Car Rental in Kota Bharu 2026: Day Rates at Six Operators, Free Airport Delivery and Deposits Compared
We read the rate cards and booking engines of six car rental operators serving Kota Bharu airport, the Lembah Sireh bus terminal and Wakaf Bharu station on 23 October 2026. A Perodua Axia runs from RM100 to RM120 a day at local firms, against about RM210 all-in at the Avis airport counter. Deposits range from none to RM100, and two local firms deliver to the airport free.

Bukit Merah Laketown Resort has replaced its northern-only Cheq Oghang Utagha 5.0 offer, which ended on 18 October, with Salam 7 Negeri 4.0: the same flat RM23 waterpark ticket for an adult or child, now open to Perak, Penang, Kedah, Perlis, Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang ID holders from 19 October to 19 November 2026. The gate price with MyKad is RM40 adult and RM30 child. It is walk-in only, ten tickets per ID card; everyone else can buy the Gempak Holiday online ticket at RM30 adult and RM25 child.
