> Quick view: HomePro's Melaka Warehouse Sale runs from 5 to 29 November 2026 at HomePro, Lotus's Peringgit. Prices on the floor include a 1+6 dining set at RM1,699, a TV cabinet at RM699 and a round coffee table at RM299. Compare before you carry anything to the counter, because three oak pieces that look identical to items on HomePro's website came out RM10 cheaper, the same and RM50 dearer.
HomePro announced the sale on Facebook on 4 November. The post names this one venue, so this is a Melaka event rather than a stop on a nationwide tour. It is also missing from HomePro's promotions page, which makes it easy to miss if you only check the website.
What is on the floor
HomePro's post lists four groups: furniture, houseware, garden essentials and small appliances. Its photos show a hall of pallets rather than normal store shelves. You can see boxed small appliances and fans, plants, metal racks, desks, a gaming chair and a sofa set. These are the tags we could read clearly:
- Dining set, 1+6 seater, 1.8m walnut: RM1,699
- Fluted oak TV cabinet: RM699
- Fluted oak sideboard: RM499
- Round oak coffee table: RM299
- Boxed stand fans: RM149 and RM199
The post gives no discount percentage and no full price list. Treat these tags as examples, since stock can sell out or change during a 25-day sale.
Tags vs HomePro's website
The three oak pieces look identical to HomePro's ELK range. The product names on those tags are too small to read in the photos, so check the name on the actual tag before relying on this comparison. Website prices were read on 5 November 2026.
- [ELK TV cabinet EDWD5601](https://www.homepro.com.my/p/1081081): tag RM699, website RM699 (list price RM1,149). No difference.
- [ELK round coffee table EDWD5602](https://www.homepro.com.my/p/1081082): tag RM299, website RM309 (list price RM359). RM10 cheaper in the hall, and HomePro's search results showed it as out of stock online.
- [ELK sideboard EDWD5603](https://www.homepro.com.my/p/1081037): tag RM499, website RM449 (list price RM1,049). RM50 cheaper online.
Buying all three at the tag prices costs RM1,497. The same three at website prices would cost RM1,457, if the table were in stock. The cheapest mix is the TV cabinet and sideboard online (RM1,148) plus the table from the hall (RM299), which comes to RM1,447. That RM50 saving could disappear once delivery is added, so get the delivery charge for both options first. If you can bring your own transport, the hall price may still win. HomePro's prices also move between campaigns, so search the website again on the day.
Is the RM1,699 dining set good value?
We could not find this exact set on HomePro's website, so there is no direct comparison. For a rough guide, it works out to about RM283 per seat. On the website, the GUB 1+4 walnut set is RM699 (about RM175 per seat), the Nuhoom Wald 1+4 is RM999 (about RM250 per seat), and the Furdini Great Light six-seater is RM4,690 (about RM782 per seat). Materials and sizes differ, so this only shows where it sits in the range. It is mainly attractive if you need six seats, because the cheaper sets listed above seat four.
How to shop it
- Before you go, measure your space and note the prices of anything you want from homepro.com.my.
- In the hall, photograph the product name or model on the tag and search it on the website.
- Ask whether the item is new stock or a display unit, and what warranty and return terms apply. HomePro's nationwide warehouse sale in August included display unit clearance, and this post only says "Terms Apply".
- Ask about delivery and assembly before paying, especially for the dining set.
- Ask whether current card and BNPL offers can be used on warehouse tags.
That last question matters until 12 November. HomePro's separate 11.11 Deepavali Double Deals poster advertises 0% instalments for up to 36 months with CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Maybank and Standard Chartered, plus up to RM75 off through BNPL, with minimum spend varying by platform. Neither post says this applies to the warehouse sale. Our Year End Gifting guide covers the campaign running to 4 January, which also does not mention this hall.
Who it suits, and who should skip it
It suits Melaka households furnishing a new home or rental, especially if you can collect bulky items yourself. It also suits anyone who wants to see furniture in person before buying.
Skip the trip if you only want one item that is already on the website at a similar price. If you live far from Melaka, the fuel and toll can wipe out a saving of RM10 to RM50. Big-ticket aircon and TV shoppers should check the Year End Gifting prices first, as those categories were not clearly shown on the sale's tags.
Getting there
HomePro's store finder lists HomePro Melaka at Lot No. L1, Ground Floor, Lotus Melaka, No. 1, Jalan Tun Razak, 75400 Melaka, phone 06-225 0021, open 10am to 10pm. HomePro's Facebook post calls the same area Lotus's Peringgit, so use that name in Waze or Google Maps. Call ahead if you are coming for one item, or if you plan to arrive close to closing time. Expect it to be busier around Deepavali on 8 November and the replacement holiday on 9 November.
