What is running from 29 October
COURTS' homepage carried three live banners on 29 October 2026:
- Biggest Year End Sale, 29 October to 25 November 2026. More than 50% off, 0% interest instalments up to 60 months, free delivery and installation, and aircond installation from RM9. It has its own deal page, which lists about 60 products.
- Halloween Sale, 28 to 31 October 2026. PWP RM1 for a product worth up to RM2,000 on EZ Payment, RM9 aircond installation ("with purchase of selected aircond") and free delivery and installation. This is the only live banner that still shows the RM1 PWP.
- COURTS x Atome, till 31 December 2026. Up to RM100 off with a voucher claimed in the Atome app, paid in 3 interest-free instalments.
The site header still sets the delivery condition: free delivery is for purchases over RM500 and excludes East Malaysia, the East Coast and outskirt areas. Seremban and Nilai are outside those exclusions.
On 29 October the catalogue page still links only the October Deepavali Festi-Vizha books (West and East Malaysia) and the 2026 furniture catalogue. There is no Year End Sale catalogue yet, so the online deal page is the only official price list for now.
Real prices on the Year End Sale page
These are COURTS' own web prices, read on 29 October 2026, against the RRP the page prints. Each item also shows a 0%-interest monthly figure over a fixed term. That figure is the price divided by the number of months: RM1,399 over 12 months is RM116.58.

Some lines carry an "add to cart, get discount of RM…" badge, from RM10 up to RM700. The page does not say whether that discount is already in the listed price, so check the cart total before you pay.
October prices that carried over. We re-checked the items we tracked from the Deepavali deal page on 29 October. The four LG airconds, the Sony 65in and 75in Mini LED (RM7,499 and RM9,999), Sony 65in K-65S20M2 (RM3,999), Samsung 100in Mini LED (RM9,799), Hisense 65U6S (RM3,999), Skyworth 75in (RM4,599), Midea pressure cooker (RM199), Midea glass kettle (RM75), Tefal Virtuo30 iron (RM69), Marina Lawson sofa set (RM1,499), Seoul dining set (RM2,099) and Silentnight 10.5in queen mattress (RM2,099) are all unchanged. The LG 330L 2-door fridge (RM2,159 in October) no longer shows up in COURTS' site search.
How the RM1 PWP is meant to work
From the Halloween banner alone, the sequence is:
- Buy a qualifying item on EZ Payment. This is COURTS' own instalment plan, not a credit-card instalment.
- Your EZ Payment application is approved.
- You add one selected product, worth up to RM2,000, for RM1.
The words "up to" matter: RM2,000 is the most valuable gift on the list, not what every buyer gets. Before you sign, ask for three things in writing: the minimum spend, the minimum tenure, and the list of RM1 items at each spend tier. The Year End Sale banner does not mention the RM1 PWP, so if you are buying after 31 October, ask whether it still applies.
Who it suits: buyers who were going to use instalments anyway and are making a large purchase, such as an aircond with a washer, or a sofa set.
Who should skip it: anyone paying cash or by card. An EZ Payment plan is a credit agreement. COURTS' own instalment calculator works at a 1.25% monthly rate, so a plan that is not on a 0% promotion costs more than the item. A free gift does not make up for that.
Aircond: work out the installed price
Both live banners say installation is "as low as RM9", and the Halloween banner adds "with purchase of selected aircond". Neither names the brands. In September the RM9 rate was Hisense only. LG units were RM16.90 to install and Sharp units RM59 under the same campaign. Ask which brand and model pairs get RM9 this month.
Worked example: the LG 1.5HP S3-Q12TZXAA at RM1,349. With RM9 installation it comes to RM1,358 installed. With September's LG rate of RM16.90 it comes to RM1,365.90. The Sharp 1.5HP AHX12DCD at RM1,819 comes to RM1,878 at September's Sharp rate of RM59, so the LG is RM512 to RM520 cheaper installed. COURTS' standard installation package covers indoor and outdoor units with bracket, a gas top-up, and up to 10 feet each of copper piping, wiring and drain piping. Longer runs are charged extra.
Worked basket
Say a Seremban household buys an LG 1.5HP aircond (RM1,349) and the Panasonic 11.5kg top-load washer (RM1,399):
- Total: RM2,748 at web prices, against RM4,268 at RRP. That saves RM1,520.
- At 0%, split as the page shows: RM112.42 × 12 plus RM116.58 × 12, so RM229 a month for a year.
- The basket is well over RM500, so free delivery applies to a Seremban address.
- If you buy on or before 31 October on EZ Payment, the basket may also qualify for the RM1 PWP. Ask what the RM2,748 tier unlocks before choosing that route.
- Paying through Atome instead? The voucher is up to RM100 off, but Atome splits the bill into only 3 payments, so each one would be about RM883 after a full RM100 voucher.
The Negeri Sembilan stores
On 29 October 2026 the store locator's Central tab lists two COURTS stores in Negeri Sembilan:

The older Bandar Baru Nilai branch (No. 7180, Jalan BBN 1/1A, near AEON Mall Nilai) was on the locator on 11 September 2026 and has been missing since early October. We found no COURTS announcement saying the Myra Park store replaces it. If you are heading to the old address, call 03-3000 8998 first (daily including public holidays, 10am to 7pm).
The locator states one hours rule: 10am to 9pm daily including public holidays, with mall-based stores closing at 10pm.
What has ended
- Deepavali Festi-Vizha Sale (1 to 28 October 2026). RM1 PWP on EZ Payment, 0% up to 60 months, RM9 aircond installation. Most of the prices we tracked carried straight over into the Year End Sale.
- Big Brands Big Savings (27 August to 30 September). The September catalogue with member prices, the SPayLater extra 10% (minimum spend RM500, capped at RM150) and per-brand aircond installation (Hisense RM9, LG RM16.90, Sharp RM59).
- Earlier: the 8.8 Super Sale (6 to 12 August), Jualan Gemilang (30 July to 26 August) and the Negeri Sembilan Wave Your Finger extra 11% (1 to 3 August, Nilai and Seremban only). Wave Your Finger was the state-election promotion this page was first written for. No repeat has been announced.
How to play this one
- If you want the RM1 PWP, sign the EZ Payment plan by 31 October, then confirm the spend tier in writing.
- If you are paying cash or by card, there is no rush. Most prices did not move between the October and year-end sales, and the Year End Sale runs to 25 November.
- Check the web price first, then ask the counter to match it.
- On aircond, compare installed prices across brands, not sticker prices.
- Check whether an "add to cart" discount is already in the price shown.
