Yes — until Sunday 21 September 2026. Johor Premium Outlets lists the adidas Outlet Store Special Sale on both its centre-wide deals page and the store's own directory page, described in the mall's own words as "Enjoy 50% savings with purchase of 2 selected items", with terms and conditions applying. The dates shown are valid 11 Sep – 21 Sep.

That is the full extent of what the operator publishes. There is no stated minimum spend, no published per-customer cap and no list of which styles qualify — which is exactly why the next section matters.

How the "50% off 2 items" mechanic works

  • Buy two selected items together in one transaction — across footwear, sportswear and accessories — and the 50% applies
  • One selected item on its own does not unlock it, and pairing a selected item with a full-price item does not either. The pair itself has to qualify
  • adidas does not publish which specific styles, sizes or colourways count as "selected", and the eligible range shifts between editions. The shelf tag on the shop floor is the only reliable guide
  • Nothing in the mall's listing says whether the discount stacks with a members' offer or a card promotion. If you are counting on one, ask at the till before you queue

The percentage is not fixed — check it each time

This is the part most write-ups get wrong. The "two selected items" structure is stable; the number attached to it is not. Johor Premium Outlets' own post for the September 2025 edition of this same sale advertised an *additional 40% savings with purchase of 2 selected items*, plus a complimentary item on an RM319 spend. The edition live this week is a flat 50% with no gift attached.

So treat "50% off two items" as the house format rather than a fixed promise, and read the current card on the mall's deals page before you drive out to Kulai.

The same deal is on at Genting Highlands

adidas Outlet Store at Genting Highlands Premium Outlets is running the identical offer — 50% savings with purchase of 2 selected items, valid 10 to 21 September 2026 — starting a day earlier and finishing on the same Sunday. That store is Suite 624; from the B1 to B8 car park, take the lift at the far west section up to Middle Street.

The two centres share a landlord, and their brands frequently run matching cards on near-matching dates. If Genting is the shorter drive for you, there is usually no penalty for going there instead.

How often it comes round

This is an established house format, not a one-off. Through 2026 the adidas Outlet Store at JPO has run the same "two selected items" sale in April (twice), June, July (three times — 3–5, 10–12 and 17–26 July), 31 July to 3 August, and again this month — roughly one edition a month, sometimes more.

Practically: if you have just missed one, the wait is usually weeks rather than months. It is rarely worth paying full price at an adidas outlet store out of fear of missing the window.

Planning the trip

  • JPO is in Indahpura, Kulai — roughly 45 minutes' drive from Johor Bahru city centre
  • Because the discount needs two qualifying items, it pays to shop with a friend, or to pick up two smaller accessories (socks, caps) alongside a shoe if you are not buying a pair of sneakers
  • Go on a weekday if you can. A sale that runs across two weekends gets its selected racks picked over fastest on the Saturdays
