> Quick view: Pizza Hut Malaysia has opened Party Hut school party catering for end-of-year class parties. A Personal pizza costs RM7.50, a Regular RM19 and a Large RM28.50, roughly 40-49% below the usual prices, and orders of RM200 or more are delivered free to the school. The 2026 school year ends on 3 or 4 December, so the useful window is the next five weeks.
Every November, class teachers and parent reps end up organising the same thing: a last-day party for 30-odd children, a budget collected in RM5 and RM10 notes, and a food order that has to arrive before recess ends. Pizza Hut has built a separate ordering page for exactly that job. It lists three pizza sizes at fixed party prices, a free delivery threshold and a booking window, and every price on it already includes tax and fees. We read the official page and its order form; here is how it works and what a class actually pays.
How it works, step by step
- Pick your sizes. The page offers three deals: Personal (4 slices, 1 pax) at RM7.50, usually RM14.59; Regular (6 slices, 2-3 pax) at RM19, usually RM35.99; and Large (8 slices, 4+ pax) at RM28.50, usually RM47.99.
- Choose flavours and crust per pizza. Five flavours are on offer: Beef Pepperoni, Chicken Pepperoni, Chicken Sensation, Deluxe Cheese and Island Tuna. Each pizza can be Pan or Hand Tossed Sourdough, and you can mix flavours across the order.
- Reach RM200. The form will not send an order below RM200. At RM200 delivery is free; at RM350 you also pick flavours for 2 free Personal pizzas.
- Set the date and slot. Choose an event date at least 5 days away and a delivery slot of 10am-12pm or 2pm-4pm, then enter the school's name and address.
- Wait for the call. Submitting the form is a request, not a paid order. Pizza Hut's school party team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp within 3 working days to confirm the order, delivery and payment.
What a class actually pays
- Thirty-five pupils, one Personal pizza each. 35 × RM7.50 = RM262.50, free delivery included. At normal prices the same 35 Personals would cost RM510.65.
- The same class sharing Large pizzas. At two slices per child you need 70 slices, so 9 Large pizzas (72 slices) at RM256.50. That works out to about RM7.33 per pupil and leaves two spare slices for the teacher.
- Pushing past RM350 for the freebies. 10 Large plus 3 Regular comes to RM285 + RM57 = RM342, just short. Add one Personal (RM7.50) and the order is RM349.50, still short by 50 sen. Swap it for a fourth Regular instead and the order is RM361, which unlocks the 2 free Personals.
- A small kindergarten class of 20. 20 Personals is only RM150, below the RM200 minimum. Either combine with the class next door or order extra pizzas for staff: 27 Personals (RM202.50) clears the minimum.
Who it is good for, and who can skip it
Good for: primary and secondary class teachers planning a last-day party, PIBG and parent reps pooling a class fund, tuition centres and tadika ending the year, and school clubs holding a farewell. Pizza Hut Malaysia is halal certified, which matters for a mixed classroom.
Skip it if your school does not allow outside food during school hours (some schools ask parties to go through the canteen operator, so ask the class teacher or headmaster first), your group is too small to reach RM200, or your party falls on a weekend or after 4pm, since the only slots are 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm. Families planning a private birthday party at home will usually do better with Pizza Hut's normal app deals.
Fine print that trips people up
- No published end date. The page gives no closing date. We have used 4 December 2026, the last school day for Group B states, as the practical end of the season; Pizza Hut may change or close the offer earlier.
- Five days means five days. Orders must be confirmed at least 5 days in advance. For a Friday 4 December party, submit by about Saturday 28 November so there is time for the call-back.
- Prices are all-in. Pizza Hut says the prices already include 6% Service Tax, 5% service charge and the 3% process fee where applicable, so the totals above are what you pay.
- Pizzas only. The deal page lists pizzas; drinks, sides, plates and napkins are not part of it. Budget separately for those.
- Pictures are illustrative. The page notes products shown are for illustration only.
- Group A finishes a day earlier. Schools in Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu end on Thursday 3 December, so plan around that date. Our 2026 school holidays guide has every term date.
