> Quick view: Sunway Carnival Mall has no mall-wide spend redemption in October 2026. The Mid-Autumn campaign (RM500 for a RM10 voucher) closed on 23 September, and every September tenant offer is gone from the mall's site. What is live on 7 October: the Sunway Super App Super Rewards Fiesta (2 October - 15 November), Mattel Unbox Imagination in the Main Atrium (1-18 October), and three dated tenant deals - Sports Direct, Skechers and Swarovski.
What ended, and how we know
Sunway Carnival Mall lists each campaign on its own dated page and removes the page when the campaign ends. Read again on 7 October 2026, the promotions listing carries just three entries and the events listing five. None of the September items is left.
Gone since our last update:
- Moonlit Togetherness - RM500 (RM400 for UOB cardmembers) for a Tang Tea RM10 voucher, RM950 for a ceramic holder. Ended 23 September
- The 18-brand Mid-Autumn Festive Fair and the free weekend workshops at the South Atrium
- Lenovo Tech Fest (BestBuy IT Mall), Hooga 30% + 50%, Paris Baguette RM25 sets, the BONIA bag trade-in, BananaBro, Parkson batik and MEGAN's RM1,500 Areca Tote
The Merdeka slate (RM169 redemption, Lacoste Buy 1 Get 1 Free) and the original Weekend Buy 1 Free 1 Feast ended in August and have not come back.
Super Rewards Fiesta: the app is the campaign now
The mall's main October campaign is Sunway Super App Members' Day - Super Rewards Fiesta 2026, running 2 October to 15 November. It only works through the Sunway Super App, the app that replaced the old Sunway Malls app.
Sunway Carnival Mall's own listing promises, at participating merchants:
- e-Deals from RM5, paid with 500 Sunway Points
- Up to 20X Sunway Points
- Up to 15% off through Pocket Deals
- Up to RM100 cash rebate
- Gifts with purchase
- Monday Exclusive - Spin & Win and Friday Exclusive - RM1 Deals
To earn points, open the app and show it to the cashier.
Read the numbers as ceilings, not promises. Each line says "up to" or "as low as", and the mall does not say which merchants take part. Sunway Pyramid runs the same campaign with different headline figures (RM1 e-Deals, 10X points, 30% Pocket Deals). Its terms say rewards may vary across malls and across participating merchants, and refer you to each outlet for the deal terms. Those Pyramid terms also cap the 2X points bonus at 500 Sunway Points per member per campaign.
What 500 points is worth: the RM5 e-Deal costs 500 points, so Sunway Points are worth about 1 sen each when spent this way. A RM100 receipt at a 20X merchant earns far more than a 1X one, but you only find out a merchant's multiplier in the app.
Mattel Unbox Imagination, Main Atrium (1-18 October)
The Main Atrium has a toy-brand activation built around six zones:

- Hot Wheels Monster Trucks "The Smash Out Studio"
- Matchbox "The Movie" Photo Pit Stop
- Hot Wheels Race Track
What the mall does not tell you: there is no entry fee, minimum spend or session time on the event page. The poster only says to approach the on-ground crew to find out how to take part. If you are driving in for this with children, assume some zones may need a purchase or a registration. Weekends - 10-11 and 17-18 October - will be the busiest.
The three tenant deals, with the maths
Sports Direct, 1F-36: extra 10% off at RM250 (to 18 October)
Members' Special, 25 September to 18 October 2026. Members get an extra 10% off on a minimum spend of RM250, across adidas, ASICS, PUMA, Under Armour, Nike, Karrimor, Slazenger, USA Pro, Everlast, Lonsdale and more.
- Excluded: red-label items, "2 for" offers, new-launch jerseys, EVO SL, Yeezy and shuttlecocks
- Worked example: a RM260 basket saves RM26, so you pay RM234. A RM240 basket saves nothing - add a RM10 pair of socks to reach RM250 and you pay RM225, RM15 less than before, with the socks thrown in
- Members only, while stocks last
Skechers, 1F-28: 2nd item up to 40% off (1-13 October)
October Savings, 1 to 13 October 2026. Buy two selected regular-priced items in a single receipt and get up to 40% off the cheaper one.
- Excluded: the Back to School collection and Cali Bits
- Worked example: shoes at RM329 and RM259 - the most you save is RM103.60 off the RM259 pair, so you pay RM484.40 for both. That is 17.6% off the pair, not 40%
- Because the discount hits the cheaper item, pair two items at similar prices to get the most from it
Swarovski, GF-03: a gift at RM995 (1-15 October)
October Styling Month, 1 to 15 October 2026. Choose two or more pieces totalling RM995 or more and receive a gift from a defined product selection, while stocks last. The poster does not name the gift or its value, so ask in store before you build a basket around it.
Last call: the free Applecrumby diaper ends 15 October
Sunway Malls' Applecrumby free diaper programme runs to 15 October 2026. At Sunway Carnival Mall you claim it through the Sunway Super App, one per member per month, while stocks last. If you have not claimed October's, this is the final window.
Autism-friendly shopping on Tuesdays
Sunway Carnival Mall runs an Autism Friendly Shopping Day every Tuesday, 10am-5pm, except public holidays. Registered AUTSOME members can use the Calm Room on 2F (near YGF Malatang), and there is a sensory wall on 2F (near Mr Toy). Members show the AUTSOME wristband to use them; registration is through the mall's AUTSOME page.

Who this suits, and who should skip it
Go if you already have the Sunway Super App, or you are shopping for sports gear or Skechers this fortnight anyway - the Sports Direct and Skechers deals are real money off on things people buy regardless. Go too for Mattel Unbox Imagination if you have children who like Hot Wheels or Barbie, but ask the crew about the entry terms first.
Skip it if you were hoping for a mall-wide redemption like Merdeka's RM169 or Mid-Autumn's RM500 - there is none in October. If you will not install the Super App, the Fiesta gives you nothing.
