How to redeem

  1. Open the foodpanda app or foodpanda.my, or access foodpanda directly through the Touch 'n Go eWallet mini-programme
  2. Add items to your cart and head to checkout
  3. In the "Apply a voucher" field, enter HELLOTNGD
  4. Select Touch 'n Go eWallet or pandacredit as your payment method
  5. Confirm the 60% discount (up to RM15) has been applied before paying

The catch

  • This is strictly a first-order (or first-in-12-months) offer — regular foodpanda users who ordered recently won't qualify
  • The RM15 cap means 60% only nets a bigger saving on orders up to roughly RM25; beyond that, the discount tops out
  • Payment method is non-negotiable — pay any other way (card, cash, other e-wallets) and the code won't apply, since the discount runs through the Touch 'n Go eWallet tie-up
  • Only 750 vouchers a day are up for grabs across all of Malaysia — try late in the day and they may already be gone
  • Cannot be stacked with other foodpanda promotions, discounts or vouchers running at the same time
  • The campaign terms cover restaurant delivery and pick-up orders, and exclude reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services — pandamart (grocery) orders aren't named either way, so confirm at checkout if you're ordering groceries rather than food

Tips

  • Redeem earlier in the day if you can — the 750-voucher daily cap is nationwide, not per outlet, so demand from anywhere in Malaysia eats into the same pool
  • Since pandacredit is Touch 'n Go eWallet's dedicated foodpanda wallet, first-time users may need to top it up or link it before checkout — sort this out before you start browsing so the discount doesn't disappear while you fix payment
