++, plus a Kids Ticket at RM88 each (age 12 and under), for RM375++. Children aged 2 and under register free at the counter.

Who it suits, and who should skip it

It suits couples and pairs of friends who want a long, lazy day or a cheap overnight rest in the city, and anyone who already pays for a massage and a meal separately. The ice and herbal pools plus the buffet make RM100 a head good value if you actually stay for most of the 12 hours.

Skip it if you want a quick one-hour soak, since you pay the same either way. Muslim guests should note that the food is non-halal and contains pork; the spa says you are welcome to use the pools and bring your own food. Couples hoping to soak together should know the baths are separated by gender, and bathing is mainly unclothed (you can bring swimwear). The mixed, swimwear-on Storm Room opens on 5 October and has to be booked through WhatsApp.

The fine print that trips people up

  • The twin pass is one entry for two. Both of you check in at the same time on the same date. You cannot split it into two visits.
  • No free massage on the Buy 1 Free 1. That bonus is only for online Solo Pass bookings.
  • Arrival time sets the massage price. Book the 50% daytime rate but walk in after 10pm and you pay the 20% difference at the counter.
  • Weekend rate on public holidays, including any holiday that falls on a weekday.
  • Birthday bonus: within two days either side of your birthday, your own pass is half price with ID. It does not stack onto the twin pass for the other person.
