> Quick view: In the last week of September 2026, Taco Bell Malaysia replaced its September menu deals with a new set. Three Big Bell Meals cost RM20.95, RM21.95 and RM23.95. The Chicken Quesadilla combo is down to RM14.95 and the Crunchwrap Supreme combo to RM15.95. The Bell Saver Menu prices single items from RM6.95, and the Value Bell Deals still sell a taco and a drink for RM6.95. On GrabFood only, two lunch-and-dinner bundles cost RM31.85 and RM37.85. None of the posters prints an end date. The Merdeka free item of the day ended on 31 August 2026.

Everything below was read off Taco Bell Malaysia's Instagram posts of 29 September to 1 October 2026: the full-size posters, including the fine print along the bottom edge, and the captions.

What changed at the end of September

The September campaign was built around the Double Chicken Quesadilla and the RM23.95 Bell Crave Box 2. None of Taco Bell's posts from 24 September to 1 October mentions either one, and neither do they mention the two delivery codes from September (up to RM12 off on GrabFood, and SYOK10 on foodpanda). In their place:

  • Three new Big Bell Meals, each built around a Cheese Quesadilla, posted on 29 and 30 September.
  • A price cut on two combos, posted on 30 September as "now at a lower price".
  • The Bell Saver Menu, headed "great prices every day", posted on 29 September.
  • Value Bell Deals, re-posted on 30 September with every tier now spelled out.
  • GrabFood Lunch & Dinner Bundle Deals, posted on 30 September and 1 October.

The three Big Bell Meals

All three pair a main with a Cheese Quesadilla, Nacho Chips and a soft drink, at Regular size.

  • Big Bell Meal Special, RM20.95. Grilled Stuft Burrito, Cheese Quesadilla, Nacho Chips, Nacho Cheese Sauce and a soft drink. Taco Bell says it saves RM5.30. It is the only one of the three with the cheese sauce.
  • Big Bell Meal 3, RM21.95. Crunchwrap Supreme, Cheese Quesadilla, Nacho Chips and a soft drink. Taco Bell says it saves RM2.85.
  • Big Bell Meal 4, RM23.95. Chickstar, Cheese Quesadilla, Nacho Chips and a soft drink. Taco Bell says it saves RM5.85.

The fine print is the same on both posters: prices include 6% SST, beef costs RM1.15 more, and upsizing to Large costs RM1.95 more with Nacho Chips or RM2.95 more with Mexican Fries.

Do the savings hold up?

Taco Bell's own counter prices let you check two of the three.

  • Big Bell Meal 3 saves you RM0.95, not RM2.85. A Crunchwrap Supreme combo is RM15.95 under the 30 September price cut, and the combo pictures a drink and a bag of nacho chips. Add a RM6.95 Cheese Quesadilla from the Bell Saver Menu and you have the same four items for RM22.90. The RM2.85 is measured against the old combo price, before the cut.
  • The Special is the stronger deal. A Grilled Stuft Burrito (RM7.95) and a Cheese Quesadilla (RM6.95) cost RM14.90 together on the Bell Saver Menu, so the RM20.95 meal charges you RM6.05 for the chips, the cheese sauce and the drink. Next to the RM6.95 Value Bell combos, which include only one side or drink, that is fair.
  • Big Bell Meal 4 cannot be checked. None of the October posters prints a Chickstar price.

Compared with September's Bell Crave Box 2, the Special is the same format for RM3 less: Grilled Stuft Burrito, chips, cheese sauce and drink, with the RM6.95 Cheese Quesadilla in place of the RM14.95 Double Chicken Quesadilla.

The combo price cut: RM14.95 and RM15.95

Posted on 30 September as "all-time favourites, now for less":

  • Chicken Quesadilla combo (Regular), RM14.95. Taco Bell says it saves RM6.40, which puts the old price at RM21.35.
  • Crunchwrap Supreme combo (Regular), RM15.95. Taco Bell says it saves RM5.90, so the old price was RM21.85.

The same poster repeats the beef (+RM1.15) and Large (+RM1.95 or +RM2.95) prices. These are now the cheapest way to get either item as a full meal, and they are what makes Big Bell Meal 3's saving so thin.

Bell Saver Menu: single items from RM6.95

The 29 September poster, headed "great prices every day" and "save up to RM5", lists five prices:

  • Crunchy Taco Supreme, RM6.95 (the caption on a 25 September post puts the saving at RM1.50, so the old price was RM8.45)
  • Cheese Quesadilla, RM6.95 (saves RM3, according to a separate 29 September post)
  • Grilled Stuft Burrito, RM7.95
  • Crunchwrap Supreme, RM8.95
  • Chicken Quesadilla, RM9.95

The poster adds "including Cheese Quesadilla and Loaded Grillers" but prints no Loaded Griller price. The "save up to RM5" fits the Grilled Stuft Burrito, which carried a RM12.95 list price on Taco Bell's June saver poster.

Value Bell Deals: one item plus one side or drink

Re-posted on 30 September, this poster now spells out every tier:

  • Combo A, RM6.95: Crunchy Taco or Soft Taco.
  • Combo B, RM7.95: Crunchy Taco Supreme, Soft Taco Supreme, Jalapeno Chicken Griller or Nacho Griller.
  • Combo C, RM8.95: Cheese Quesadilla, Kickin' Chicken Taco, Loaded Griller or Spicy Chicken Griller.
  • Choose one: Cinnamon Twists, Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Fanta Grape, Sprite, Nescafe hot Americano, Nestea Teh Tarik or hot tea.

Read it against the Bell Saver Menu and the drink is almost free. A Crunchy Taco Supreme is RM6.95 on its own and RM7.95 in Combo B with a drink, so the drink costs RM1. A Cheese Quesadilla is RM6.95 on its own and RM8.95 in Combo C, so the drink costs RM2. Unless you want only the item, the Value Bell combo is the better buy. The September fine print still applies: one item and one side per tier, no swapping items between tiers, beef +RM1.15.

GrabFood Lunch & Dinner Bundle Deals

These are for GrabFood only, from 12pm to 3pm and 8pm to 12am. The asterisk next to "12 AM" is not explained on either poster.

  • Deal 1, RM37.85: Chicken Quesadilla combo plus Grilled Stuft Burrito combo, both Regular. Struck-through price RM45.30, so it saves "up to RM7.45".
  • Deal 2, RM31.85: Cheese Quesadilla combo plus Crunchwrap Supreme combo, both Regular. Struck-through price RM38.30, so it saves "up to RM6.45".

Two things to know. The struck-through prices are GrabFood menu prices, which run above the counter. Deal 2 alone shows it: at the counter, a Crunchwrap Supreme combo is RM15.95, and RM31.85 minus RM15.95 leaves RM15.90 for a Cheese Quesadilla combo, an item that costs RM6.95 a la carte. And most outlets close at 10pm (see the outlet list below), so the 8pm to midnight window ends whenever your nearest restaurant stops taking orders. If you can walk in, the counter is cheaper. If you can't, these bundles are the best-priced way to order two meals on Grab.

Worked examples

  • Lunch for one under RM10: Value Bell Combo B, a Crunchy Taco Supreme with a drink, RM7.95.
  • One hungry person: Big Bell Meal Special, RM20.95. With beef and a Large upsize with Mexican Fries it is RM25.05.
  • A Crunchwrap meal: the RM15.95 combo on its own. Add the quesadilla only if you want it; the bundled version saves you 95 sen.
  • Two people at the counter: a Chicken Quesadilla combo (RM14.95) plus a Crunchwrap Supreme combo (RM15.95) comes to RM30.90.
  • Two people on GrabFood at dinner: Deal 2, RM31.85 before delivery fees.

The Merdeka giveaway, for the record

From 25 to 31 August 2026, anyone wearing red, white, blue or yellow got that day's free a la carte item with any purchase, with no minimum spend, no code and no app. It was dine-in and takeaway only, one redemption per receipt, at every outlet except KLIA1, while stocks lasted. The giveaway was not repeated for Malaysia Day.

Where you can use any of this: 20 restaurants

Taco Bell Malaysia's store locator listed 20 restaurants on 12 September 2026. On 2 October it returned a Cloudflare 526 error, so this list was not re-checked:

  • Kuala Lumpur (8): AEON Metro Prima, AEON Taman Maluri, Avenue K, Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Bangsar, Berjaya Times Square, Nu Sentral, Sg. Mas Plaza
  • Selangor (8): AEON Cheras Selatan, AEON Bukit Tinggi Klang, Ampang Point, Cyberjaya, De Centrum Mall Kajang, IOI Mall Damansara (Tropicana Gardens), Plaza Shah Alam, Sunway Pyramid
  • Penang (3): 1st Avenue, Batu Kawan, City Junction
  • Melaka (1): AEON Mall Bandaraya Melaka

Most open 10am to 10pm. The exceptions: Bangsar 11am to 12am, De Centrum Mall and Plaza Shah Alam 10am to 12am, Cyberjaya 9am to 11pm, Bandar Sri Permaisuri and City Junction 10am to 11pm, and Batu Kawan 11am to 11pm. There is no Taco Bell outside KL, Selangor, Penang and Melaka.

How to pick

  • Cheapest full meal: Value Bell Combo A at RM6.95; best small meal: Combo B at RM7.95, a Supreme taco with a drink.
  • Two mains in one tray: the Big Bell Meal Special at RM20.95, the only Big Bell Meal that clearly beats buying the parts.
  • Crunchwrap fans: the RM15.95 combo. Big Bell Meal 3 adds a Cheese Quesadilla for RM6, which is roughly what it costs anyway.
  • Ordering in: the GrabFood bundles, inside 12pm to 3pm or 8pm to closing.
  • Skip it if no Taco Bell is on your way. None of these offers has a deadline, so none is worth a special trip.
