Kota Kinabalu Hotel Mooncakes 2026 Have Ended: Shangri-La and Hyatt Prices to Remember, and Their Late-October and November Deals
Mooncake season is over at both Kota Kinabalu hotels. On 24 October 2026 Shangri-La Tanjung Aru's mooncake shop lists nothing and Hyatt Regency Kinabalu's Mid-Autumn category is empty. Here is the 2026 price record to plan 2027 with (Signature box RM198, RM155 a box at 60; Golden Bloom RM268, singles RM45 to RM55), plus what the two hotels sell now: Shangri-La dining credit at up to 25% off until 31 December and a Buy 4 Get 1 Free spa pack to 25 November, and Hyatt's new dated buffet vouchers (weekday breakfast RM65, Halloween, Deepavali and Thanksgiving dinners RM130 instead of RM168).

Haidilao's Mid-Autumn durian mooncake deal, a six-piece Duria Black Thorn tin for RM198 with a four-piece Musang King box free, ended with the festival on 25 September 2026. Duria's own shop listed every 2026 mooncake as out of stock on 28 September. Mid-Autumn 2026 ended on Friday 25 September, and the hotel seasons closed with it. Re-checked 27 September: Tai Thong's online store is selling its new flavours at half price (RM12.40 a piece), Purple Cane still has nine tea mooncakes in stock from RM16, and Mandarin Oriental's mooncake shop is empty. Mid-Autumn 2027 is Wednesday 15 September — the hotel early-birds will close in late July.
