An hour costs RM15 to RM25, the evening rate starts at 6pm almost everywhere, and two halls add 6% SST on top. Here are the rates, court counts and booking rules for each.

Avillion Port Dickson is selling a Deepavali package on its own booking engine: 25% off a Water Chalet with breakfast for two, minimum two nights, booked by 31 October 2026 for stays up to the night of 8 November. We priced it on 7 October. Two midweek nights cost RM600 instead of RM800, and the Deepavali weekend of 7-9 November costs RM975 instead of RM1,300. It is prepaid and non-refundable.

Thistle Port Dickson Deals, October 2026: MAH Fair Vouchers Ended, Weekday Packages From RM288 Nett
Thistle Port Dickson's MAH Tourism Fair vouchers (Deluxe Garden from RM199 nett a night) were sold 2 to 4 October 2026 only, and the MATTA Fair rates stopped on 30 September. What you can still book is a set of direct-website packages valid to 31 December 2026. We priced them on the resort's booking engine on 5 October: a weekday Fly & Stay or Kayak & Stay night with breakfast for two is RM288.36 with tax, cheaper than the plain book-early breakfast rate.

Lexis Port Dickson's Tropical Escape: Up to 15% Off Private Pool Villas Until 15 December 2026, But Read the 10% Offer Sitting Next To It
Lexis Hibiscus and Grand Lexis Port Dickson are both running Tropical Escape until 15 December 2026: up to 15% off the Best Available Rate if you book at least 30 days ahead, or up to 5% off plus a free KLIA transfer if you stay long enough. The two resorts set different night thresholds for that transfer, and both properties separately publish a Minimum Stay offer worth up to 10% from just two nights. Every one of these rate plans is non-refundable, and Negeri Sembilan's RM4 Fi Lestari is collected at check-in on top. Neither resort puts its biggest no-strings discount inside the campaign at all: premium bank card, Maxis and Singtel codes take 15% off with no lead time and no minimum stay, and cannot be combined with any of it.

7 Interior Design and Renovation Firms in Seremban 2026: Two Publish Real Prices, and 104 Finished Jobs Put the Median Carpentry Bill at RM8,700
Search "renovation contractor Seremban" and the first page hands you a Bangi company's location page, a nationwide lead-generation site with no Negeri Sembilan office, and a domain that now redirects to a Chinese 3D model library. We opened every result and kept only the firms with a Seremban or Negeri Sembilan address and a company number you can check yourself. Then we found the price data everybody misses: RS Interior Renovation publishes 108 finished jobs with the total stamped on the photograph, and the 104 legible ones run RM2,100 to RM37,000 with a median of RM8,700.

Lexis Port Dickson Dining Deals, October 2026: RM35 SeptemBITES Extended to 31 Oct, Teppanyaki Sets From RM58, Buffets From RM110
Lexis Hotel Group's Merdeka offers in Port Dickson are long finished, but the September set menu that replaced them has been extended: SeptemBITES at Aqua Coffee House, Lexis Port Dickson, now runs to 31 October 2026 — three Malaysian sets at RM35 nett each, dessert and drink included, daily 12pm to 10pm. Behind it sits an unchanged standing menu across the three Lexis resorts in town: Umi teppanyaki value sets from RM58 to RM108 at Lexis Hibiscus, a RM110 Friday international buffet and a RM128 Saturday BBQ buffet, RM20 to RM22 grab-and-go combos, the RM42 Scrummy Chicken Combo (now sold at Lexis Port Dickson as well as Grand Lexis), RM168 afternoon tea for two and free live music on Friday and Saturday nights at Grand Lexis. We re-read all three resorts' offer pages on 9 October 2026; here is what each costs, where it is, and which of the two Umi restaurants and three Roselle Coffee Houses you actually need.

9 Beach Resorts in Port Dickson 2026 — You Are Not Paying for the Sea, You Are Paying for the Water Attached to Your Room
Port Dickson is the beach Klang Valley families actually drive to, and it is also the beach people are quickest to dismiss — the Straits of Malacca here are silty rather than turquoise, and no brochure will change that. Which is why the smart way to book PD is to stop shopping for the sea and start shopping for the water that comes with your room. Six of the nine resorts below put a price on their own site. Four publish nightly rates: two with a private pool in the villa itself — Lexis Hibiscus from RM701.10, Grand Lexis from RM330 — and two with the room on stilts over the Straits, Avillion from RM280 for a Water Chalet and Lexis Port Dickson, the 242-room water-chalet resort most PD lists forget, from RM290 for a tower room and RM328 for a water chalet. Two more price whole packages instead: Thistle from RM499 nett for a midweek night with dinner, Corus Paradise at RM145 for a weekday Superior with breakfast. Only AnCasa, Pacific Regency and Klana Beach publish nothing. We re-read every rate off the resorts' own sites on 13 October 2026 — Grand Lexis and Lexis PD have both moved again since early September, and Thistle has withdrawn one of its priced packages — plus what replaced the fair, the government-retiree discount nobody writes up, and the RM4 per night Fi Lestari fee that applies to every Port Dickson stay.

Where to Eat at Grand Lexis Port Dickson After the Fish Head Feast: RM42 Chicken Bucket, UMI Sets From RM49, Real Menu Prices
Grand Lexis Port Dickson's RM58 Merdeka Fish Head Feast ended on 20 September 2026 and its offer page now redirects to the offers index. What is left is the resort's everyday dining — and its two main restaurants publish full menus with nett prices. The best-value item is the Scrummy Chicken Combo at Roselle Coffee House: six pieces of boneless chicken, fries and a 1.5-litre soft drink for RM42 nett. UMI Japanese Restaurant's set meals run RM49 to RM82. Check the hours before you drive: two of the resort's own pages contradict each other.

Guardian KIPMall Senawang in October 2026: 59% Off the 2nd Item to 3 November, This Week's Beauty Days — and Why the Store Is Missing From Guardian's Locator
The September offers here are over: Buy 2 Free 1 ended 7 September and the online-only 9.9 Mega Sale is gone from Guardian's menu. What a Senawang shopper can use now is Guardian's 59th-anniversary 59% off the 2nd item, running 30 September to 3 November 2026, plus a Beauty Days window to 5 October. We priced both pools on 4 October and ran a guest cart: two RM32.90 lip tints rang up at RM46.38. The catch: 255 of the 575 anniversary items are already marked down and get no pair discount on top. The outlet itself was still missing from Guardian's own store locator when we last read it.
