Johor Premium Outlets Sale October 2026: After the 15th Anniversary, Aigner Goes 50% Storewide and 22 Brand Offers Are Live
Johor Premium Outlets' 15th Anniversary Sale ended on 13 September 2026, and Premium Outlets x Genting Rewards has now left JPO's events feed too. Re-reading JPO's live deals listing, its October Weekend Specials page and all 151 store records on 3 October 2026, we count 22 brand offers this month. Aigner switched to 50% storewide plus up to 15% more on four items, and Hackett London's extra 25% now needs four items instead of five, both to 22 October. Sunglass Hut and G-Shock Casio are back with cards. Kate Spade, Bonia and adidas end on 4 and 5 October. Nike Unite and Braun Büffel have no October card.
Nights of Fright 12 at Sunway Lagoon, 25 Sept to 7 Nov 2026: RM138 a Ticket, and Four Nights Are Already Gone
Sunway Lagoon's Nights of Fright is back for a 12th year, themed The Apeocalypse, running every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night from 25 September to 7 November 2026. Admission is RM138 all in, and the checkout forces a second line at RM0.00: one 50g bag of Sunway Theme Parks Kedai Runcit potato crisps per ticket, redeemed not in the park but at Sunway Pyramid. The Xpress Pass costs RM98 on top, a 71 percent uplift, and buys 30 minutes of early entry plus express lanes. We went back through the checkout on 10 September 2026 and four of the twenty nights can no longer be bought at all: opening night on Friday 25 September, then Friday 2 October, Sunday 1 November and Friday 6 November. Sunway's own colour-coded calendar still shows three of those four as freely available, because it is a JPEG that has not been re-uploaded since 24 August. What it teaches about which nights go first is backwards: every Saturday it flagged as selling fast is still on sale, while three of the seven Fridays have gone. The Xpress Pass runs out ahead of the ticket, and is already unavailable for Saturday 3 October even though admission that night is not. Separately, the park's roller coaster is still shut, and not for an upgrade: it stopped abruptly on 22 August, ten of the twenty-two riders were injured, and Selangor's police chief said on 7 September that the investigation will take three to four months.
Everrise 33rd Anniversary RM100,000 Contest, 4 September to 31 December 2026: RM100 in One Receipt Enters You
Everrise's 33rd Anniversary flyers of 3 and 4 September carried a gold star reading "THE MORE YOU SPEND, THE MORE YOU WIN WORTH RM100,000" with no mechanic printed anywhere, and this article first read it as a supplier campaign. Everrise has since printed the rules on its 5 and 6 September sheets, and the contest is its own: 4 September to 31 December 2026, at all outlets, members who spend RM100 in a single receipt storewide, for a grand prize of RM10,000 cash, a first prize of RM5,000 cash and two Disney Cruise special prizes. QL Eggs' Beli & Menang Telur Emas, 1 August to 30 September 2026 on a minimum RM15 of QL products, is a separate contest on the same paper. The three-day members' price list ran 4 to 6 September at 19 of Everrise's 21 stores, and the four regional sheets do not agree with each other: PediaSure 1650g is RM204.99 in Kuching and RM194.99 in Miri and Bintulu. A separate one-day Members' Best Value sheet then ran on 6 September at 8 of the 14 Kuching stores and beat the anniversary sheet in the same shop on several lines.
McDonald's Malaysia Day 2026: 5 Ayam Goreng Mekdi for RM20 on 16 September, After the Mekdi Moment Voucher Ended
McDonald's Malaysia's Share Your Most Valuable Moment campaign, the one that turned a sentence written on your receipt into a Chicken Burger McValue Meal (S) Buy 1 Get 1 Free voucher worth RM8.95, closed on 14 September 2026, and McDonald's has not extended it. What replaced it is a one-day Malaysia Day offer. On Wednesday 16 September 2026 only, from 10am to 11:59pm, any Set Nilai Hebat (M) or (L) lets you add a 5-piece Ayam Goreng Mekdi Share Box for RM20, against a struck-through RM32 on McDonald's own poster. That is RM4 a piece instead of RM6.40, and the fine print allows two boxes per set, so the most one set can save is RM24. It works for dine-in, Drive-Thru, Drive-In, McDelivery and the other delivery apps, but not at airport, Genting or Labuan restaurants. One more freebie ends tonight: shout "Roar.. Saya Lapar-zilla!" at a McDonald's Drive-Thru on 15 September and the first 50 customers of the day get a free Taro Pie, motorcycles included. The Mystery Toy Happy Meal runs to 23 September, and anyone who kept the Piknik Famili picnic voucher can still use it until 30 September. Bataras Promotion Now: Sipitang Hypermarket Grand Opening Deals to 7 Oct 2026 — and Why the Expired Merdeka Catalogue Is Still Online
Update 24 September 2026: the only live Bataras prices right now are at the new Bataras Hypermarket Sipitang, which opened today with daily RM1, 50 sen, 20 sen and 10 sen doorbusters to 27 September and a Harga Gempak list valid to 7 October, all printed "Sipitang only". Bataras' Merdeka Bersama, Jimat Bersama catalogue ran from 28 August to 8 September 2026 across 58 named outlets in Sabah and Labuan. It has now expired — and when we re-checked on 9 September, the day after, nothing had replaced it and nothing had been taken down. bataras.com still serves all eight flyer pages, the site's media library has accepted no upload since 28 August at 2.29pm, and every dated card on the official Facebook page still reads "Sah Sehingga 08/09/2026". The prices are still on screen and none of them is valid. Two things came out of that re-check that were not in the catalogue at all: a Facebook-only price list carrying Econsave house-brand stock on Sabah shelves, which is the plainest evidence yet of the May 2025 takeover, and KAMI PATUH, Bataras' standing written promise to honour the lower price when the shelf label and the till disagree.
emart24 Daebak Deals: September PWP Has Ended, October's Seo-ul Daebak Runs 1–31 Oct 2026 (Every Card Priced)
emart24 Malaysia's September PWP Daebak Deals (ten items, RM5 minimum spend, 1–30 September 2026) have ended. Its October campaign, Seo-ul Daebak, runs 1 to 31 October 2026 and works differently: no RM5 gate, but multi-buy bundles (Lotte Milkis 4 for RM10, Pepero 2 for RM10, Coca-Cola/Sprite/A&W 500ml 2 for RM5.90) and two conditional RM1-to-RM2.99 add-ons. We read all nine October cards off emart24's own Facebook page on 1 October and did the arithmetic: the best rate is Milkis at 34.2%, and four of the eight cards we could price save less than 15%. The September list is kept below as a record.
Resorts World Kijal's RM740 Turtle Weekend: The Package Price Never Moves, the Room Rate Does — Every Remaining Friday Priced
Resorts World Kijal in Kemaman, Terengganu is selling a package called Be A Seaturtle Superhero: three days and two nights in a Premier Seaview room, daily buffet breakfast for two, and a one-time release of two baby turtles on the Saturday morning. It is RM740 nett for SkyCard or Genting Rewards members and RM800 for everyone else, and it runs Friday to Saturday until 31 October 2026. The package price is fixed at RM400 a night. The plain room-only rate for the same Premier Seaview is not. Only three Fridays are left: 16, 23 and 30 October. We re-priced all three on Genting's own booking engine on 14 October 2026, and on every one the package is the dearer buy: the bare room is RM305 a night for the 16 October weekend and RM336 for 23 and 30 October (the Saturday night alone is RM367), which puts the package RM190 or RM128 ahead over two nights. Here is the arithmetic, what the turtle release actually involves, and the two Kijal alternatives worth pricing against it.
