We did the family maths and checked the annual pass angle.
LEGOLAND Malaysia Brick-or-Treat: Kids in Costume Enter Free Until 1 Nov
Brick-or-Treat runs at LEGOLAND Malaysia in Iskandar Puteri from 1 October to 1 November 2026. A child aged 3 to 11 in full Halloween costume gets in free with each full-price adult day ticket, but only at the ticket counter and only 200 a day. We priced it against the online 20% off and the RM55 evening ticket.

Haidilao Malaysia stopped selling its RM18.80 and RM22.80 Happy Pass voucher packs on 16 October 2026, though vouchers already bought still work until their 30- or 90-day dates. The current offer is the #MyHaidilaoMoment video challenge: post a 15-second clip shot at any Haidilao Malaysia outlet, show staff and claim an RM30 voucher, with like-count rewards up to RM30,000 cash until 15 December. We cover how it works, the like tiers, the Halloween menu, Super Tuesday and how to pick one discount per bill.
LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia, October 2026: 30% Off vs the Free Kids' Tickets Rate That Still Loads, Priced Night by Night
LEGOLAND Hotel's "Kids Play Free" offer was meant to close for bookings on 30 September 2026, but on 3 October it was still loading in the hotel's own booking engine. It sits beside a 30% room discount that runs to 31 October. We priced both for real October and November dates: the free tickets win only if your children use both park days, and in October the Brick-or-Treat costume deal beats both.
Freeport A'Famosa in October 2026: Glow-O-Ween 3km/5km Night Run or Ride on 31 Oct From RM25 (Moonlite and PONEY Plush Have Ended)
Freeport A'Famosa Outlet's September offers are over: the Peranakan MOONLITE Festival was on 26 September and PONEY's free plush with RM199 ended on 30 September. October's one mall event is the Glow-O-Ween Adventure on Saturday 31 October 2026, a 3km or 5km night run or bike ride from 8pm to 10.30pm, priced from RM25. Here is what is confirmed, what is not, and how to book.
Nights of Fright 12 at Sunway Lagoon, 25 Sept to 7 Nov 2026: RM138 a Ticket, and Four Nights Are Already Gone
Sunway Lagoon's Nights of Fright is back for a 12th year, themed The Apeocalypse, running every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night from 25 September to 7 November 2026. Admission is RM138 all in, and the checkout forces a second line at RM0.00: one 50g bag of Sunway Theme Parks Kedai Runcit potato crisps per ticket, redeemed not in the park but at Sunway Pyramid. The Xpress Pass costs RM98 on top, a 71 percent uplift, and buys 30 minutes of early entry plus express lanes. We went back through the checkout on 10 September 2026 and four of the twenty nights can no longer be bought at all: opening night on Friday 25 September, then Friday 2 October, Sunday 1 November and Friday 6 November. Sunway's own colour-coded calendar still shows three of those four as freely available, because it is a JPEG that has not been re-uploaded since 24 August. What it teaches about which nights go first is backwards: every Saturday it flagged as selling fast is still on sale, while three of the seven Fridays have gone. The Xpress Pass runs out ahead of the ticket, and is already unavailable for Saturday 3 October even though admission that night is not. Separately, the park's roller coaster is still shut, and not for an upgrade: it stopped abruptly on 22 August, ten of the twenty-two riders were injured, and Selangor's police chief said on 7 September that the investigation will take three to four months.
MR.DIY October 2026: Jom Beli Barangan Malaysia Extended to 31 October at September Prices, Plus Deepavali, Halloween and the Last Borneo PWP
MR.DIY quietly extended its Jom Beli Barangan Malaysia flyer from 30 September to 31 October 2026, and we re-read all ten catalogue pages: every price is unchanged, so the RM7.90 Rattan Stool and the Peninsular-only Farm Fresh buy 1 free 1 are still on, and Sabah and Sarawak still pay more on all 33 shared lines. The Gemilang Toy Fiesta and the West Malaysia Cold Cup PWP ended on 30 September; Borneo keeps the RM15.90 Cold Cup to 14 October. New for October: Deepavali decor from RM1.60, a house-brand appliance range and Halloween.
LEGOLAND Malaysia MERDEKA Fest 2026 Has Ended — Brick or Treat Prices for October: RM103 Tuesdays, RM75 Evenings and the Free-Costume Catch
MERDEKA Fest at LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort ended on 20 September 2026, and the Buy 1 Free 1 on day tickets that this page used to recommend has been withdrawn. What replaces both is Brick or Treat, 1 October to 1 November, and its pricing has four routes that differ by more than RM300 for a family of four. We read LEGOLAND's own ticket store date by date on 22 September: Malaysian Theme Park tickets are RM103 adult and RM88 child on every Tuesday in October against RM164 and RM140 on other days, evening tickets are RM75 and RM55, and the free-entry deal for children in costume only works with a RM205 adult ticket bought at the counter.
