Putrajaya's Parks and Sports Facilities 2026: The Netball Court Is Free, the Football Field at Night Is RM200
Perbadanan Putrajaya publishes an hourly rate card for its Taman Pancarona sports complex, and it settles a question most Klang Valley councils never answer in public. A sepak takraw court is RM2 an hour in daylight. A netball field is free, all day, every day, with no night rate at all because there are no lights. A football field is RM70 in the day, RM140 at night and RM200 on a public holiday night, which is nearly three times the daytime price. We also read the opening hours of six Putrajaya parks on 10 September 2026 and found one that closes every Monday and shuts for lunch on the days it does open, and one that Perbadanan Putrajaya lists as a public park but Google has no venue record for at all.
Al-Ikhsan's Malaysia Day Mega Sale Has 11 Offers and Five Spend Thresholds, and Only One Poster Carries a Date
Al-Ikhsan Sports is running its Malaysia Day Mega Sale across more than 180 stores in Peninsular Malaysia, and it is not one promotion but eleven, each with its own spend threshold at RM100, RM150, RM200, RM300 or RM600. We read all twelve pieces of the retailer's own campaign artwork and every relevant collection on al-ikhsan.com. Only the Puma Running Fest poster prints a date, 1 to 30 September 2026. Everything else is undated. The free-socks offer is described one way on Al-Ikhsan's website and another way on its own in-store poster, the two lists of qualifying brands do not match, and Puma is on the website's list but neither of the poster's. There is also a separate online-only 9.9 drop that was advertised to open for orders on 9 September; we checked that morning and the collection behind the banner still listed nothing, while the Selangor FC shirts it calls a new arrival had already been on sale since 20 to 29 August.

A weekday round in the Klang Valley is quoted at anything from RM178 to RM432 depending on which club you ask — and the quoted number is not the number you pay. Three of the eight clubs here publish a full tariff on their own website, one publishes a running promotional rate, two publish nothing at all, and two are membership clubs where a visitor cannot buy a round at any price. The gap between the headline and the bill is almost always the same line item: the caddy, which every publishing club in the Klang Valley calls compulsory and only some include in the quoted rate. We read every rate table and tariff card on these clubs' own sites on 25 August 2026, did the addition, and found two live Merdeka promotions worth more than the discount printed on them.
