Shangri-La Tanjung Aru in Kota Kinabalu has opened a Questers Family Room with a kids' playhouse and is selling it at up to 20% off for stays until 30 November 2026. The rate starts from MYR 1,644 a night, needs three nights, and covers breakfast for two adults and two kids under six plus the water play area and kids club. Book by 27 November.

Sutera Harbour Resort in Kota Kinabalu has two offers worth pricing this October. The Family Escapade (Malaysians and Bruneians only) put three nights at The Pacific Sutera Hotel for two adults and two kids at RM1,050 with breakfast on its booking engine, against RM3,030 on the flexible rate. On Mantanani island, Pay 2 Stay 4 came to RM1,547 for four people over two nights.

The Pit Stop, Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast's last September-booked offer, closed on 5 October 2026. Its successor, Holiday Encore, is bookable 1 October-31 December for stays 6 November 2026-10 January 2027, with breakfast, a one-year Adventure Waterpark pass per guest (worth RM856 for a MyKad family of four) and RM100 F&B credit per night. It is non-refundable, and stays from 6 October to 5 November get room-only rates only (from RM673 for Unity members).

LEGOLAND Malaysia's Buy 1 Free 1 day tickets were back online on 5 October 2026, for Malaysians and long-term residents. Paired with the hotel's 30%-off rate (book by 31 October), they beat the 'Kids Play Free' rate for a family of four, which was still bookable after its 30 September deadline. Real rates for 13 to 15 November, worked out.
