Seremban is a badminton town without a badminton website. Most of its private halls post their rates on Facebook pages that need a login, or simply tell you the price when you call. That makes it hard to compare before you drive across town, and it is why this list is shorter than our Klang Valley rates guide: we only included places whose current price we could read for ourselves.
We read every rate below on 15 October 2026, on each venue's own channel: the live "Opening hours & Pricing" pop-up on Courtsite for Tunas, Ultimate Sporthaus, X Park and RKS, the live slot dialog on AFA (playsportstogether.com) for Sikamat, and Majlis Bandaraya Seremban's own halls page and eTempahan booking system for the council halls. None of the six had a promotion running on its official channel that day.

How to choose a hall in Seremban
Start with when you play, not the headline price. Across the private halls, the gap between the cheapest and dearest hour is only about RM10. What changes is the time of day. Five of the six switch to their evening rate at 6pm, so an after-work booking at 6.30pm costs the top rate almost everywhere. Sikamat is the odd one out, charging more in the late morning than in the late afternoon.
Check whether SST is included. Ultimate Sporthaus and X Park quote prices before 6% SST, while Tunas, Sikamat and RKS show no SST line. On a RM25 court that adds RM1.50 an hour, enough to flip which hall is cheaper.
Weekends behave differently. Tunas drops to RM19 all day on Saturday and Sunday, cheaper than its weekday daytime rate. Sikamat charges a flat RM20, while Ultimate's weekend daytime rate is slightly higher than its weekday one.
Read the cancellation rules before you pay. Every private hall here refuses refunds. They differ only on rescheduling: Tunas allows one change with a day's notice, X Park and RKS want 48 hours, Sikamat wants 72, and Ultimate allows none at all.
Court count decides how easy it is to get a slot. Ultimate (19), Tunas (18) and Sikamat (17) can usually find you a court on the night. RKS has a single badminton court inside a multi-sport hall, so book early or not at all.
The six options
The cards below give the address, rate bands, court count and booking rules for each. The table further down puts the evening and weekend prices side by side.
Worked example: a weekly doubles night
Four friends booking one court from 8pm to 10pm on a Wednesday pay:
- MBS community hall: 2 × RM15 = RM30, or RM7.50 each
- RKS Senawang: 2 × RM21 = RM42, or RM10.50 each
- Sikamat: 2 × RM23 = RM46, or RM11.50 each
- X Park Sendayan: 2 × RM22 = RM44, plus SST = RM46.64, or about RM11.66 each
- Tunas Oakland: 2 × RM24 = RM48, or RM12 each
- Ultimate Nilai: 2 × RM25 = RM50, plus SST = RM53, or RM13.25 each
Over a year of weekly games the spread between the council hall and the dearest private hall is about RM1,200 for the group. The council halls are cheapest, but they take more effort: you apply online, wait for approval, then pay within five days.
Halls we could not price
Several well-known Seremban halls are operating but publish no rate we could read: DreamBadminton at Dreamtel in Putra Nilai (18 normal and 2 VIP courts, with prices shown only after you enter personal details), Pronet Sport Centre in Oakland, Summer Sport Centre on Jalan Haruan 7, GR Sports Centre in Taman Seremban Jaya, All Star Badminton in Seremban 2, and the Dewan PBMNS hall in Senawang. Call them before you go. Just over the state line, DMS Sports in Beranang, about 15km from Nilai, lists a "promo price" of RM12 an hour on weekday mornings on Courtsite, with no end date shown.
How to pick
- Lowest cost, flexible timing: an MBS community hall at RM15.
- Weekend games: Tunas at RM19 all day, with 18 courts.
- Weekday afternoons (students, shift workers): Sikamat at RM19 from 3pm to 6pm.
- Nilai and the KLIA side: Ultimate Sporthaus, which also runs late into the night from Tuesday to Sunday.
- Sendayan, Rasah Jaya and the south: X Park, the same price every day.
If you are making a day of it, our Seremban food guide has the siew pau and beef noodle stops for after the game.
