> Quick view: OGAWA's online Oct Sale lists 25 products at prices well below their usual shelf tags, and two coupon codes take a further 12% or 14% off. The big-chair flash prices only last until 21 October. The best buys are the INIZIO at RM2,799 with a free compress sofa, and the SorneX at RM4,499 once the 14% code is applied. Ignore the "72% off" badges and judge each item by its final price.

OGAWA turns 30 this year, and the October sale is the latest in a run of anniversary campaigns. We read the sale page, the flash sale posters and the product pages on ogawaworld.net on 14 October 2026. Every price below comes from those pages.

How the sale works

  1. Pick from the Oct Sale page. It lists 25 items marked "Online Exclusive", each with a sale price already applied and a free 30th anniversary bag.
  2. Apply one shop code at checkout. Most product cards carry two coupon badges. OGAWA12% gives 12% off with a minimum spend of RM150, capped at RM120. OGAWA14% gives 14% off with a minimum spend of RM1,000, capped at RM800. The INIZIO chair's card shows no coupon badge, and its flash poster quotes RM2,799 as the final price, so treat that as the real figure.
  3. Watch the timer. Seven items carry a countdown to the end of the flash window on 21 October, 11:59pm: NUOVABLAC, SorneX, INIZIO, MORVÉLA, YugaFlip, Estilo Prime Plus and the TURBOREVIVE massage gun. The rest of the page runs until 31 October.
  4. Delivery. The INIZIO product page lists free shipping in West Malaysia, instalments of up to 36 months and a 1-year warranty. Sabah and Sarawak buyers should ask about delivery before paying.

Worked examples: what you actually pay

OGAWA's own flash posters line up with the site prices after the code, which is a good sign the maths below holds:

  • SorneX (new): RM5,231 on the site. 14% off is RM732.34, so you pay about RM4,499. That matches the poster, which adds a free recliner sofa "worth RM1,299".
  • NUOVABLAC Duo Comfort: RM6,299. 14% would be RM881.86, but the cap stops it at RM800, so you pay RM5,499. Your real discount is 12.7%, not 14%.
  • INIZIO: RM2,799, with a free compress sofa. This is the cheapest full chair on the page.
  • Verello (new): RM5,399. 14% off is RM755.86, which works out to about RM4,643. It comes with a Tinkle-X pillow, a leather care kit and a USB eye mask.
  • YugaFlip foot rest and massager: RM794. OGAWA12% takes off RM95.28, so you pay about RM699, the same figure as the poster. It comes with a free USB eye mask and turtle massager "worth RM328".
  • FitrekX Prime treadmill: RM1,399 clears the RM1,000 minimum, so 14% brings it to about RM1,203.

The small-item trap: the On-the-Go Mini Massager (RM89) plus the USB Eye Mask (RM60) comes to RM149, which is RM1 short of the RM150 minimum for OGAWA12%. Adding the Tinkle-X pillow (RM78) instead of the eye mask gives RM167, and the code takes RM20.04 off.

Read the RRPs with care

OGAWA marks the SorneX "was RM19,999" on the sale page, but its own trade-in page and flash poster list the same chair at RM18,499. The INIZIO "was RM9,999" sits beside a RM2,799 sale price. These reference prices make every badge look huge. A better test is the final price against chairs you can try in a showroom. Back in August, OGAWA's Mini Vibe massage gun was going for RM149 through a mall app against a RM699 tag, so deep RRP cuts are normal for this brand.

Who it's good for, and who should skip

Good for: buyers who have already sat in an OGAWA chair and know which model they want. If you are torn between INIZIO and SorneX, the gap is about RM1,700, so try both. INIZIO's page lists heat, airbags, an S+L track, Bluetooth music, voice control and 12 auto programmes.

Skip it if: you have never tried the chair. A massage chair is a bulky purchase that is hard to send back, and the sale page does not set out a return or trial period. Go to the roadshow first.

The Pavilion Bukit Jalil roadshow

OGAWA's poster puts its 30th anniversary roadshow at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Level 2, Pink Zone (in front of MUJI), 14 to 18 October 2026. The poster shows the CosmoX, the new Maestro and the BioVis, which is listed at RM46,999 on the online store. It names no roadshow prices. Ask staff whether they will match the online flash price before you sign anything.

Trade-in

A separate trade-in offer (1 September to 31 October) lets you reserve the Verello, NUOVABLAC or SorneX with a RM200 deposit. The page does not say how much your old chair is worth, so get a written valuation before you pay the deposit.

Fine print that trips people up

  • Only one code per order. You cannot stack OGAWA12% and OGAWA14%, so for any cart of RM1,000 or more, use OGAWA14%.
  • The caps matter. OGAWA12% stops at RM120, which you reach at exactly RM1,000. OGAWA14% stops at RM800, which you reach at about RM5,715.
  • The flash prices end on 21 October, even though the sale page runs to 31 October. After that date the chair prices may go back up.
  • Free gifts are while stocks last, according to the posters.
