Puteri Bay Hotel Melaka in Tanjung Kling is running its Khas Untuk Anak Selatan rate again for October 2026. If your MyKad says you were born in Melaka, Negeri Sembilan or Johor, a Superior room with breakfast for two is RM160 nett and a Family Room for three is RM260. On the hotel's booking engine the normal breakfast rate for the same rooms was RM190 to RM220 and RM300 to RM320, so a Saturday night saves RM60. One room per IC, booked on the hotel's website or at the counter.

LEGOLAND Hotel's "Kids Play Free" offer was meant to close for bookings on 30 September 2026, but on 3 October it was still loading in the hotel's own booking engine. It sits beside a 30% room discount that runs to 31 October. We priced both for real October and November dates: the free tickets win only if your children use both park days, and in October the Brick-or-Treat costume deal beats both.

Sandakan is the cheapest wildlife day in Malaysia if you are Malaysian, and one of the dearest if you are not. We read the published 2026 rates for eight Sandakan sites on 18 September 2026. A Malaysian family of four does Sepilok, the sun bear centre and the Rainforest Discovery Centre for RM64 in a single day. The same family on foreign passports pays RM340 for the identical three tickets. Sepilok and Labuk Bay both charge a separate camera fee, the three Sepilok sites sit within walking distance of each other, and their feeding times collide in ways a day plan has to work around.

A'Famosa Resort's MATTA Fair 2026 pricing has ended. Re-read on 30 September on the resort's own ticketing checkout and booking engine, the RM89 two-park ticket is gone. Park tickets are now priced by age (Safari Wonderland RM65 adult / RM59 child, senior or OKU; Water World RM49 / RM39), one RM319 annual pass replaces the RM289/RM239 pair, and the MATTA room plans have given way to Gemilang Gateaway, from RM189 for the Condo Family Studio to RM699 for the fenced-pool villa, 40 to 54 percent under the resort's own public rate. Resorts World Kijal's RM740 Turtle Weekend: The Package Price Never Moves, the Room Rate Does — Every Remaining Friday Priced
Resorts World Kijal in Kemaman, Terengganu is selling a package called Be A Seaturtle Superhero: three days and two nights in a Premier Seaview room, daily buffet breakfast for two, and a one-time release of two baby turtles on the Saturday morning. It is RM740 nett for SkyCard or Genting Rewards members and RM800 for everyone else, and it runs Friday to Saturday until 31 October 2026. The package price is fixed at RM400 a night. The plain room-only rate for the same Premier Seaview is not. Only three Fridays are left: 16, 23 and 30 October. We re-priced all three on Genting's own booking engine on 14 October 2026, and on every one the package is the dearer buy: the bare room is RM305 a night for the 16 October weekend and RM336 for 23 and 30 October (the Saturday night alone is RM367), which puts the package RM190 or RM128 ahead over two nights. Only AnCasa, Pacific Regency and Klana Beach publish nothing. We re-read every rate off the resorts' own sites on 13 October 2026 — Grand Lexis and Lexis PD have both moved again since early September, and Thistle has withdrawn one of its priced packages — plus what replaced the fair, the government-retiree discount nobody writes up, and the RM4 per night Fi Lestari fee that applies to every Port Dickson stay.
