Do not make the trip for these — all three closed on 31 July 2026:

  • The nationwide Megaversary Sale (1–31 July 2026) and its RM380-in-one-receipt redemption for a free Exclusive Food Keeper Collection
  • The Blackmores rebate (RM8 back on RM100, RM15 back on RM150)

What is still running

1. Merdeka Crazy Sales — HANAKO (1 August–30 September 2026). One box is RM49.90 instead of the usual RM58.80, a saving of RM8.90. Buy two boxes and you also get a free HANAKO tote bag, while stocks last. At two boxes that is RM99.80 versus RM117.60 at normal price — RM17.80 saved, plus the bag.

2. Systane free gift (1 August–30 September 2026). Buy any two units of *Systane Complete Preservative-Free 10mL* or *Systane Hydration Preservative-Free 10mL* and you get a Travel Puff Pouch free. The pouch colour is given at random and it is while-stocks-last, so early in the window is safer than late September.

3. Bio-Life Spend & Redeem (1 July–31 August 2026). Spend RM280 or more on participating Bio-Life products in one go, and make sure at least one item is a Bio-Life Probiotics product. You then redeem a Healthy Surprise Box worth up to RM145 — but the redemption is not over the counter: you submit your receipt and details via WhatsApp to 017-646 9569. This is the one with a real deadline: 31 August 2026.

What "new member rewards" actually mean

The July opening ads promised "exclusive new member rewards" without spelling them out. The chain's published membership terms do:

  • Membership is free for life
  • You earn 1 point for every RM1 spent at any Mega Kulim Pharmacy outlet
  • Points collected from 1 January 2025 must be redeemed in a minimum block of 400 points (it was 200 before) and expire 24 months after they are issued
  • Points are non-transferable — they cannot be gifted or pooled with another person's account
  • Membership is fully digital; check your balance on megakulim.com.my or the Mega Kulim Pharmacy app on iOS and Android

In practice that means a RM280 Bio-Life run earns 280 points — useful, but on its own still short of the 400-point block you need before anything can be redeemed.

Who this is for, and who should skip

Worth a trip if you live around Kulim, Padang Serai or Lunas and already buy supplements, eye drops or probiotics — the HANAKO and Systane gifts need no minimum spend beyond two units, so they are the cheapest wins here.

Skip it if you were chasing the July opening deals or the RM380 Food Keeper Collection — those are gone, and none of the current offers replace them. Also skip the Bio-Life box if you would be buying probiotics you do not actually use just to clear RM280; RM280 is a lot to spend for a mixed box.

Fine print

  • All three promotions are chain-wide, not Kelang Lama exclusives — any Mega Kulim Pharmacy outlet works
  • The HANAKO tote bag and the Systane pouch are both while stocks last, and neither is guaranteed at the tail end of the window
  • The Bio-Life threshold is a single-receipt spend and must include a probiotics item; redemption runs through WhatsApp and follows Bio-Life's own terms
  • Prices and gift stocks can change without notice — confirm at the counter before you commit to a bigger basket
