Lexis Hotel Group has put up its 11.11 campaign on the offer pages of both Port Dickson resorts: Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson 11.11 Deals and Grand Lexis Port Dickson 11.11 Deals. The group's brochure points readers to book at lexis.my. On 6 November we read both pages and their terms, then priced the same dates on each resort's booking engine, where the "Lexis 11.11 Deals" rate was already listed next to the regular plans.
How the deal works
- Go to the resort's own site (not an OTA) and pick dates between 12 November 2026 and 31 March 2027. Bookings must be made at least three days before arrival.
- Enter promo code LEXIS1111, or open the offer page's Book Now link, which loads the 11.11 rate directly.
- Choose a room. The deal applies to selected room types only. At Grand Lexis we saw it on the Garden Pool Villas, Deluxe Suite, Executive and Premium Pool Villas, but not on the entry Deluxe Pool Villa.
- Your perk depends on length of stay. 2 nights: pick RM111 F&B credit or RM111 LexSpa credit. 3 nights or more: RM111 F&B credit and RM111 LexSpa credit.
- Pay in full. The booking cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed.
The engine describes the rate as inclusive of breakfast at the resort's coffee house, so the 11% comes off the "Best Available Rate Inclusive Breakfast" line, not the room-only price.
What it costs on real dates
Rates below are per room per night for two adults, before 8% SST and the RM4 nightly Fi Lestari sustainability fee that Negeri Sembilan collects at check-in. All were read on 6 November.

The pattern held for every room we checked: 11.11 is exactly 11% below the breakfast rate, and the Minimum 2 Night plan sits a little under it.
Worked examples
Weekday couple, Grand Lexis Garden Pool Villa, 2 nights. On 11.11 you pay RM850.84 plus RM68.07 SST and RM8 Fi Lestari, so RM926.91. On Minimum 2 Night it is RM817.38 plus RM65.39 SST and RM8, so RM890.77. That is RM36.14 less, but without the RM111 credit. If you were going to have one dinner of RM350 or more at the resort anyway, 11.11 comes out about RM75 ahead. If not, take the two-night rate.
Weekend at Grand Lexis, Deluxe Suite, 2 nights. 11.11 comes to RM1,046.64 plus RM83.73 SST, or RM1,130.37 before Fi Lestari. The regular breakfast rate would be RM1,270.08 with SST, so you save RM139.71 against it. The Minimum 2 Night plan would be RM1,085.92.
Lexis Hibiscus pool villa, 2 nights midweek. 11.11 is RM1,473.84 plus RM117.91 SST, so RM1,591.75. Minimum 2 Night is RM1,529.15 with SST, a gap of RM62.60. A RM111 spa credit beats that gap only if you book a treatment bill of RM350 or more.
Three nights or longer. This is where 11.11 makes the most sense, because you get both credits (RM222 in total). You still need two separate qualifying bills: one RM350 F&B bill and one RM350 LexSpa bill.
Who it suits, and who should skip it
Good for: couples planning a spa treatment, families who will eat at least one proper dinner at the resort, and anyone staying three nights or more. It is also useful if you want breakfast included without paying the flexible rate.
Skip it if your plans might change (no refunds, no date changes), you plan to eat outside the resort (Port Dickson town has plenty of seafood spots), or you only want the cheapest bed: the non-refundable room-only rate was lower than 11.11 at both resorts.
Fine print that trips people up
- The F&B credit does not cover buffets, alcohol, tobacco, or other packages and promotions. So it will not pay for the resort's buffet dinner. Use it at an a la carte restaurant or for in-room dining.
- RM350 in a single bill for each credit, and any unused balance is forfeited. Splitting two cheaper meals will not unlock it.
- The LexSpa credit works on a la carte treatments and spa packages.
- Blackout dates apply but are not listed. Check year-end and Christmas dates on the engine before you plan around them.
- Extra guests: a third or fourth person costs RM78+ per adult and RM60+ per child aged 7-12 per night, including breakfast (per Grand Lexis's rate notes).
- The booking window is 9-30 November. The rate was already visible on the engines on 6 November, but the offer pages give 9 November as the start, so if the code fails before then, try again from the 9th.
