Where the Shoppers Hub sale is now

Shoppers Hub's homepage countdown now points at 25 September to 11 October 2026, and its campaign artwork names two venues for those dates.

Centrepoint by M, Bandar Utama (Petaling Jaya)

Centrepoint by M is the rebranded Centrepoint Bandar Utama, the older neighbourhood mall a short walk from 1 Utama. Its events page lists the sale as "Shoppers Hub Warehouse Clearance", so the mall and the operator agree on the dates.

Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall (Melaka)

  • Hall: Level 2

  • Hours: 10am to 10pm daily

Both posters list the same eleven labels that toured Summit USJ, Penang and Atria: Zara, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Lacoste, Calvin Klein, Karl Lagerfeld, Hackett London, Fred Perry, BOSS and Ted Baker London, at up to 90% off.

Two halls running on identical dates means two separate pools of stock. A size that is gone in Bandar Utama may still be on a rail in Melaka, and the reverse. Neither hall publishes stock counts.

What has ended

  • Atria Shopping Gallery, Damansara Jaya — 11 to 20 September 2026, at F27, First Floor, Event Hall North Court
  • Island 88, Penang — 28 August to 13 September 2026, at the 2nd Floor Event Space
  • Summit USJ, Subang Jaya — 14 to 23 August 2026, at the Ground Floor Main Concourse

The Bandar Utama hall is about 5km from Atria, so if you missed Damansara Jaya this is the same sale one neighbourhood over.

Vouchers, and the RM300 question

Shoppers Hub's homepage lists two extras for this run:

  • Free vouchers for early birds, stated as limited in quantity
  • A voucher code sent to you after you fill in a form with your name, email and phone number

The homepage does not state the voucher values or a minimum spend, so treat them as a bonus you confirm at the counter, not a figure to plan a basket around. The form also puts you on the operator's mailing list.

The extra 10% over RM300 is not on either poster. Only the Summit USJ artwork in August carried it. Deal listings have kept quoting it for every run since, including Penang and Atria, whose own artwork had dropped it.

"Parallel import": the disclosure most write-ups skip

Shoppers Hub states on its homepage that all goods are parallel import and original. That is to its credit, and it changes how you should shop:

  • The goods are represented as authentic, not replicas
  • They did not come through the brand's Malaysian authorised distributor, so an official Zara or BOSS boutique has no obligation to handle an exchange, warranty claim or alteration on something bought here
  • Stock is typically older or mixed seasons, which is a large part of why discounts reach 90%
  • Any after-sales cover is the seller's own, so ask what it is before paying

None of that makes it a bad buy. It does mean you should treat each piece as final sale and check it carefully in the hall.

Which hall to pick

Bandar Utama suits you if you live or work around PJ, Damansara, TTDI, Kota Damansara or Subang. You can pair it with 1 Utama next door, and weekday evenings are the easiest time to park.

Melaka suits you if you live in Melaka, Negeri Sembilan or north Johor, or you are already in town for a weekend. Dataran Pahlawan sits beside the Bandar Hilir heritage area, so it fits between sightseeing stops. It is not worth a two-hour drive from KL on its own, since Bandar Utama has the same labels on the same dates.

Skip both if you need a particular item in a particular size, you rely on returns, or you expect the whole rack at 90% off. The headline discount is a ceiling, and the deepest cuts go first.

Worked examples

Advertised discounts are ceilings, so here is what the middle of the range looks like:

  • A polo listed at RM399 at 70% off is RM120. Three come to RM360. With no RM300 stack on the posters, plan on paying the full RM360
  • A shirt listed at RM299 at 90% off is RM30. These pieces go first, and what's left is usually the outlying sizes
  • A jacket listed at RM899 at 50% off is RM450

If the counter does honour an extra 10% over RM300, the RM360 polo basket drops to RM324. That RM36 is worth asking about, but not worth adding a fourth polo you don't need.

Fine print

  • Clearance stock is first-come-first-served, and Shoppers Hub doesn't publish per-item or per-size stock counts
  • Early-bird vouchers are limited, and their value is not published
  • Exchange and refund terms are not published. Pop-up clearances like this generally sell as-is, so inspect before paying
  • The operator is Shoppers Hub Sdn Bhd (201501008152 / 1133487-U), a third-party clearance operator leasing the hall. It is not a mall promotion, so mall customer service may not have sale-specific answers
  • Earlier runs banned large bags and backpacks from the hall, so travel light

How to shop it

  • Go on a weekday. There is no public holiday in the window, so Monday to Thursday are the quietest days. The final weekend of 10-11 October will be the most picked-over
  • Arrive at 10am if you want the early-bird vouchers
  • Bring the measurements of something that already fits you. Parallel-import stock spans several seasons, and sizing isn't consistent between them
  • Ask two questions at the counter before a big basket: what the voucher is worth, and what the exchange policy is
