> Quick view: AirBorneo, Sarawak's own carrier, has launched its first international route — daily direct flights between Kuching and Singapore. Launch "Sarawakku Sayang Fare" one-way tickets start from RM399 Economy / RM871 Business, all-in with taxes, checked baggage and seat selection, for travel through 21 March 2027.
The offer
- New route: Kuching International Airport (Sarawak) to Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4 — AirBorneo's first international route since it took over from MASWings
- Daily flights, running since 22 July 2026: flight MY363 departs Kuching 6:50pm, arrives Singapore 8:25pm; return flight MY364 departs Singapore 9:15pm, arrives Kuching 10:50pm
- Launch promo, the "Sarawakku Sayang Fare": all-in one-way fares from RM399 Economy Class and RM871 Business Class, inclusive of airport taxes, fuel surcharge, checked baggage and seat selection
- Bookings opened 13 July 2026 via AirBorneo's official website and mobile app
- The promo fare applies to travel booked for the period 22 July 2026 to 21 March 2027
Fine print
- "From RM399" is the lowest fare bucket, not a flat price — like most airline launch fares, only a limited number of seats are sold at that price per flight, and it rises as those seats fill or as travel dates get closer.
- AirBorneo has not published refund, rebooking or change-fee terms specific to this promo fare, nor any blackout dates (e.g. school holidays, festive periods) — check the fare rules shown at checkout before booking.
- This is AirBorneo's first international route; the airline (Sarawak's state-backed regional carrier, successor to MASWings) has otherwise focused on domestic Sarawak routes and a similarly-priced new Kuching-KL route launched earlier in July.
Tips
- Book directly through airborneo.com or the AirBorneo app — third-party travel sites may not yet list this new route or its launch fare.
- Since it's one flight a day each way, the evening timing (Kuching departs 6:50pm, Singapore departs 9:15pm) suits travellers who want a full day at either end before flying.
- Compare against AirAsia and Scoot's existing Kuching-Singapore options if your travel dates fall outside AirBorneo's promo window, since fares outside the launch period aren't guaranteed to stay at RM399.
