Lexis Port Dickson's offer page now reads "1 - 30 September 2026 (Extended until 31 October 2026)", so the RM35 nett set menu at Aqua Coffee House runs to Saturday 31 October. Every other dining offer on this page is unchanged since our 23 September check, and one has spread: the Scrummy Chicken Combo is now listed at Lexis Port Dickson as well as Grand Lexis. The Merdeka offers — the RM58 Grand Merdeka Fish Head Feast (to 20 September), the Kidz World package and the MATTA Fair room vouchers (both to 6 September) — are long gone. Every price is read off the resorts' own offer pages and campaign brochures, and all are nett, inclusive of Sales and Service Tax.

This page used to track the two Merdeka offers. Both are gone, so rather than leave a dead promotion up, it answers the question most people driving down to Port Dickson actually have: what can you eat at the Lexis resorts this month, and what does it cost?

Three resorts, and the names that trip people up

Lexis Hotel Group has three properties in Port Dickson, all owned by Kuala Lumpur Metro Group:

  • Grand Lexis Port Dickson — Batu 2, Jalan Seremban, 71000 Port Dickson, the town end. Home of Lanun Restaurant & Bar and one of the two Umi restaurants.
  • Lexis Port Dickson — the older water-chalet resort, and it publishes the same street address, Batu 2 Jalan Seremban. Its coffee house is Aqua Coffee House, where SeptemBITES runs.
  • Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson — 12th Mile, Jalan Pantai, 71250 Pasir Panjang, the hibiscus-shaped resort about ten miles down the coast. It carries most of the dining offers on this page.

The trap is that the group reuses restaurant names. There are three Roselle Coffee Houses (Lexis Hibiscus, Grand Lexis and Lexis Suites Penang) and two Umi Japanese Restaurants — one on the ground floor of the Main Building at Lexis Hibiscus, one on Level 2 of the Main Building at Grand Lexis. They run different promotions. The priced teppanyaki sets below are at the Hibiscus Umi; the Grand Lexis Umi is closed on Mondays. Always book on the resort's own number and name the resort.

SeptemBITES at Aqua Coffee House — extended to 31 October

Lexis Port Dickson's "September" set menu is RM35 nett per set, and each set is a full meal with dessert and a drink. The brochure lists three:

  • Ayam Percik Set — ayam percik with nasi minyak and acar jelatah
  • Mamak Mee Goreng Set — mee goreng mamak with ayam goreng berempah
  • Cantonese Man Fan Set — fried rice under egg gravy with chicken, seafood and vegetables

Every set adds Sagu Gula Melaka and Sirap Bandung Ais. It ran from 1 September 2026 and has been extended until 31 October 2026, daily, 12:00 noon to 10:00pm — the name stayed, the dates moved. Book on 06-653 2000 ext. 3033 or by email to asstmanager1@grandlexispd.com. The offer page's body text prints ext. 3333, but its contact line and the brochure both say 3033, so use that.

What it costs a family. Four people, one set each, is RM140, dessert and drinks included — RM35 a head at a beachfront resort restaurant, which is lower than anything else on this page except the grab-and-go combos. The brochure flags allergens for each set: peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, shellfish, soy, wheat, dairy, eggs and sesame all appear somewhere, and the Man Fan and Mee Goreng sets both carry shellfish.

There is no separate October set menu; the extension is the October offer. Nothing on Lexis Port Dickson's offers index is dated beyond 31 October, so treat that as the last day unless the page changes again.

Umi teppanyaki value sets at Lexis Hibiscus

The Yummy Umami Teppanyaki Value Sets at Umi Japanese Restaurant, Lexis Hibiscus, are the clearest-priced Japanese option in the group. Six sets, all nett:

  • Yasai Set (vegetarian) — RM58
  • Chicken Set — RM68
  • Beef Set — RM78
  • Salmon Set — RM88
  • Lamb Set — RM98
  • Seafood Set — RM108

Every set comes with steamed Hikari Japanese rice, miso soup, pickles and an Umi Soda Asam Boi. Book on +606 660 2626 ext. 2647. The offer page gives no end date and no hours, so ring before you go.

A couple sharing a chicken and a beef set pays RM146; the same two people at the Saturday BBQ buffet would pay RM256. Teppanyaki is the cheaper sit-down dinner at Hibiscus unless you plan to eat a lot.

At Grand Lexis, the other Umi runs a separate Sizzling Teppanyaki Promotion: à la carte teppanyaki with an upgrade to a value set for RM10, 6:30pm to 10:00pm daily, closed on Mondays, Main Building Level 2, ext. 3340. The page does not print the à la carte prices, so this one cannot be compared set for set.

The weekly buffets at Roselle Coffee House, Lexis Hibiscus

Two buffets, two nights, the same restaurant on the ground floor of the Main Building:

  • Friday — International Buffet Spread: RM110 nett adult, RM55 nett child (over 6 to 12), 6:30pm to 9:30pm, indoor or al fresco seating facing the sea
  • Saturday — BBQ Buffet Dinner: RM128 nett adult, RM64 nett child (over 6 to 12), 6:30pm to 9:30pm, grilled seafood, chicken, beef, lamb and vegetables, plus appetisers and desserts

Both book on +606 660 2626 ext. 2646.

Worked out for a family of two adults and two children aged 7 to 12: Friday is 2 × RM110 + 2 × RM55 = RM330; Saturday is 2 × RM128 + 2 × RM64 = RM384. The Saturday premium is RM54 for the table, and it buys you the grill. Children aged 6 and under are not priced on either page, so ask when you book rather than assume they eat free.

Smaller bills: grab-and-go and fried chicken

  • Coralz Bistro Grab & Go, Lexis Hibiscus — Hainanese Chicken Rice RM22, Chicken Biryani RM22, Nasi Ayam Paprik RM22, Singapore Fried Noodles RM20, each with a bottle of iced lemon tea. Daily 5:00pm to 9:00pm, Main Building ground floor, ext. 2645. This is the cheapest meal at any Lexis property in town.
  • Scrummy Chicken Combo, Grand Lexis and Lexis Port Dickson — a bucket of boneless fried chicken in black pepper or garlic coating with a large soft drink: Combo A RM42, Combo B RM78, room service RM5 extra until 1:00am at both. The hours differ by resort. At Grand Lexis (Roselle Coffee House, ext. 3350) the counter serves 11:00am to 1:00pm only. At Lexis Port Dickson (Aqua Coffee House, ext. 3033) the page gives 11:00am to 11:00pm, so this is the resort to choose if you want a bucket for dinner. That page labels the hours "Roselle Coffee House" even though it names Aqua Coffee House as the outlet; ring ext. 3033 to confirm.

The splurges at Lexis Hibiscus

  • Afternoon Tea for Two — RM168 nett for two, served at Wave Dining in the Lighthouse Club, Level 2, 1:00pm to 4:00pm daily, with fruit tartlets, croissant sandwiches, pistachio éclairs and maki, plus coffee or tea. RM84 a head. Reservations are encouraged, on +606 660 2626.
  • Hibiscus Floating Breakfast — RM388 nett per set for two, served on a tray in a private pool. It needs at least 48 hours' notice (ext. 2646), and it only makes sense if your room has its own pool.
  • Sizzling Showstopper, Wave Dining — tableside cooking, 7:00pm to 10:00pm daily, ext. 2712. The menu card prices a Classic Caesar Salad at RM60, Crêpes Suzette, Peach Suzette and Banana Flambé at RM100 each, Flambé Irish Coffee and Flaming Mexican Coffee at RM80 each, and a non-alcoholic Black Wave Coffee at RM50. The flambé items are made with Jameson and Orange Curaçao or Grand Marnier and tequila, so they are not halal.

Free: live music at Grand Lexis

Lanun Restaurant & Bar, Main Building ground floor at Grand Lexis, has singer Shera Amir every Friday and Saturday, 9:00pm to 11:45pm, performing ballads, jazz, pop, R&B and acoustic sets in Malay, English, Mandarin, Hindi and Indonesian. There is no cover charge listed; you pay for what you drink. Ext. 3352.

An October day out, costed

Two adults and two children aged 7 to 12, driving down on a Saturday, all prices nett:

  • Cheapest route — RM226. Lunch at Aqua Coffee House, four SeptemBITES sets: 4 × RM35 = RM140. Dinner at Coralz Bistro, Lexis Hibiscus: three RM22 rice combos and one RM20 Singapore Fried Noodles = RM86.
  • Buffet route — RM524. The same RM140 lunch, then the Saturday BBQ buffet at Roselle Coffee House, Lexis Hibiscus: 2 × RM128 + 2 × RM64 = RM384.
  • Teppanyaki route — RM392. The same RM140 lunch, then four Umi value sets at Lexis Hibiscus, two Chicken and two Yasai: 2 × RM68 + 2 × RM58 = RM252.

The SeptemBITES lunch is the fixed point in every version, and it is the part that disappears after 31 October.

How to pick

  • Cheapest full meal this month: SeptemBITES at RM35, now until 31 October. After that, Coralz Bistro's RM20 to RM22 combos.
  • One dinner for a family with primary-school children: the Friday buffet at RM330 for four, or teppanyaki if the children will eat chicken rice and a set each.
  • A couple's night out: Umi value sets for two from RM116 (two Yasai) to RM216 (two Seafood), then music at Lanun if it is a Friday or Saturday.
  • Skip the Grand Lexis Umi on a Monday, and skip the floating breakfast unless you have booked a pool villa.

What ended, for the record

  • The Grand Merdeka Fish Head Feast, Roselle Coffee House, Grand Lexis — RM58 nett, curry or asam pedas, 17 August to 20 September 2026. Ended; the offer URL now redirects to the index.
  • Freedom to Play at Kidz World, Lexis Hibiscus — RM55 nett per child, 25 August to 6 September 2026. Ended, with nothing replacing it.
  • Lexis Golden Deals at MATTA Fair, MITEC Kuala Lumpur — e-Room Vouchers from RM200 nett, 4 to 6 September 2026. Ended. The offer card is still on all three resorts' indexes, but the dates on it have passed. Vouchers already bought stay valid for a year from purchase and must be booked seven days ahead.

If you stay the night

For stays, the live Lexis offers are the Tropical Escape pool villa package and the standing Minimum Stay deal — up to 10% off two or more consecutive nights, breakfast for two included — plus a Half Board package at each resort. Two charges are never inside the quoted rate: Fi Lestari, RM4 nett per room per night, a Negeri Sembilan state levy in force since November 2025 and charged to all guests; and tourism tax, RM10 per room per night, for non-Malaysians only. Both are collected at check-in.

Where to check before you go

Each resort keeps its own offers index: Lexis Port Dickson, Grand Lexis Port Dickson and Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. Hotel promotions are withdrawn without notice and most of the standing offers carry no end date, so ring the extension on the brochure before you drive down. All the offer pages cited here were live when we re-checked on 9 October 2026; the only changes since 23 September were the SeptemBITES extension and the Scrummy Chicken Combo appearing at Lexis Port Dickson.
