7 Coworking, Serviced & Virtual Office Operators in Johor Bahru 2026 — Who Publishes a Price, and Why the Same Business Address Costs RM24 or RM150 a Month
Johor Bahru now has more branded flexible-workspace branches than any Malaysian city outside the Klang Valley — one operator alone runs nine of them — and almost none of them will tell you what a desk costs without a WhatsApp conversation first. We read every one of these seven operators' own websites on 26 August 2026 and found only two that publish a rate you can act on. The gap between them is the story: a Johor Bahru business address costs RM288 for twelve months at a Skudai shoplot operator that prints its full rate card, and RM150 a month at a Level 18 suite in Johor Bahru City Square — the same service, six times the price, and the difference is the postcode on the letterhead. Private rooms run from RM290 to RM690 a month, and the cheapest branch in one seven-branch network is the one furthest from town while two of the ones nearest the highway cost the most. Rechecked on 29 August 2026: Regus, whose site would not open for us three days earlier, turns out to publish the fullest ladder of the lot — a Johor Bahru business address from MYR5 a day, which is about RM152 a month and lands within RM2 of the priciest local address here.
