> Quick view: the July Buy 1 Free 1 and August's RM37.46 flash deal are long over, the Malaysia Day Special ends on 17 September 2026, and September's Chicken Day was on Tuesday 15 September. What you can still use: a free Cheesecake Ice Cream with any purchase until 23 September, if you follow Richeese on Instagram. After that, the useful things are the third-Tuesday Chicken Day (next: 20 October, RM49.99) and the weekday combos from RM15.99.

Is the Richeese Factory promotion still on?

The deal this page first covered, a Buy 1 Free 1 combo on 29 to 31 July 2026, has ended. So has every flash deal since. Richeese Factory Malaysia now runs a new short promotion almost every week, and the September run shows the pattern. We read it off the brand's own Instagram posts on 17 September:

  • 1 to 6 September: buy a Half Chicken à la carte and get 2 side dishes free, with Large French Fries at RM1.49 extra. KLIA2 was excluded. August's poster for the same deal priced Half Fire Chicken at RM31.49 and Half Crispy or Flying Chicken at RM26.49.
  • 7 to 10 September: chicken-and-burger sets from RM24.49.
  • To 14 September: Puas Kaw Kaw chicken sets, after an extension. RM30 bought 4 Crispy Chicken and 2 drinks, RM33 bought 2 Fire and 2 Crispy Chicken with 2 drinks, and RM34.99 bought 4 Fire Chicken with 2 drinks.
  • 14 to 17 September: the Malaysia Day Special, 5 Fire Chicken plus 1 Cheesecake Ice Cream for RM37.46 against a normal price of RM49.95. That is exactly 25% off. It was valid at all outlets for dine-in, takeaway or drive-thru.
  • 15 September: Chicken Day.

The same RM37.46 for five Fire Chicken also ran as "Discount Kuat Kuat" on 21 to 24 August. So if you missed it, the price has a habit of coming back. Nothing on Richeese's own channels announces the next round yet.

What's live right now: free ice cream, two ways

Follow & Get It Free, 17 to 23 September 2026. Follow Instagram @richeesefactory.my, buy anything at a Richeese Factory outlet and claim one free Cheesecake Ice Cream. The post says it is available at all Malaysian outlets. It sets no minimum spend and no time window.

Free Ice Cream Cup happy hour, until 23 September 2026. This one comes with stricter terms:

  • One free Ice Cream Cup per transaction, and a maximum of one per person
  • Weekdays only, 3pm to 6pm and from 8pm onwards
  • Dine-in only, first come first served, while stocks last
  • In Terengganu, Kedah and Kelantan, "weekdays" means Sunday to Thursday

Richeese does not say whether the two ice cream offers can be claimed on the same bill, so ask at the counter rather than assume it.

Chicken Day: the third Tuesday, not Wednesday

Chicken Day is Richeese's one fixed monthly offer. Its poster reads "Every 3rd Tuesday of the month", or "Selasa Ke-3" in Malay. The September edition fell on Tuesday 15 September, so an earlier version of this page gave the wrong day. On Chicken Day the RichFamily Fire Combo costs RM49.99 instead of RM79.99. You get:

  • 1 whole Fire Chicken
  • 2 Large Mashed Potato
  • 2 Large Coleslaw
  • a 1-litre drink
  • 1 regular cheese sauce

Sarawak outlets charge RM55.99. The next dates are Tuesday 20 October, Tuesday 17 November and Tuesday 15 December 2026.

The September post excluded only the KLIA2 outlet. The older poster also names Shell UITM, which no longer appears in the outlet finder. The poster says Chicken Day is "not valid with any ongoing combo sets, discounts, offers & vouchers". So don't count on stacking it with the free Fire Chicken Bites below.

The cheapest standing prices: weekday combos

If you can't time a promotion, the weekday menus are where Richeese is cheapest. Both have run since 19 January 2026. "Weekdays" means Monday to Friday, or Sunday to Thursday in Terengganu, Kedah and Kelantan.

Jom Jimat Combo comes with rice and a medium drink:

  • 2 Flying or Crispy Chicken: RM15.99
  • 3 Flying or Crispy Chicken: RM21.99
  • 2 Fire Chicken, with cheese sauce: RM19.99
  • 3 Fire Chicken, with cheese sauce: RM29.59

The poster also lists these extras:

  • Fries: RM3.99
  • Cheesy soup: RM1.99
  • Swap rice or mashed potato for fries: RM1.99
  • Upgrade the drink from medium to large: RM1.00

Super Rich Deals gives you two sets of Combo 2 Fire Chicken for RM40.99, down from RM47.98, or RM20.49 a person. Each set has 2 Fire Chicken, a regular Mashed Potato or rice, a regular Coleslaw, a medium drink and a cheese sauce.

Combo Berbaloi is the every-day version, and it adds a Cheesecake Ice Cream Cup and a large drink:

  • Combo Berbaloi 2: RM22.99
  • Combo Berbaloi 3: RM31.99
  • Combo Berbaloi 5: RM53.99, with 5 Fire Chicken, 2 ice cream cups and 2 large drinks

Combo Puas runs from RM19.49. For that you get 2 Crispy or Flying Chicken, a drink, Mashed Potato or rice, a Coleslaw and one more side. The Fire Chicken version is RM23.99. Puas-B adds a second side for RM22.49, or RM26.99 with Fire Chicken.

What you'd actually pay

  • Two people on a weekday: two Jom Jimat Combo 2 Fire Chicken cost RM39.98. That is RM1.01 less than Super Rich Deals at RM40.99, but Super Rich adds a regular Coleslaw to each set. If you want the coleslaw, Super Rich wins. If you don't, buy two Jom Jimat combos.
  • Two people at the weekend: Super Rich isn't available, so two Combo Berbaloi 2 cost RM45.98. That's RM4.99 more than the weekday deal, and each set gets an ice cream cup and a large drink.
  • Four people on Chicken Day: the RichFamily Fire Combo at RM49.99 works out to RM12.50 a head, or RM14.00 in Sarawak.
  • A family of four in Sarawak on any other Tuesday: the same set is RM79.99, so waiting for 20 October saves RM24.

Feeding a group: party packages and catering

The Party Package comes in two sizes. The package poster adds that Flying Chicken availability varies by outlet, and KLIA2 and Shell UITM are excluded.

The Geng Makan Combo costs RM200 for 8 to 12 people, about RM16.67 to RM25 a head:

  • 1 whole Fire Chicken and 1 whole Flying or Crispy Chicken
  • 3 each of Large Mashed Potato, Large Coleslaw, Large Fries and Fire Wedges
  • 20 nuggets
  • 2 one-litre drinks
  • 3 cheese sauces

The Geng Kuat Makan Combo costs RM300 for 15 to 20 people, RM15 to RM20 a head:

  • 1 whole Fire Chicken and 2 whole Flying or Crispy Chicken
  • 6 Large Mashed Potato and 6 Large Coleslaw
  • 4 Large Fries and 4 Fire Wedges
  • 26 nuggets
  • 3 one-litre drinks
  • 4 cheese sauces

The "from RM15 per person" in Richeese's ads is the bigger package split 20 ways. An earlier version of this page priced a Geng Makan at around RM150, which was wrong.

Catering ("Buy Big Save Big") is for events where everyone gets their own box. The sets:

  • 1 Flying or Crispy Chicken with rice or mashed potato: RM11.59 (RM12.09 with Fire Chicken)
  • 2 pieces: RM20.49 (RM21.19 with Fire Chicken)
  • 3 pieces: RM29.09 (RM29.99 with Fire Chicken)

Drinks are extra: Pink Lava or Fruitarian at RM2.19, or mineral water at RM1.59. Bulk orders get 10% off from 30 sets, 15% off from 51 sets and 20% off from 101 sets. Richeese takes catering orders by direct message. Two examples:

  • 40 one-piece sets: RM463.60 less 10% is RM417.24, or about RM10.43 a box
  • 60 one-piece Fire Chicken sets: RM725.40 less 15% is RM616.59, or about RM10.28 a box

Who it suits and who should skip

Worth it if you eat chilli, you can eat on a weekday, or you're feeding four or more on a third Tuesday. Fire Chicken comes in six heat levels, from 0 (Beginner) to 5 (Ultimate). Level 0 means people who don't eat chilli can order it too.

Skip it if you want the promo price on delivery. The terms for the Malaysia Day Special, Super Rich Deals and the Puas Kaw Kaw sets all say dine-in, takeaway or drive-thru only. Also skip it if you're in Sabah, Perlis or Labuan, where the outlet finder lists no Richeese Factory.

Fine print

  • 83 outlets, not 90. The outlet finder lists 83 outlets on 17 September 2026, one fewer in Perak than on 22 August. Its About Us page still says the chain passed 90 outlets by early 2025.
  • Outlets by state: 28 in Selangor, 15 in Johor, 10 in Kuala Lumpur, 7 in Negeri Sembilan, 5 each in Perak and Penang, 3 each in Kedah and Terengganu, 2 each in Melaka and Sarawak, and 1 each in Kelantan, Pahang and Putrajaya.
  • The first outlet has closed. Richeese Factory opened in Malaysia at 1 Utama Shopping Centre in February 2023. Google Maps now marks that outlet permanently closed, and it is no longer in the outlet finder. In Petaling Jaya, the nearest outlets on the finder are The Curve, 3 Damansara and Paradigm Mall PJ.
  • Most promotions are not valid with other offers. The posters for Chicken Day, Combo Berbaloi, Combo Puas and Super Rich Deals all say so.
  • Free Fire Chicken Bites (worth RM11.99) come with any Whole Chicken Combo while stocks last, except at KLIA2 and Shell UITM.
  • Prices include 6% SST, and the menu page publishes no prices. Anything not on a poster has to be read off the in-store board.

Check Richeese Factory Malaysia's promotions page and its Instagram for the next flash deal. The Instagram gets new deals first, and the website still shows promotion cards that have already ended. Use the outlet finder for your nearest branch.
