> Status (checked 4 Nov 2026): the Mid Valley roadshow ended on 9 August and nothing replaced it. It ran 3-9 August 2026 at Centre Court, Lower Ground Floor, Mid Valley Megamall, and neither Guardian nor Watsons shows another. Guardian's 25-35% markdown ended on 3 November and rolled straight into a flat 30% off. Below is where Blackmores is cheapest in November, item by item.
The short answer for November
- Most bottles: Watsons is cheaper on 12 of the 14 Blackmores bottles we priced, by up to RM17.25 a bottle.
- Glutathione or Omega-3 Complex Gold: buy at Guardian. Glutathione 250mg 30s is RM14.25 less and Complex Gold 60s is RM28.35 less.
- Watsons Card holder: three big bottles have member prices tagged to 31 December. If you're 45 or over, Health45+ items take another 5% at checkout.
- Using a Guardian code: run the sums first. Even SLASH50 leaves our seven-bottle basket above Watsons' open price.
Guardian: all 64 listings 30% off until 1 December
On 4 November all 64 Blackmores listings on guardian.com.my carried a sale price dated 4 November to 1 December 2026, every one exactly 30% off. That simple rate moved prices in both directions compared with the 25-35% spread that ended on 3 November:
- Dearer: Multivitamins + Minerals 120s RM121.10 (was RM112.45), Vitamin C 500mg 60s RM33.25 (was RM30.87), Garlic Oil 180s RM60.90 (was RM56.55)
- Cheaper: Omega-3 Complex Gold 30s RM80.50 (was RM86.25)
- Unchanged: CoQ10 150mg 30s RM150.15, Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg 120s RM100.80, Glutathione 250mg 30s RM66.50
Guardian's new Buy 1 Free 1 doesn't touch Blackmores. Two Multivitamins + Minerals 120s in a guest cart on 4 November came to RM242.20, exactly double the sale price, with no discount line. A CoQ10, multivitamin and fish oil basket got none either. That rule is limited to normal-price items, and every Blackmores listing is marked down. How to buy at Guardian:
- Online at guardian.com.my or the Guardian MY app. Delivery is free above RM100.
- In store. Guardian's terms say some products are only at selected stores and shelf prices can differ. The branch nearest the old roadshow booth is Guardian Mid Valley Megamall, Lot LG095, Lower Ground Floor.
- First app order: code FIRSTAPP12 takes RM12 off a first app purchase of RM100 or more (one per account). It didn't apply in our website guest cart, so expect it to work in the app only.
Guardian also ran a Health Care "up to 40%" window from 29 October to 3 November. No new window was posted when we checked on the morning of 4 November. Its recent terms posts have gone up at about 6pm on the Wednesday before a Thursday start, so look at its news portal if you're close to buying. We last priced Blackmores in such a window on 24-29 September, when these seven bestsellers reached 40% off: Multivitamins + Minerals 120s RM103.80, Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg 120s RM86.40, CoQ10 150mg 30s RM128.70, Vitamin C 500mg 60s RM28.50, Omega-3 Triple Strength 60s RM94.20, Optiblu 60s RM69 and Glutathione 30s RM57. Each of those beats Watsons' price today, but "up to 40%" doesn't promise that Blackmores gets the top rate next time.
Watsons: markdowns, member prices and 5% for over-45s
Watsons lists 69 Blackmores products (including multi-packs). Its markdowns print no end date. What changed since 7 October:
- Open prices rose on three big bottles: Multivitamin + Mineral 120s RM108.90 (was RM105.90), Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg 120s RM93.50 (was RM92.00), Omega-3 Triple Strength 60s RM106.90 (was RM102.90). Their old prices are now member prices, except the multivitamin at RM104.90.
- Glutathione 250mg 30s rose sharply to RM80.75, from RM71.25 for everyone and RM66.50 for members. The member tag has gone, which is why Guardian wins it.
- Some fell: Executive B 30s RM39.50 (was RM41.50) and Omega-3 Complex Gold 30s RM89.70 (was RM97.75).
- Held: CoQ10 150mg 30s RM132.90, Lecithin 100s RM67.90, Evening Primrose Oil 60s RM74.20, Glucosamine 30s RM59.90.
The tags on Watsons' Blackmores listings, 4 November:

- Health45+ (50 listings in Watsons' filter): Watsons' terms give Watsons Card members aged 45 and above an extra 5% on products with this icon, online and in store, at checkout. CoQ10 150mg 30s drops to about RM126.26 and Lecithin 100s to about RM64.51. The filter also lists some bottles whose card now shows a member price or 2X Points tag. We couldn't confirm that those stack, so check your checkout line.
- 2X Points (9 listings): including Calcium + D3 120s, Vitamin C 500mg 60s, Glucosamine 30s and Optiblu 60s.
Watsons' Top Spender contest, 1-30 November
Watsons' Blackmores page carries a contest for one product. Buy at least two bottles of Multivitamins & Habbatus Sauda Plus between 1 and 30 November, then send the receipt by WhatsApp to the number on the banner, 011-7267 6230. Ten top spenders win a Siti Khadijah e-gift card.
Two bottles cost RM88 on the open price, or RM83.60 at the member price to 25 November (normal RM110). The banner doesn't print the card's value or how spending is ranked, and the terms page it links to was carrying another brand's contest text when we read it on 4 November. Treat it as a bonus if you already take this product. Guardian's search showed no listing for it.
Guardian vs Watsons on 4 November: Watsons wins 12 of 14
- Watsons is cheaper on 12: CoQ10 150mg 30s (by RM17.25), Multivitamins + Minerals 120s (RM12.20), Lecithin 1200mg 100s (RM10.15), Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg 120s (RM7.30), Calcium + D3 120s (RM5.60), Glucosamine 1500mg 30s (RM5.20), Garlic Oil 180s (RM4.35), Evening Primrose Oil 60s (RM4.20), Executive B 30s (RM3.90), Optiblu 60s (RM3.60), Vitamin C 500mg 60s (RM3.35) and Omega-3 Triple Strength 60s (RM3.00).
- Guardian is cheaper on 2: Glutathione 250mg 30s (by RM14.25) and Omega-3 Complex Gold 30s (RM9.20).
Outside the 14, Guardian also wins on the lines Watsons discounts lightly: Omega-3 Complex Gold 60s (RM132.30 vs RM160.65), Omega-3 Complex 30s (RM38.50 vs RM41.25), Plant-Based Omega-3 30s (RM33.60 vs RM36) and Daily Protect Chewable 60s (RM36.75 vs RM38). Omega-3 Complex 120s (RM91) and Grape Seed Forte 30s (RM84.70) tie.
Worked baskets, online prices on 4 November:
- Multivitamins + Minerals 120s plus Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg 120s: RM221.90 at Guardian, RM202.40 at Watsons (normal RM317), or RM196.90 with a Watsons Card. Watsons saves RM19.50 to RM25.00.
- The seven bestsellers both chains list (multivitamins, fish oil 120s, evening primrose oil, CoQ10, calcium, lecithin, vitamin C): RM642.25 at Guardian, RM582.20 at Watsons, against RM917.50 normal. Watsons is RM60.05 cheaper, and RM576.70 with member prices. A member aged 45+ taking 5% off CoQ10, lecithin and evening primrose oil (RM275.00 together) reaches about RM562.95.
- The same seven at Guardian's 24-29 September rates would cost RM567.42, under Watsons' open and member prices but above the 45+ figure. That's the case for checking a new Health Care window before a big buy.
Do Guardian's Slash codes change the answer?
Not on the baskets we priced. Guardian's banner prints Slash & Save for 1-30 November, online only, with capped redemptions: SLASH15 (RM15 off RM250, limit 100), SLASH25 (RM25 off RM350, limit 100), SLASH35 (RM35 off RM400, limit 100), SLASH50 (RM50 off RM600, limit 50) and SLASH80 (RM80 off RM1,000, limit 50).
- CoQ10 150mg 30s plus Multivitamins + Minerals 120s: RM271.25 at Guardian, and SLASH15 applied in our cart for RM256.25. Watsons is RM241.80, or RM237.80 for members.
- Four Multivitamins + Minerals 120s: RM484.40 at Guardian, and SLASH25 applied for RM459.40. Watsons is RM435.60, or RM419.60 for members.
- The seven-bottle basket: RM642.25 less SLASH50 would be RM592.25. Watsons is still RM582.20. We didn't test this exact basket in a cart.
Guardian's MY40+ tier adds RM10 off every Tuesday on RM150 of Health Care products. Its artwork doesn't name brands and we can't test a member perk in a guest cart. Even at face value, RM10 doesn't close the gap on any of these baskets.
One smaller option: Health Lane's Deepavali promotion has Blackmores Omega-3 1000mg Odourless 30s at RM27.90 as a purchase-with-purchase from 1 to 15 November. That needs a RM29 receipt and is capped at three units, but it's cheaper than RM33.60 at Guardian and Watsons.
The fine print on this comparison:
- These are online prices on one day. Guardian's are dated to 1 December; Watsons' markdowns carry no end date. Shelf prices can differ.
- The Health45+ 5% is applied at checkout, so those figures are our arithmetic, not printed prices.
- Points, free gifts and Watsons' Coupon Zone aren't counted. We tested Guardian codes in a guest cart and didn't place an order.
- Delivery is free above RM100 at both chains on West Malaysia orders, so all the baskets above qualify.
What the roadshow offered (3-9 August 2026, for the record)
- Where and when: Centre Court, Lower Ground Floor, Mid Valley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur, daily 10am-10pm
- RM8-RM40 vouchers with selected Blackmores purchases; the spend for each tier was only explained at the booth
- Free gifts (pill boxes, grocery bags, glass containers) and a Ninja Portable Blender with qualifying purchases, while stocks lasted
- Free cholesterol test with consultation, Friday to Sunday, 11am-7pm, walk-in
The same Centre Court hosted a CARiNG Pharmacy x Blackmores roadshow with a near-identical health-test format from 22-28 June 2026. Two roadshows in one year is not a published calendar, so don't hold off a purchase waiting for a third. Today's Watsons open price already takes RM114.60 off the RM317-normal multivitamin and fish oil pair, nearly three times the roadshow's top RM40 voucher.
