> Quick view: HomePro Malaysia's 12th Anniversary sale ended on 2 November 2026, along with the Spend & Sure-Win scratch cards. Year End Gifting took over the next day and runs 3 November 2026 to 4 January 2027, in all seven stores and at homepro.com.my. We compared the new mailer with HomePro's website twice on launch day. The main thing to know: the website took a few hours to catch up with the print, and it now matches on every line we re-checked. The Sharp AHX9DCD 1HP aircon went from RM1,299 to RM1,099 online, and one model outside the mailer, the Haier HS-10VRB06, rose RM250.
What is running at HomePro now
We read HomePro's promotions page on 3 November 2026. It lists these campaigns:
- Year End Gifting, 3 November 2026 to 4 January 2027. The main campaign, with a 24-page mailer. The cover promises up to 60% off, a members' gift with purchase, and corporate and bulk gifting.
- Bathroom Makeover Sales, 1 October 2026 to 3 January 2027.
- New App Registration 2026, 1 April to 31 December 2026. The end date has moved from 30 September to 31 December.
- Moya Sensor Faucet Sales and Build a Safer Bathroom Now, 22 September to 31 December 2026.
Two things are not on that list. There is no 11.11 campaign, and no scratch card in the new mailer. HomePro's homepage blocked our check this time, and its banner rail is where the 2026 Warehouse Sale first appeared, so a banner-only sale could exist that we cannot see.

The new mailer against the website
We searched each model on homepro.com.my twice on launch day. Most big-ticket lines matched the print from the start, including the Sharp 55-inch and 75-inch TVs, the Samsung 65-inch Mini LED, both LG Nano TVs, the Panasonic 1HP aircon and the Toshiba 2-door fridge.
Six did not on our first read. About two hours later, all six matched:
- Sharp AHX9DCD 1HP inverter aircon: RM1,099 in print, RM1,299 on our first read, RM1,099 now.
- Elba EH-S9186DC hood: RM1,499 in print, RM1,699 first, RM1,499 now.
- Faber Xenon Neo hood: RM1,259 in print, RM1,399 first, RM1,259 now.
- Philips PSG6026 steam generator: RM859 in print, RM949 first, RM859 now.
- Philips NA221 air fryer: RM299 in print, RM349 first, RM299 now.
- Samsung RT38CG6444 404L fridge: RM2,199 in print, RM2,099 first, RM2,199 now. This one went up.
So you do not need to argue a mailer price on these. The Samsung fridge also shows the switch can raise a price, so if you see a line cheaper online than in print early in a campaign, it may not last.
The printed normal price is still worth checking. The Samsung UA55U8500 55-inch TV is RM1,899 with "NP RM3,799", which looks like 50% off. The website's list price is RM2,999, so the discount against that is 37%. The Haier H65S85GUX 65-inch prints NP RM6,999 against a website list of RM6,499. Some discounts are real but small: the Haier H50S80GUX 50-inch is RM1,699 against RM1,799, which is RM100 off.
One problem we flagged in September has gone. The Toshiba AW-DM1150PM washer was printed at NP RM1,919 in the Anniversary mailer. The new mailer prints NP RM1,649, which matches the website, at the same RM1,239 price.
Did prices jump when the Anniversary sale ended?
Mostly no, but two models have. We re-read the Anniversary's headline models on 3 November, after the website switched to the new campaign:
- Sharp 4TC50HJ6000X 50-inch TV: still RM1,499
- Philips 43PQT6731 43-inch TV: still RM999, and it is in the new mailer too
- Midea MSGPB-10CRFN8 1HP aircon: still RM999, but its list price has dropped from RM1,579 to RM1,399, so the discount now reads 28%, not 36%
- Sharp SJ3822MSS 380L fridge: still RM1,699
- Livinox LCH-MARIS hood: up RM100 to RM1,799
- Haier HS-10VRB06 1HP aircon: up RM250 to RM1,349
- Haier H55S90EUX 55-inch TV: still RM2,099
Be careful with these. The Haier VRB06 was still RM1,099 on our first read that day and rose hours later. We did not find the Sharp 50-inch, the Midea MSGPB or either Haier in the brand panels of the new mailer, so no printed price holds them to January. In earlier campaigns the same SKU moved both ways: a Faber table fan went from RM119 to RM189 between 1 and 22 September. If one of these is the model you want, the safe reading is that the price is good today and nothing more.
Which 1HP aircon is cheapest once installed
Installation is charged on top, from RM279, in both the Anniversary and Year End mailers. Using the lower of print and online:
- Midea MSGPB-10CRFN8: RM999 + RM279 = RM1,278
- Sharp AHX9DCD: RM1,099 + RM279 = RM1,378. Printed as 4-star.
- Haier HS-10VRB06: RM1,349 + RM279 = RM1,628
- Panasonic CS-YU9AKH-1: RM1,369 + RM279 = RM1,648. Printed as 3-star.
- Midea MSAI-10CRFN8: RM1,499 + RM279 = RM1,778. Printed as 5-star.
- Haier HS-10VSA06: RM1,699 + RM279 = RM1,978. Printed as 5-star.
"From RM279" is a starting price, and HomePro says terms apply. Long pipe runs or awkward brackets can add to it, so get the quote before you decide.
The free gift only pays back at a very high spend
The members' gift with purchase has two tiers:
- Spend RM20,000: a free Philips NA342/09 air fryer, printed "worth RM779". It sells for RM659 on the website, so you get back about 3.3% of your spend.
- Spend RM30,000: a free Electrolux EWF7028M6WA washer, printed "worth RM1,499". It sells for RM1,299 on the website, so about 4.3%.
The entry threshold has doubled, because the Merdeka Celebration started at RM10,000. In its favour, receipts can be combined during the promotion period, so a renovation bought in stages over two months can still qualify. Keep every receipt. It is for members only and runs while stocks last, and the mailer does not say whether a RM30,000 spend earns both gifts or just the washer. Ask at the counter.
Treat this as a bonus on a full-house fit-out. It is no reason to spend more.
Hood, hob and sink packages
The strongest kitchen deals are still the packages on page 14:
- Faber Xenon Neo hood + 75cm hob + Cabana 65cm sink: RM2,099. Hood and hob alone are RM1,699.
- Livinox LCH-MARBLE hood + LGH-228T hob + WS-6047VB sink: RM2,899. Hood and hob alone are RM2,099.
The Livinox package is RM100 less than the Anniversary's RM2,999 version, which used the LCH-MARIS hood, so it is a different hood and not a straight price cut. Priced singly on the website, the three Livinox pieces come to RM3,057, so the package saves about RM158.
Furniture, mattress and bathroom offers
The rebate changed. The Anniversary gave RM150 at RM5,000, RM300 at RM7,000 and RM500 at RM10,000, on bedframes and mattresses only. Year End Gifting gives RM150 at RM3,000 and RM300 at RM6,000, and it now covers furniture, bedframes, mattresses and patio furniture, excluding clearance items.
So smaller baskets do better now, and a RM10,000 bedroom does worse, because the RM500 tier is not in the new mailer. On a RM4,999 First Knight mattress-and-frame package, RM150 off would make it RM4,849. Check that package prices count, since the mailer only says terms apply.
Bathroom: the mailer offers 8% off a brand sale on normal-priced items, and 50% off bathroom installation services. The Akron toilet, washbasin, spray set and towel bar come as a RM999 package, compared with RM1,217.80 bought singly in the same mailer, and installation for that set is printed at RM300, so about RM1,299 fitted.
Kitchen cabinets: 5% off King and Cabin, on normal-priced items only.
Other installation charges: water heaters from RM98. Ceiling fans are RM68 for the first unit and RM15 for each one after that, so two fans cost RM83 to fit.
The 12th Anniversary sale, for the record
The sale ran from 22 September to 2 November 2026. These details will help if you bought during it or want to compare next year:
- 12 Big Deals: Sharp 50-inch TV RM1,499, Midea 1HP aircon RM999, Philips 43-inch TV RM999, Sharp 380L fridge RM1,699, Toshiba 10.5kg washer RM1,239, and the Livinox MARIS hood, hob and sink package at RM2,999.
- Fixed price points: RM120 items such as a Tefal 30cm wokpan with a printed RM319, and RM12 items such as a Matall toolbox.
- Spend & Sure-Win: one scratch card per RM500 spent. The prizes were one 5g gold bar, one 55-inch TV, one stand mixer, 105 air fryers, 70 microwave ovens, and RM50, RM20 and RM10 vouchers plus 50%-off cleaning vouchers. HomePro did not publish how many vouchers there were. If you hold a voucher from a card, read its own expiry date.
- Malaysia Day app vouchers: RM10 off RM250 and RM20 off RM500, from 18 to 23 September.
- Earlier in 2026: Payday Sales (22 to 31 July and 18 to 25 August), the Nationwide Warehouse Sale (27 August to 6 September) and the Merdeka Celebration (4 August to 21 September).

There is no HomePro store in Sabah, Sarawak or on the East Coast, so homepro.com.my is the route there. Check delivery charges for bulky items before you count a saving.
Who this suits, and who should skip it
Worth it if: you are fitting out a kitchen, because the Faber package at RM2,099 is a low price for three pieces; you want a mid-size TV, where the Sharp 55-inch at RM1,899 matched online at a real 42% off; or you are spending RM3,000 to RM6,000 on furniture, where the new rebate is better than the old one.
Skip it or wait if: your budget is the free gift, since it returns under 5%; you want the deepest aircon price, because the RM999 Midea is an Anniversary leftover that could change; or you are buying a small item at a thin discount, such as several Panasonic hair and kitchen lines that are only RM10 to RM30 below their printed price.
Fine print worth knowing
- Prices here were checked on 3 November 2026, against the Year End mailer and HomePro's search results. They can change within a campaign.
- "Up to 60% off" is not a real ceiling. The Faber Xenon Neo hood is RM1,259 online against RM4,250, which is 70% off. Many large appliances are far below that, such as the Electrolux EWW1143R7SC washer-dryer at 21%.
- Many of the 8%, 10% and 20% brand offers apply only to normal-priced items and exclude clearance and promotion lines.
- 0% instalment logos appear on many large items. The pages we read do not name the banks, so ask before you plan around one.
- We could not read HomePro's homepage on 3 November, because it blocks automated checks.
