8 Best Furniture & Home Decor Outlet & Warehouse Stores in Klang Valley
Furnishing a new place in Klang Valley doesn't have to mean paying full retail. Beyond the showrooms at malls, a handful of genuine outlet, warehouse and clearance-format stores are scattered across KL, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and Klang — selling floor samples, discontinued lines, factory-direct stock and customer returns at a fraction of usual prices. We verified each of the following stores is currently trading, with its own website or official store page, so you're not chasing a defunct Facebook post.
A quick note before you go: outlet and warehouse stock changes fast and isn't always predictable — what's on the floor one week may be gone the next. Call ahead or check the store's page for current hours, especially for smaller factory outlets in industrial areas that may not keep mall-style hours.
1. IKEA "Bargain Corner" (As-Is Section) — IKEA Damansara & IKEA Cheras
IKEA calls its clearance corner the "Bargain Corner," located near the checkout counters at both IKEA Damansara (Mutiara Damansara, PJ) and IKEA Cheras. It's stocked with floor display samples, discontinued products, package-damaged items, and customer returns — beds, desks, office chairs, sofas and even kitchen cabinets have all turned up here at reduced prices. Because stock depends entirely on what gets returned or pulled from display, it changes daily; shoppers online generally recommend early-week visits (Monday or Tuesday afternoons) since that's when weekend returns tend to get processed and put out.
2. SSFHOME Clearance Sale-a-Bration — Old Klang Road, Klang Parade & Bangi
SSFHOME has been a fixture in Malaysian home-living retail since 1989 and now runs 44 outlets nationwide across its group of retail brands. Re-checked 10 October 2026, its clearance page (ssfhome.com/clearance) no longer shows an online clearance catalogue. It now lists 12 stores running an ongoing in-store Clearance Sale-a-Bration. The three in Klang Valley are The Scott Garden, 289 Jalan Klang Lama, KL (SG-01-20, 03-7971 2199), Klang Parade, Jalan Meru (5F-03, 03-3342 1200), and Union Square Bangi Avenue, Kajang (03-8920 8599). All three are open 10am to 10pm daily. The page gives no discount figure, so treat it as floor-stock clearance and ring the branch about what's left. SSFHOME has also run one-off warehouse sales in the past, such as one at Hap Seng Business Park in Shah Alam with selected items from RM1–RM2, but no new warehouse sale is announced. Free delivery is available within Klang Valley above a minimum spend.
3. Harvey Norman Factory Outlet — Citta Mall, Ara Damansara, PJ
Located at Lot S-32 to S-38 in Citta Mall, this is billed as Malaysia's first and only Harvey Norman factory outlet — a dedicated floor separate from Harvey Norman's regular retail stores, carrying clearance electricals, furniture and bedding at outlet pricing. Harvey Norman's own store page says those prices come from discontinued models, display sets, overstock, dented and refurbished units, plus bulk buying. It's open 10am to 9pm daily (03-7846 1025). It's a genuinely useful stop if you're furnishing a whole home and want appliances and furniture in the same trip rather than making separate runs.
4. Courts Big-Box Branches — Setapak, Shah Alam, Klang & Kota Damansara
Courts is one of Malaysia's largest electricals-and-furniture retailers, and its own store locator currently lists 42 branches nationwide. The Klang Valley big-box stores worth a dedicated furniture trip are Setapak (No. 36, Jalan Genting Kelang, 53300 KL — open 10am to 10pm daily, near LRT Wangsa Maju), Shah Alam HICOM (No. 2, Wisma Anggerik, Jalan Perbahan 26/2), Bukit Tinggi Klang (No. 49 & 51, Jalan Batu Nilam 5) and NSK Trade City Kota Damansara (Lot F6, F15–F20, Jalan Kenyalang 11/1, PJU 5). Note that the "Courts Mammoth" name is legacy branding — stores trade as Courts today, and there is no Cheras or Kepong branch in the current locator.
What Courts adds that a pure furniture outlet can't is one-trip convenience: sofas, dining sets, bed frames and mattresses sit alongside fridges, washers and TVs, so a whole-house fit-out doesn't need four stops. Courts advertises free delivery on website orders above RM500, 0% interest instalment plans of up to 36 months through most major banks, and accepts Atome, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Setel, favePay and QRPay alongside cards. Re-checked 10 October 2026, the free-delivery threshold still reads RM500, but it excludes East Malaysia, the East Coast and outskirt areas. The earlier HomeClub free-pillow offer is no longer listed on the HomeClub page.
One honest caveat: Courts' online Clearance section (courts.com.my/clearance) is stocked periodically rather than permanently — at the time of writing it was showing no products at all. Treat it as something to check before you go, not as a guaranteed source of markdowns, and judge the in-store floor stock on the day.
5. Fella Design HQ Warehouse — Bukit Subang, Shah Alam
Fella Design is a homegrown furniture manufacturer whose headquarters and showroom in Bukit Subang, Shah Alam doubles as a factory-direct outlet. On top of everyday HQ pricing, the company periodically runs an on-site HQ Warehouse Sale spanning multiple in-house brands — sofas, coffee tables, dining sets and mattresses — with discounts up to 80% and walk-in gifts during sale periods. The HQ is at Lot 2791, Persiaran Elektron, Seksyen U16. As of 10 October 2026 fella.com.my has no warehouse sale or sale collection listed, so follow its Facebook, Instagram or TikTok if you want advance notice of the next one.
6. MUMU Living Showroom & Warehouse — IDCC, Shah Alam
MUMU Living's Shah Alam base at IDCC (next to KWSP) combines a showroom and warehouse in one space, open daily 10am–7pm. If Segambut is closer, MUMU also has a showroom at Rain Tree Rain @ The Era Duta North, Jalan Segambut, KL, open 11am to 8pm daily. Alongside its designer-look furniture catalogue, MUMU regularly runs warehouse sales and bundle deals on display pieces and overstock — a good option if you want a more curated, design-forward look without full retail pricing.
7. Furniture Direct Outlet — Kg Baru Sungai Buloh, Shah Alam
Furniture Direct's store locator lists its HQ & Warehouse at Lot 852E, Jalan Khalifah Zakaria 2, Kg Baru Sungai Buloh, 40160 Shah Alam. It's open Monday to Friday 9.30am–5.30pm and Saturday 9.30am–12.30pm, and closed on Sundays and public holidays. The full showroom at the same address is by appointment only, so book before you go. If you only want to see the furniture first, Oshi Mall @ One City (Unit 36-38, Level 1) has an open-concept showroom open 10am–9pm daily, mainly showing solid-wood furniture and kids' beds. It may have no salesperson on site. The site doesn't publish a separate clearance price list, so ask the HQ about display or overstock units when you book.
8. Klang Factory Furniture Outlet (EG Idea Furniture) — Taman Sentosa Perdana, Klang
Operating as EG Idea Furniture Sdn Bhd, this factory outlet sits in Klang's furniture manufacturing belt and sells bedframes, mattresses and household furniture direct from source at factory prices. Google Maps lists the shop at 17 Jalan Temenggung, Taman Sentosa Perdana, 41200 Klang, open 9am to 9pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 7pm on Sunday (016-332 0675). It has a 4.6 rating from 61 reviews, and recent ones praise the prices and staff. There's no website, so WhatsApp or call for stock before you go.
Before You Go
Because most of these stores sell rotating stock rather than a fixed catalogue, treat a visit as a treasure hunt rather than a guaranteed shopping list — bring measurements of your space, check return policies (As-Is and clearance items are often sold as final sale), and if you're covering more than one location in a day, group the Shah Alam cluster (Fella Design, MUMU Living, Furniture Direct) together since they sit within a short drive of each other, and keep the PJ stops (IKEA, Harvey Norman) and the Klang stops (EG Idea, SSFHOME Klang Parade) as separate runs. Plan around the hours: Furniture Direct's HQ shuts at 12.30pm on Saturdays and all day Sunday, MUMU's IDCC base closes at 7pm, and SSFHOME, Harvey Norman and EG Idea run into the evening.
IKEA Fest — the daily-discoveries leg of IKEA Malaysia's 30th anniversary campaign — ran 30 July to 25 August 2026 and has been taken off IKEA's campaign page, along with the IKEA x Touch 'n Go card that ended 31 August. Re-checked 10 October 2026, what the anniversary still offers a Bargain Corner visitor is the Spend & Win: GWM HAVAL H6 HEV draw: RM500 of home-furnishing products on a single in-store receipt earns one entry, scaling per RM500 with no cap, to 13 November 2026. As-Is and clearance stock bought in-store counts toward it; online orders, IKEA Food and services do not. Entries don't carry between the three draw periods (14 Aug–13 Sep, 14 Sep–13 Oct, 14 Oct–14 Nov), so a receipt banked today competes only in the round that's open. The T&Cs set the draw dates as 18 September, 19 October and 21 November 2026, all held at IKEA Damansara. The campaign headline says to shop by 13 November, while the T&Cs run Draw 3's qualifying period to 14 November, so don't leave your receipt to the last day.
