8 Best Furniture & Home Decor Outlet & Warehouse Stores in Klang Valley

Furnishing a new place in Klang Valley doesn't have to mean paying full retail. Beyond the showrooms at malls, a handful of genuine outlet, warehouse and clearance-format stores are scattered across KL, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and Klang — selling floor samples, discontinued lines, factory-direct stock and customer returns at a fraction of usual prices. We verified each of the following stores is currently trading, with its own website or official store page, so you're not chasing a defunct Facebook post.

A quick note before you go: outlet and warehouse stock changes fast and isn't always predictable — what's on the floor one week may be gone the next. Call ahead or check the store's page for current hours, especially for smaller factory outlets in industrial areas that may not keep mall-style hours.

1. IKEA "Bargain Corner" (As-Is Section) — IKEA Damansara & IKEA Cheras

IKEA calls its clearance corner the "Bargain Corner," located near the checkout counters at both IKEA Damansara (Mutiara Damansara, PJ) and IKEA Cheras. It's stocked with floor display samples, discontinued products, package-damaged items, and customer returns — beds, desks, office chairs, sofas and even kitchen cabinets have all turned up here at reduced prices. Because stock depends entirely on what gets returned or pulled from display, it changes daily; shoppers online generally recommend early-week visits (Monday or Tuesday afternoons) since that's when weekend returns tend to get processed and put out.

2. SSFHOME Warehouse Outlet — Shah Alam

SSFHOME has been a fixture in Malaysian home-living retail since 1989 and now runs 44 outlets nationwide across its group of retail brands. Beyond its regular stores, SSFHOME maintains a standing online Clearance Zone with markdowns of up to 80% on furniture and decor, and periodically runs dedicated warehouse sale events — past editions have taken place at Hap Seng Business Park in Shah Alam, with prices on selected items starting as low as RM1–RM2 while stocks lasted. Free delivery is available within Klang Valley above a minimum spend.

3. Harvey Norman Factory Outlet — Citta Mall, Ara Damansara, PJ

Located at Lot S-32 to S-38 in Citta Mall, this is billed as Malaysia's first and only Harvey Norman factory outlet — a dedicated floor separate from Harvey Norman's regular retail stores, carrying clearance electricals, furniture and bedding at outlet pricing. It's a genuinely useful stop if you're furnishing a whole home and want appliances and furniture in the same trip rather than making separate runs.

4. Courts Big-Box Branches — Setapak, Shah Alam, Klang & Kota Damansara

Courts is one of Malaysia's largest electricals-and-furniture retailers, and its own store locator currently lists 42 branches nationwide. The Klang Valley big-box stores worth a dedicated furniture trip are Setapak (No. 36, Jalan Genting Kelang, 53300 KL — open 10am to 10pm daily, near LRT Wangsa Maju), Shah Alam HICOM (No. 2, Wisma Anggerik, Jalan Perbahan 26/2), Bukit Tinggi Klang (No. 49 & 51, Jalan Batu Nilam 5) and NSK Trade City Kota Damansara (Lot F6, F15–F20, Jalan Kenyalang 11/1, PJU 5). Note that the "Courts Mammoth" name is legacy branding — stores trade as Courts today, and there is no Cheras or Kepong branch in the current locator.

What Courts adds that a pure furniture outlet can't is one-trip convenience: sofas, dining sets, bed frames and mattresses sit alongside fridges, washers and TVs, so a whole-house fit-out doesn't need four stops. Courts advertises free delivery on website orders above RM500, 0% interest instalment plans of up to 36 months through most major banks, and accepts Atome, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Setel, favePay and QRPay alongside cards. HomeClub members currently get a free Englander pillow with any furniture purchase of RM500 or more, while stocks last.

One honest caveat: Courts' online Clearance section (courts.com.my/clearance) is stocked periodically rather than permanently — at the time of writing it was showing no products at all. Treat it as something to check before you go, not as a guaranteed source of markdowns, and judge the in-store floor stock on the day.

5. Fella Design HQ Warehouse — Bukit Subang, Shah Alam

Fella Design is a homegrown furniture manufacturer whose headquarters and showroom in Bukit Subang, Shah Alam doubles as a factory-direct outlet. On top of everyday HQ pricing, the company periodically runs an on-site HQ Warehouse Sale spanning multiple in-house brands — sofas, coffee tables, dining sets and mattresses — with discounts up to 80% and walk-in gifts during sale periods. Worth following on social media if you want advance notice of the next sale.

6. MUMU Living Showroom & Warehouse — IDCC, Shah Alam

MUMU Living's Shah Alam base at IDCC (next to KWSP) combines a showroom and warehouse in one space, open daily 10am–7pm. Alongside its designer-look furniture catalogue, MUMU regularly runs warehouse sales and bundle deals on display pieces and overstock — a good option if you want a more curated, design-forward look without full retail pricing.

7. Furniture Direct Outlet — Kg Baru Sungai Buloh, Shah Alam

Furniture Direct operates a dedicated outlet showroom in Sungai Buloh, Shah Alam, separate from its regular retail stores, where overstock, display and clearance units are sold below the brand's usual retail range. It's a straightforward stop if you already know the brand's regular catalogue and want the same styles at a discount.

8. Klang Factory Furniture Outlet (EG Idea Furniture) — Taman Sentosa Perdana, Klang

Operating as EG Idea Furniture Sdn Bhd, this factory outlet sits in Klang's furniture manufacturing belt and sells bedframes, mattresses and household furniture direct from source at factory prices. It's a solid stop if you're already making a day of it around Klang's industrial estates, which have a long-standing cluster of furniture manufacturers and outlets.

Before You Go

Because most of these stores sell rotating stock rather than a fixed catalogue, treat a visit as a treasure hunt rather than a guaranteed shopping list — bring measurements of your space, check return policies (As-Is and clearance items are often sold as final sale), and if you're covering more than one location in a day, group the Shah Alam cluster (SSFHOME, Fella Design, MUMU Living, Furniture Direct) together since they sit within a short drive of each other, separately from the PJ (IKEA, Harvey Norman) and Klang (EG Idea) stops.
