> Quick view: KK Super Mart's Coca-Cola Zero Sugar promotion runs 1 August–30 September 2026 at participating KK Mart outlets nationwide — RM2.99 for a 500ml bottle and RM4.99 for a 1.5L bottle. The 1.5L is the one worth carrying home: it works out to about RM3.33 a litre against RM5.98 a litre for the 500ml. KK publishes the excluded-outlet list, and it names 88 outlets across nine states.

The offer

Read straight off the campaign artwork, which carries both the KK logo and the Coca-Cola Company's 2026 copyright line:

  • Promotion period: 1 August – 30 September 2026
  • Coca-Cola Zero Sugar 500ml — RM2.99
  • Coca-Cola Zero Sugar 1.5L — RM4.99
  • No spend minimum, no coupon code and no app step appears on the artwork — it is a straight shelf-price promotion, while stocks last
  • The artwork's only other wording is the campaign line "TRY IT FIRST!"

Note the second size carefully. Several deal aggregators list the RM4.99 bottle as 1L; the artwork says 1.5L. That is a 50% difference in what you get for the same ringgit, and it is the single most important number on this promo.

Which size is actually the deal

Both prices are promotional, but they are not equally good. Working it out per litre:

  • 500ml at RM2.99 = RM5.98 per litre
  • 1.5L at RM4.99 = RM3.33 per litre

The 1.5L is roughly 44% cheaper per litre. Buy the 500ml only when you want a cold single-serve to drink now; if it is going in the fridge at home, the 1.5L is the one that makes this promotion worth a detour. (Had the larger bottle really been 1L as widely reported, it would have come to RM4.99 a litre — only about 17% better than the small one, and barely worth the trip. The size correction changes the advice.)

Where — and the outlets that are excluded

The promotion runs at participating KK Mart outlets nationwide. KK Super Mart does publish the exclusion list, on its own site at `kksupermart.my/non-participating-outlets-lists/`, and it currently names 88 outlets across nine states:

  • Kuala Lumpur — 22
  • Selangor — 19
  • Johor — 18
  • Sarawak — 10 (every one of them in the Kuching area)
  • Pahang — 9 (all on the Genting Highlands strip)
  • Pulau Pinang — 3
  • Perak — 3
  • Melaka — 2
  • Negeri Sembilan — 2

The pattern is easy to read once you see the addresses: the excluded branches are overwhelmingly captive-audience locations — KLIA2's Gateway outlets, four Terminal Bersepadu Selatan units, KL Sentral and the ERL station, LRT station kiosks at Kelana Jaya and Muhibbah, the whole Genting Highlands cluster including Genting Premium Outlets and the hotel outlets, and the Forest City and Jalan Wong Ah Fook branches in Johor. If your nearest KK Mart is inside an airport, a bus or rail terminal, or a hill-resort or tourist strip, check the list before you count on the RM2.99.

Only nine states appear on the list at all. If you shop in Kedah, Perlis, Kelantan, Terengganu or Sabah, no outlet in your state is excluded.

What the promotion is actually called

You will find this campaign written up as KK Super Mart's "Golden Place" promotion, and that is the phrase most Malaysian deal sites use for it. It is worth being straight about where the name comes from: the campaign artwork does not use it, and neither does KK Super Mart's own site — its Latest Promo page runs campaigns under headings like *KK MURAH Promotion* and *National Day Promotion*, and its store formats are KK Mart, KK Concept Store and KK Signature. "Golden Place" is aggregator shorthand that has been attached to a run of KK campaigns since late 2024. The prices, dates and terms below are the part that is verified; treat the campaign name as a search term rather than as official branding.

What else was running at KK Mart — and what just ended

Checking KK's own Latest Promo page on 31 August 2026 puts this offer in context. Two other campaigns were live alongside it, and both ended on 31 August:

  • KK MURAH Promotion, 1–31.8.2026 — 49 product cards, almost all household and personal care: Colgate Red 100g at RM5.99 (normal RM8.50), Dove shampoo 330ml at RM9.99 (RM15.90), Head & Shoulders Ultra Men 650ml at RM24.99 (RM33.90), Dynamo Downy 2kg at RM8.99 (RM13.90), Massimo white sandwich loaf 400g at RM2.80 (RM3.00)
  • National Day Promotion, 2–31.8.2026 — 27 cards, beverage-heavy: Fanta 1.5L at RM2.99 (RM4.50), Sting 330ml/400ml at RM2.99 (RM4.50), Revive 500ml at RM1.99 (RM3.50), Kickapoo 500ml at RM1.99 (RM3.50)

Neither of those two campaigns included Coca-Cola at all. From 1 September, the Coca-Cola Zero Sugar prices are what carries over — which is the practical reason this offer is worth knowing about now rather than in August.

Fine print

  • The artwork gives no "normal price" for either bottle, so there is no published discount percentage to quote — only the promotional prices themselves
  • While stocks last, and stock is branch-dependent: convenience-store fridges do not always carry both sizes, and the 1.5L in particular is not a given at smaller outlets
  • Nothing on the artwork requires the KK Mart app, KK Rewards membership or any minimum spend. KK Mart does not require sign-up to shop
  • The exclusion list is a standing, campaign-wide list that KK maintains for its promotions generally, not one written specially for this offer — it can change during the promotion period, so check it fresh if your branch is borderline
  • Only these two products and prices are part of this promotion. Other Coca-Cola variants and pack sizes are at normal shelf price

Tips

  • Take a photo of the promo price on the shelf card before you queue — the offer is stocked at branch level and the till is where a non-participating outlet reveals itself
  • KK Super Mart's website has moved: kkmart.com.my now redirects to kksupermart.my. The Latest Promo and non-participating-outlets pages both live on the new domain
  • If your regular branch is one of the 88 excluded, the two nearest alternatives are usually a plain neighbourhood KK Mart rather than another terminal or mall unit — the exclusions cluster tightly by location type
