What happened to the Mission Card
Ai-CHA's Borneo 200 Mission Card first ran from 1 July to 31 August 2026. On 23 July Ai-CHA Malaysia posted a revised poster reading "Mission Card — Extend 1 July – 30 Sep 2026", and that post is still one of three pinned to the top of its official Instagram. We re-checked on 4 October 2026. Nothing posted since late September mentions the Mission Card, a second extension or a new end date. The brand's posts from 26 September to 3 October are about matcha, coffee, the Ai-Crackle extension and the October calendars. So 30 September 2026 was the last day to collect stamps.
Where the three legs of Borneo 200 stand:
- Borneo 200 Mission Card (200,000 free drinks, pool valued at RM1mil+): 1 July to 30 September 2026. Closed.
- Borneo Creative Photo Contest (RM25,000+ cash): 15 June to 31 August 2026, extended from 31 July. Closed.
- Social Media Viral Challenge (RM17,000+ cash): shortlisted from the photo entries. Closed.
If you completed a card: the reward was a chance draw from the 200,000-drink pool, not a guaranteed drink. Ai-CHA has not posted results or a redemption notice on Instagram as of 4 October. Keep your stamped card until it does. Check the brand's Facebook and Instagram, since there is no campaign page on aichamy.com.
If your card is part-filled: it is no longer valid for the campaign. Don't buy drinks to finish it.
Live in East Malaysia this October: Ai-Crackle Fruit Jam Series, RM5
The strongest Borneo offer right now is the Ai-Crackle Fruit Jam Series. Ai-CHA posted on 30 September 2026 that it is "extended until 10 November 2026 for Deepavali". The poster is stamped "East Malaysia ONLY", so it applies to the Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan outlets and not to West Malaysia.

Worked example. Four friends trying one of each flavour pay 4 × RM5 = RM20. One drink a week from now to 10 November is about five visits, or RM25. Unlike the Mission Card, you get exactly what you pay for, with no stamps, no social-follow condition and no draw.
Who it suits: anyone in Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan who wants a cheap blended fruit drink before Deepavali. Who should skip: West Malaysia readers. The poster excludes you, so don't go in asking for it in KL or Johor.
The October Ai-Scream calendar (East vs West)
Ai-CHA publishes its soft-serve flavour-of-the-day calendar in two regional versions. The October posters differ again.
East Malaysia, 1–31 October 2026 (posted 30 September):
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday: Lemon Series
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Seasalt Series
What changed from September: Saturday is now Seasalt. In September the East calendar left Saturday as an outlet's-choice "ice cream of the day".
West Malaysia, 1 October – 31 December 2026 (posted 1 October, "West Malaysia Outlets Only"):
- Monday, Thursday, Sunday: Yogurt Pro Series (new)
- Tuesday, Friday: Seasalt
- Wednesday, Saturday: Lemon
Ai-CHA's caption prices the new Yogurt Pro Ice Cream "from RM1.99" and also names a Sund-Ai Mango and Ai-Shakes. That is a West Malaysia launch. Yogurt is on no day of the East Malaysia calendar, the same as in September. The West calendar runs a full quarter to 31 December. The East one is a single month, so expect a new East poster around 1 November.
How to pick at the counter
- In Borneo: the RM5 Ai-Crackle frappe is the price-certain choice until 10 November. For soft-serve, Lemon on Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun and Seasalt on Tue/Thu/Sat.
- Don't rely on September's Berry Besties RM5 blueberry prices. That poster had no end date, and Ai-CHA has not re-posted it in October. Ask in-store before assuming it's still on.
- Ai-CHA publishes no full price list on aichamy.com, so the RM figures above come only from its own posters and captions.
Halal status: Sabah now leads the country
This was last read off JAKIM's directory on 10 September 2026 and has not been re-read for October — treat the counts as a September snapshot and check your own outlet before you go.
Read directly off JAKIM's e-Halal directory (halal.gov.my, category "Premis Makanan", keyword AICHA) on 10 September 2026: 60 Ai-CHA premises are listed, all under AICHA FOOD MY SDN BHD. By state:
- Sabah — 21 (the most of any state in Malaysia)
- Selangor — 17
- Johor — 10
- Negeri Sembilan — 8
- W.P. Kuala Lumpur — 3
- Melaka — 1
- Sarawak — 0, and W.P. Labuan — 0
One of the 60, Ai-CHA Terminal Bersepadu Gombak in Selangor, is flagged "Sijil Telah Ditarik Balik" — certificate withdrawn — so 59 are active. The Sabah certificates run to 15 August 2028 or 31 August 2028.
That reverses the picture third-party halal compilations were still publishing in August. One widely-cited compilation of the same JAKIM data, last updated 3 August 2026, records certified Ai-CHA outlets in only three states — Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Kuala Lumpur — and states that the Sabah and Sarawak outlets run under a separate company with no JAKIM certification at all. As of this run that is out of date: Sabah's outlets now appear under the same peninsular entity, and Sabah has more certified Ai-CHA premises than Selangor does.
Two caveats worth stating plainly. Sarawak and Labuan still have none — a Muslim customer in Kuching, Miri, Bintulu or Labuan who needs premise-level certification will not find an Ai-CHA outlet that has it. And certification is per-outlet and franchisee-driven, so the outlet next door to a certified one may not be certified. Check the specific branch on the e-Halal portal before you go.
Every Ai-CHA outlet in Malaysian Borneo — and the ones the locator hides
Ai-CHA Malaysia's official store locator, re-read on 4 October 2026, still lists 33 outlets in Malaysian Borneo — 24 in Sabah, 8 in Sarawak, 1 in Labuan. That is unchanged since August, and the nationwide total is unchanged at 288.
Sabah (24 on the locator). Kota Kinabalu: 1 Borneo Hypermall, Centre Point Sabah, Karamunsing Komplex, KK Plaza, City Mall, Metro Town, EG Mall, Aeropod Commercial Square, Inanam Mall, Market 88 Kepayan, Megalong Mall (Donggongon), Sepanggar/Sulaman Sentral, University Utama Square (Telipok), Pekan Tuaran. Penampang: ITCC Shopping Mall, Royal Plaza Putatan. Sandakan: Harbour Mall, Bandar Kim Fung, Bandar Utama, Sejati Walk. Elsewhere: Plaza Keningau, Papar Pusat Komersial Baru, Semporna, Kota Marudu.

But treat 33 as a floor, not a total. Cross-checking the locator against JAKIM's 21 certified Sabah premises (10 September read), only five appear on the locator — Aeropod, Inanam Mall, Metro Town, Papar Komersial Baru and Plaza Keningau. The other 16 are trading outlets with live halal certificates that Ai-CHA's own store finder does not list:
- Lahad Datu: Bandar Sri Indah, D'Perdana Square
- Tawau: Kubota Square, Megah Jaya, Utara Business Hub
- Sandakan: Jalan Labuk Batu 32
- Ranau: Gmart Ranau, Pekan Ranau
- Penampang: Plaza Kivatu, Telipok Ria
- Papar: Parklane Benoni City
- Also Kota Belud, Kunak (Maganting Plaza), Membakut, Tamparuli Point and Kuala Penyu (Petronas station)
Whole districts — Tawau, Lahad Datu, Kunak, Ranau, Kota Belud, Tamparuli, Membakut, Kuala Penyu — have Ai-CHA outlets that the store locator does not show at all. If the locator says there is nothing near you in Sabah, that is not evidence there isn't. Ask locally, or search the e-Halal portal for your town.

Re-checked on 4 October 2026. The Mission Card end date comes from Ai-CHA Malaysia's pinned 23 July 2026 Instagram poster ("Extend 1 July – 30 Sep 2026"). We found no later extension in its posts from 26 September to 3 October 2026, or in a web search the same day. The Ai-Crackle extension, its flavours and the RM5 price were read off Ai-CHA's 30 September 2026 post and poster ("East Malaysia ONLY", "Extended until 10 Nov 2026").
