> Quick view: LAC Malaysia's 9.9 code 990 ended on 9 September 2026 and the online tumbler gift ended on 13 September. The live campaign is a storewide Buy 3 @ 33% off, which LAC says is valid until 30 September. We checked the fine print: the 33% comes off the usual price. Below is what that costs on real LAC products, and the three cases where a different September offer is cheaper.

The 9.9 is over. Here is what replaced it

LAC Malaysia runs a new mechanic almost every month. This year's run so far:

  • Lucky 7.7, second item at RM7, 1 to 7 July 2026
  • 8.8 Sale, second item at RM8.80, codes 880 and AUG26, 3 to 9 August 2026
  • 9.9 Deals, second item at RM9.90 with code 990, ended 9 September 2026
  • 9.9 Exclusive Gift, free LAC tumbler worth RM49.90 with RM450 spend online, ended 13 September 2026
  • September storewide Buy 3 @ 33% off, live now, valid until 30 September 2026

On 15 September the code 990 wording had gone from every product card we read. LAC's September Highlights post now says: "enjoy storewide Buy 3 @ 33% OFF! Valid until 30 September." The homepage banner adds "Members only, Mixed allowed, Refer in-store for details, Conditions apply."

33% off what? We found the answer

Last week this article could not settle one question: does "33% off for 3" come off the usual price or the LAC Club member price? The answer changes the maths completely.

LAC's product pages now answer it. Hover the VIP "33% off for 3" callout on any eligible product and the tooltip lists four lines: "Usual Price", "Add 3 items to cart", the exclusion list, and "Mix Allowed". The 33% is taken off the usual price.

The exclusion list is the same one that shut sports nutrition out of the 990 code: "Sport Item, Foodstuffs, RTDs, Bars, Local distrubutors, Nett Price Item, and LAC Minis." Protein, creatine and energy gels do not count, and neither do short-dated nett-price items.

On LAC's Monthly Promotions page, 198 of the 223 products listed carried the 33% tier on 15 September. 21 of the 223 showed out of stock online.

What three units actually cost

Take LAC T.A.C 1000 Plus Timed-Release, 180 caplets, usual price RM428.90. The product page carries three member prices:

  • Member, buy 1, save 20%: RM343.12
  • Member, buy 2 or more, save 25%: RM321.68 each, so RM965.04 for three
  • Buy 3 @ 33% off usual: RM287.36 each, so RM862.09 for three

The 33% tier is RM102.95 cheaper than the member volume price on three units. It beats 25% on any three items, because 67% of usual is always less than 75%.

Buying a third unit you do not need is a different question. Two units at the member price cost RM643.36. Three at 33% cost RM862.09. That third tub adds RM218.73, about half its usual price. It is only a good deal if you will finish it before it expires.

The RM799 towel

The banner's second offer is a free LAC Bath Towel in olive green with RM799 minimum spend, "Limited to 1 unit per member, While stocks last." Three T.A.C 1000 Plus at RM862.09 clears it. Most three-item baskets will not: three Extra Strength Fish Body Oil 90s come to RM409.84 at 33%. Do not add a fourth supplement just to reach RM799 for a towel.

When the heart pool at 40% is cheaper

LAC is running a World Heart Day deal on five products: Any 3 @ 40% off, "Unlimited, Mixed allowed, Members only". The product tooltip again says "Usual Price". The five:

  • LAC Activated Cholesterex, 90 capsules: RM271.90 usual
  • LAC CoQ-10 200mg Plus E, 60 softgels: RM429.90
  • LAC Primax Omega Fish Oil + CoQ-10, 60 softgels: RM274.90
  • LAC Extra Strength Fish Body Oil 1000mg, 90 softgels: RM203.90
  • LAC Activated Black Garlic, 30 sticks: RM175.90, out of stock online on 15 September

One each of the first three is RM976.70 usual. At 40% that is RM586.02. At the storewide 33% it would be RM654.39, and at the member volume price RM732.53. The 40% pool saves RM68.37 over the storewide tier. Three fish oil 90s cost RM367.02 at 40% against RM409.84 at 33%.

LAC does not say whether a heart product can count towards a storewide three as well, so if you mix the two, check the total in a logged-in cart before paying.

Six September codes that beat 33% per box

Some products carry their own code on top of the 33% tier. Every code ends in 09, for September:

  • SC09: LAC Stem C, 30 sticks, RM1,379.90, Buy 1 Free 1
  • NMN09: LAC NMN 450mg, 30 sticks, RM1,722.90, Buy 2 Free 2
  • NMNC09: LAC NMN Complex, 30 softgels, RM1,319.90, Buy 1 Free 1
  • RJ09: LAC Taut Premium Collagen Rejuvenate 13,000mg, 8 bottles, RM319.90, Buy 1 Free 1
  • RJP09: LAC Taut Rejuvenate+, 8 bottles, RM346.90, Buy 1 Free 1
  • FPB09: LAC Masquelier's French Pine Bark Extract, 40% off

A free-item code works out to 50% of usual per box, against 67% on the storewide tier. On Stem C that is RM689.95 per box against RM924.53. The banner limits these to "2 set each per member" and "Same items only", so you cannot mix Stem C with NMN to make a pair.

French Pine Bark at 40% off works out to RM197.94 for 50 tablets (RM329.90 usual), RM653.94 for 175 and RM1,049.94 for 300. The 300s also comes with a free 25-tablet box, limited to one per member and to one size per member.

The rest of September

  • Anti-Ageing and Skin Health 50% off, Sleep Health 30% off, Men's Vitality 35% off (Horny Goat Weed Plus 60s, RM231.90 usual), Sport Essentials up to 40% off
  • Optimum Nutrition Creatine+ 360g, marked new, 40% off RM249.00. It is a sport item, so it stays outside the 33% tier
  • Manuka Honey from RM98, and GU Energy Gel and GU Roctane bundles at 30% off
  • Atome: RM20 off with RM400 minimum spend, RM40 off with RM800. The banner headline says "up to RM50 off", but no printed tier reaches RM50
  • Short-dated stock: LAC Taut S.Shield 60s (expiry 1 January 2027) is still at "Crazy Offer @ RM189 Nett" against RM489.90 usual. Nett items are excluded from the 33%

LAC's /en/promotions.html is still titled "12.12 Sale" over the live September content. Ignore the heading and read the product cards.

How to use it

  1. Log in to LAC Club, or join. The homepage prices it as a "2-year Membership (Worth RM30)". A logged-out cart shows no discount at all, and LAC's help pages say so.
  2. Check whether your product has its own 09 code or sits in the heart pool. If it does, that route is cheaper than 33%.
  3. Otherwise put three eligible items in the cart. They can be different products.
  4. If you are near RM799, decide whether the towel is worth it before adding anything.
  5. Buy by 30 September. In-store works too, and the banner says to "Refer in-store for details".

Who should skip it

Skip the storewide tier if you only need one or two of something. A single item is cheapest at the 20% member price, and two at the 25% volume price. Skip it for protein and creatine, which are excluded. And do not stock up on three of anything short-dated.

Go for it if you take two or three different LAC supplements every day. Mixing is allowed, so a multivitamin, a fish oil and a vitamin C together get the full 33%.
